The Speakers of Sarrowquand have decided that three generations of peace after the civil war with only limited operations in the outside world has given us enough perspective and time to rebuild and that we are one again ready to engage in meaningful dialog with the world.

Whilst our own space program has developed some in-system civilian, scientific and couple of military craft we are still not at the stage of developing our own space port. What are the landing conditions of your ships assuming that no space port is available?
As you are opting for a Consul should we expect high levels of immigration?
