Several hundred people are peacefully protesting the dictatorship, and the Government, when, swat teams move in and start throwing flash, and smoke gernades into the crowd. As the scene become foggy hundreds of flashes of light are seen, and gunshots can be heard. This goes on for several minutes. As the smoke clears the swat teams are gone, and hundreds of innocent civillians are laying on the ground, dead.

Steven Fransico, head of the MBSA sits in his office looking over paperwork from around the world. After recovering from a civil war Mokastana there was no way they could get the army ready to stage a war for the what was no reason at all, so covert ops it was. Arms smuggling, coups, assassinations, all were the duty of the MBSA, that and Mokastana needed to prove its commitment to the common people once more to the world.

"Prepare a entrance to the country, I need to contact local guerrillas, learn the local customs and figure out the ins and outs of this place."

12 hours later

"Shit."

Lut. Rivera thought to himself. His new team was ready to be inserted into the country, ever since Hexon he had been in and out of Mokastana and after the Civil war he came back to the MBSA once the legit government allowed it. He stood on the deck of a Nimitz class aircraft carrier in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. It was going to be an areal insertion, and not a nice one either.

"OK men," He spoke to his 3 teams, each 5 men, ready to be inserted into Durhdand

"we have analyzed the enemy radar coverage and found a hole, we will land close to the shore and get inland. Our Primary objective is to contact local rebels and assist if necessary. Secondary objectives include organizing arms shipments and coordinating revolutionary objectives. We head out in 10 minutes."

The Domus, Megalithon Capital: 9:31 PM local time

President Neil O'Conner was looking out the window. He just finished all of his paperwork for the day when the phone rang. O'Conner answers it...It was his secretary.

"Sir, I have a phone call for you...it's Sandra Smithson"

"Put her through," President O'Conner pressed the speaker button. Sandra Smithson is the current Foreign Affairs director.

"Mr.President, I have news about Durhdand," said Smithson

"Durhdand...? But we don't have any diplomatic relations with that nation.."

"Yes...but I thought you might want to hear this: There's a civil war in Durhdand and the nation is ruled by a dictatorship goverment. Civilians have been killed...massacred..."

"I see...," responded O'Conner

"If we allow this dictator to go on, his power might spread not only through the whole nation...but also outside the nation. Sir, I'm trying to say that his power might spread and eventually cause diplomatic problems for us in the future," Smithson reasoned.

"I see your point Sandra....We can't send in an army right now, but I have an idea," President Neil O'Conner.



Secret Telegram to Durhdand Rebels from President Neil O'Conner:

We have received news that your country is in a fatal civil war. We are completely shocked at the immoral killings of the civilians...and we are sorry for that loss. Your have been trying to overthrow the corrupt dictatorship government and we understand that. We are willing to help overthrow the government. However, we will not send out an army yet for this will complicate things even more. So we ask your permission to help out. If accepted, we will send out a small team to evaluate the non-rebels and the country. Also, we would like to get more information about the goverment.

OOC: Intriguing, this could be good...

Three Sea hawk Helicopters got close to the shore, relying on the jammers in case Radar did pick them up. Also there was a flight team of 5 Su-33s on stand by just in case something flew by to intercept them. It would be written off as a miss communication on borders. However there was a minor change in the plan, they would be dropped off in the ocean and swim to shore, the gear was sealed in air tight containers that would float, preventing them from being lost. However after about 2 hours it would eventually lose its ability to float and the weapons would sink to the under currents.

In a few hours they would be on the shore and looking for allies....

On board a SH-60B Seahawk:

"We are about 3 miles from Durhdand shore," said the pilot

"Alright boys! gear up!," yelled Sergeant Martinez.

The sergeant's team is on board a Seahawk that was launched from the Federation Class Carrier Aramis. A squadron of F-35 JSF's and F-18 superhornets are on stand-by in case something happens. The carrier Aramis is miles off the Durhdand territory and it's in international waters...for now.

The 11th Special Ops Team is trained to evaluate the enemy's territory and the enemies themselves. They are also trained to tasks such as assassinations and other combat operations. Sergeant Martinez's team is consists of 6 members including himself.


"We're sent out to a foreign country...in civil war...Our mission: land and provide intel...use force if necessary. Ha! Can't be more exciting than that!," said one of the members.

"We're at our deployment target...get ready!," said the pilot.

A small inflated craft dropped from the Seahawk. The team is suppose to be dropped 500 yards from the shore...from there, the team will have to get to the shore using the craft. The last member jumped out of the Seahawk into the craft. A few seconds later the hovering Seahawk ascended and took off heading to the carrier.

"Good luck," said the pilot through the radio.

The team headed for the shore hoping that no one had detected them.

IC: A group of Seahawks, carrying Black Hand spec op troopers, hovered under radar, waiting for confimation of who they should support. The high brass could be very fickle...

IC: In Odin's Eye, the top brass convened on the situation on Durhdand and mutually agreed that another dictator couldn't be allowed... He might get ideas about their dictator. They sent a wire to the rebels, declaring their support and asking for a safe place to land their choppers.

