The Democratic States of Vista Buena
Vista Buena, in celebration of its Navy's recent transformation into a Blue-Water Navy, has decided to embark on a regatta around the world. The mission for the Vista Buena Navy is to introduce itself to the world at large, in hopes of making friends from abroad.
We would like to request for access to ports around the world, in order to accomplish the mission.

[ooc: lol, it doesn't seem like anyone is jumping in. But if you want to, I will allow the navy to dock at the Dominion's island colony of Eborall.]
OOC: Since one of my ships visited your country awhile back I should return the favor.
The Commonwealth of Tolvan will allow our Vista Buenan friends to make a port call at French Point Naval Base in the Tolvanic Home Islands. However, we request a list of the ships involved be provided before your vessels arrive in Tolvanic waters. Also, be advised that your ships will be escorted by the Tolvanic Navy at all times.
We await your arrival anxiously.
