Following the destruction of the capitol of our nation via the attacks on the Cheyene Space Elevator, the Embassy Exchange has been closed.

Following the reconstruction of the city, four avenues shall be established for Embassies, each one with twenty lots available for embassies. Each lot will be a hectare in area, and the embassy may build what ever style building they wish.

We are currently accepting claims for future embassies, which shall be built as the Governmental Complex is rebuilt. Note, that First claims shall be given to Mokastana in compensation for the loss of their Ambassador in the Northern Baltic Incident.

About the Embassies
All embassies are to be considered the sovereign property of the nations claiming them, and as such, their laws shall be held as sovereign within the land leased from The American Privateer until such time as they renounce their claim.

Also, all embassies shall be hooked up to the proposed Republic Underground Governmental Rail System, which shall use electrically run trams to transfer people to and from embassies and the Governmental Offices of The American Privateer.

Nations applying for embassies may claim slips for use by their aircraft. Aircraft use up Slips as follows:
Helos > 5 tons empty: 1 Slip
Helos < 5 tons empty: 2 Slips
Fixed Wing Aircraft ≈ 1.5 tons empty: 1 Slip
Fixed Wing Aircraft ≈ 4 tons empty: 2 Slips
Fixed Wing Aircraft ≈ 40 tons empty: 4 Slips
Fixed Wing Aircraft ≈ 60 tons empty: 7 Slips