Unknown area, Shores of Durhdand:

"hmm? Looks like we didn't get detected at all..." said Corporal Mike Andersen.

"well...we better hope it stays that way until we meet up with the rebels," Sergeant Martinez said, "Let's pack up and get the com-links ready." "Team! Status!," Ser. Martinez said.

The team is ready to go. They checked their gear and packed up the inflatable craft.

The sarge's eye display flickered to life. It displayed a small blue dot in the corner meaning there's an incoming transmission from Aramis.

*static* "...11th Spec-Ops...do you copy?"

"Yes, hear ya loud and clear," responded the sarge.

"...Bravo team has landed on their designated location..."

"Copy that."

The team started heading off to where the rebels are. Hopefully they would reach the rebels before the enemy reach them.

"Well, time to find the rebels..." whispered Johnson.

The helicopters flew along for hours, without encountering any resistance. They eventually touched down in Zanzar. Lt. Colonel Lynx stepped down off the helicopter and took off his gas mask, looking around to see who looked like a leader here.

If you wish to interfere with how the government of my country runs itself, than you will only hurt things. Warn your little "allies" as well, anyone wanting to help these "rebels" will find themselves being killed by the hundreds.

Lord Minister Nathaniel Carroner looked around the Chamber of Destinies - the unofficial name given to the marbled room that was the meeting chamber of the High Reichan Authoritariate. In this room were the most influential men and women of the Black Riech - the current Supreme Councillors of each Black Reich sub-state, and the representatives of the High Reichan Military Services - the overarching military branch that answered directly to the High Authoritariate of the Black Reich alone.

Carroner got up from his seat and toom his place at the speakers column. Behind him, the scenes from the carnage from the Durhdand massacre filled the screen.

"Fellow Authoritates, this is something that normally we wouldn't get involved in, as this is merely another barbarian empire affecting itself to its own detriment..." Carroner stopped talking for a moment as another aspect of the screen came into being...

"However, we have recently been given substantial proof that there is, quite possibly, Reichan interests at stake. The main problem we face is that, should this region devolve into a major civil war, that other nations will further aggravate the situation. Already we are seeing other nations moving to involve themselves in this dispute."

An image of the landmass of Durhdand came up on screen, it turned into a simplistic satellite view with boxed map-like green lines, in one area a number of red dots filled the screen.

"This is a carrier task force of some other nation operating within the region. Whilst we have no idea if they are involved, what is concerning both myself and my military advisors is the fact that this capacity is existing within our region, and we are yet to ascertain their intentions." Carroner looked around at the other Authoritariates, "I propose that we conduct a limited campaign, with option for proper military involvement, in order to stop this murder of the innocent and assist the nation of Durhdand stabilise, cease hostilities, and transit to a more acceptable form of government. Further to that, it will allow us find out exactly who owns this show-of-force operating in our region."

None of the Authoritariate voted against the order from the Lord Minister.

"STAND FAST!" Came the call of Warrant Officer Trevor Jornan as the unit commander walked into the briefing hall. Normally the domain of the local Maderos Imperial Militia force for their weekly Manderos-approved political meetings - Tonight the hall was the proud bearer of the High Reichan Military Services Air Force Parachute Corps, better known by it's acronym of HRMSAF-PC. A full demi-squadron of the 51st-7th 'Iron Dogs' parachute corps, almost 2000 personnel in whole from a corps some 36000 strong, was sitting in the hall, the sound of bodies standing and placing their feet together, not a loud action in of itself, was roaringly loud when conducted by 2000 people at once.

"Sit easy" Wing Commander Frank Marsburg said.

Another loud shuffle as 2000 people sat, then Marsburg spoke, "Ladies and Gentlemen of the 51st-7th, you're all wondering why we're here at such late notice. As most of you would be aware from the news, an incident occured in one barbarian nation some time ago - the government has decided that it would be in the interests of our nation if we were to become involved in stabilising this state. Our mission will be simple, get in and establish an air corridor for the HRMSA and HRMSAF follow on forces. The Marines will be assisting us..." a cry of catcalls and hoots filled the air and a wry smile crept across the Wing Commanders face, the rivalry between the Para-Corps and the Marines was intense, but friendly. After settling the crowd again, Frank continued... "either way, no matter how much we don't need them (to further catcalls), the Marines will assist through establishing a beach-head, which will then link with our positions to provide a land corridor."

After further insturcting on the courses of action required, an hour later the briefing concluded... "Okay Ladies and Gentlemen, this is it, we're going into action. Remember folks... the Marines may be there first, but we're in there deepest! AIRBORNE!!!!" Wing Commander Marsburg's cry met with a roar of approval from the unit before him.

The Iron Dogs were ready, and anyone who would get in their way would find out just how bad their iron bite was...

The Mokan Jaguar Elites were now on the beaches, both teams were not cracking open the supplies, pulling out AM-07S(silenced), M3 weapons systems, and other supplies such as food, water, water purifiers, long distance radios, etc.

Going inland they knew their orders, however what would happen, that was to a surprise, in international waters the 12th Mokan Air Attack Flotilla stood on call for them.
