In 1947, when the world was divided West and East, NATO and Warsaw, a pact was formed in the city of Port Stanford. The pact known as the Port Stanford Accord, it had one purpose. It was alliance between Wolfenhalle and her commonwealths to resist Communist influence over Wolfenhalle. The alliance allowed any commonwealth to acquire weapons from both sides but declared any communist activities for the purpose of a coup was a act of war and the Federal Commonwealth would replied with forces. Now with the end of the communist threat, the PSA had a new goal, defense of her members from any internal or external threat that wishes to bring a threat to the stability and freedoms of the people of the nations.

Goals/Policies

This pact was established to protect the freedoms of nations
Any nation may join the alliance if they honor the Theebs Accord
No nation that preachs inequality and slavery may join
Any form of economy are allowed
Fighting between members is strictly forbidden
Nations must give any form of aid they wish to aid a member's defense
Offensive action unless authorized by SG and the PSA are not entitled to support by the PSA
Defensive action are on the other hand are entitled to support by the PSA
A Secretary-General shall be elected to preside over the alliance
The SG/CoA may decided the punishment for any violation of this alliance
A Council of delegates of each PSA members which the SG presides over is the main governing body.
New policies are to be amended by CoA
