...and welcome to Nationstates! Find an open RP and jump right in (presuming you've read the stickies, if you've not, then do so!). Or, you could always hang around for a while and see how things work, that is RP wise, so you don't stick out too much since you're new.
Erm... Don't piss off the 03's? That's pretty sound advice. Actually at the moment, don't piss off anyone. That's better advice.
