Queen Tara Whyt sat in the throne room, awaiting the delegate from Neo-Ixania. A new alliance was exactly what Void Templar needed in this time of uncertain political ground in the country. She sat back in the ebony throne and sighed. Things were getting difficult.

Albert von Anstetten walked into the throne room of Queen Tara; dressed in the best suit that he could find and with his briefcase in his right hand. He studied Queen Tara for a few minutes and thought that she was a beautiful woman. "Your Majesty, I am Albert von Anstetten; a diplomat of the Empire of Neo-Ixania."

Tara stood and bowed respectfully.
"Excellent, welcome. Please, be seated." She gestured to an ornate chair decorated with carvings of basilisks which was seated at a sharp diamond shaped table. Sitting around it were two other men, dressed in suits and one dressed in a Commisar's uniform. Tara seated herself between the 3.
"May I introduce Prince Joseph Hlaau, Prince Micheal Templar and Prince Damien Void." She said, gesturing to the old, near bald suited man on her left, then the young suited man on her right, then the commissar.
"They are the heads of the other houses."

"It is a pleasure to meet all four of you. I must say that you, Your Majesty, are a beautiful and attractive woman. My nation is interested in a possible alliance. I think it will be possible for us to exchange embassies and establish free trade between our nations, Your Majesty."

"Your embassy will be located in the Embassy District in Neo-Ixania's capital city: Tzargrad. I am glad to hear that you are supportive of trade and exchanging embassies, Your Majesty. What resources can Neo-Ixania recieve from your nation?"

Tara smiled.
"Why thank you for saying so." She adopted a more serious look. "Yes, the alliance. Your embassy in Void Templar will be in Karas, in the Central Square. Trade is very agreeable, and..." She was cut off by the Commisar. "And what would we get in return?"
Joseph shook his head.
"Trade, Damien. What we get is in it's name."
"Still, our embassies and the like? Where will they be?"
Tara sighed then glared at Damien and he slowly sat back down. Joseph simply sat there, drumming his fingers, looking bored.
"I'm terribly sorry. But where would our embassy be situated?" She continued.

Aniane would be interested in making this a three way alliance, being we have strong diplomatic ties with both of you.

IC: "The Void has abundant supplies of iron, onyx, coal and uranium. Also, we have an unusual amount of fossils surrounding Mt. Alia. There are also large underwater oil reserves." Tara said. Damien chuckled.

"Aye, we are interested in trading for those resources. Our own nation has a thriving arms manufacturing industry and one of our nation's families, the Tokarev family, has had significant power in the industry. We can offer your nation silk, diamonds, soda and wheat; those are some of the resources that we can offer the Void."

"Excellent. Void Templar has no natural diamonds so that would be a good boost to the jewelery market. I will have to run it by the colony members but this seems fine." Damien snorted, Joseph nodded and Micheal looked at his watch. Damien cut in before the queen could speak. "What is your policy in war? For example, what would happen in we were attacked? But only one house?" He sat back.

"Aye; Neo-Ixania is totally neutral in foreign conflicts...I tell you this out of honesty. However, we can provide military support in terms of finances and equipment to the house. As for soldiers, the Government will have to decide on that. I am glad to hear that Her Majesty supports the trade of diamonds."

OOC: Neo-Ixania is, by law, neutral in all foreign conflicts.

OOC: Ok then.

IC: Damien muttered something under his breath, but nodded. An aide produced the treaty and laid it down on the table. He then passed the Joseph a pen. Joseph signed, then passed the pen and paper to the ambassador.

Albert could sense that Damien was not happy but was glad to know that the others would support the treaty. He took the pen and paper into his hands and signed the treaty before giving them to the Queen.

The Queen smiled and signed. Then Micheal and Damien signed. The aide took the treaty, bowed and then left.
"He will draw out another copy and we'll give that to you to take back to your country." A loud roar pierced the silence and then a loud bang as a sniper positioned on a tower shot at the Basilisk outside the city wall.
"Did your party come armed?" The queen said, glancing in the direction of the window.

OOC: It's not an actual basilisk. More like a mutated snake. A very large mutated snake. That's armor plated.

"I think that it could be your enemies firing shots outside, Your Majesty. I am glad to know that you have signed the treaty; I hope that this will be the start of a productive friendship."

Nosorepazzau is interested in a Four-Way Alliance with Aniane,Void Templar,and Neo-Ixania.We've already signed an alliance treaty with Neo-Ixania.

"My party did not come armed with such weapons; I can assure you that. Can you tell me more about these "basilisks"? How can they swallow cars and tanks?"

"Well, during the years of communists occupation, the Void suffered great inhumanities. The resistance eventually got to the point where stress was so high, we... over-reacted." Tara said. Damien laughed. "We nuked the hell outta them. This island never used to be an island, there was a land bridge. Thats where we got 'em." Tara scowled. "Of course, House Void was in charge of the resistance. After that, we've had many strange mutations of natural creatures. Snakes have grown to huge sizes and have developed amazingly thick hides, for example. Thankfully, there aren't many Basilisks."

"I must say that your story interests me, Your Majesty. Is there anything else that you wish to discuss or should I take my leave? I am glad to be able to tell the Foreign Ministry that the Void has become a ally of the Empire. Thank you for your time, Your Majesty and thank you, Heads of the Houses."

"No, just be careful when traveling. Farewell, Ambassador." All the Princes nodded.

The Ambassador bowed respectfully before he left the room and went into his plane which took him back to Neo-Ixania.
