However, i must impress upon you the gravity of our situation. Several nations, led by the nation of Langeron, have declared open war upon Eureka Island, and have begun bombing major shipping lanes and installations along the northern coast of Eureka Island. If it is open war that these terrorists want, it is open war they shall get. Our military forces currently are not committed to any other engagements, and we would only be too happy to keep your shipping lanes intact. We can dispatch destroyers and cruisers equipped with the AEGIS system to escort your vessels and infantry to assist in the defense of your installations. With your permission, of course. We would offer air support, but frankly there is only so much we can reasonably do without incurring an unfavorable reaction from the global community.

However, these defensive measures are only temporary. It will soon become necessary to take the fight to the enemy, and as such we offer you the support of our special operators, notably the counter-terrorist Epsilon special forces division. These police officers have experiance and training in dealing with similar situations. Also we are happy to provide you with a $50 Million interest-free loan to buy what weapons and supplies you need- if you buy them from our armaments industries they will be tax free too. Our Red Cross is putting together emergency aid of about $5 million for your ports and sending medical teams to help the suffering. I only sent a letter to Daniel Smith just two days ago and he is already gone. I didn't expect that when I said I would like to make an alliance with you that you would be in a war three days later.
