In Zanski's protectorate of Tur Kalavar, formerly Democratic Calaveras and before that Kanhucha Province, Zanski has decided to hold a referendum of annexation, after 6/10 Kalavari Calaverans (natives) converted by free will to Zanski's major religion, Gharrakmanism, which regards the land Zanski sits on to be holy, as well as the disputed Zaynah region.
As Tur Kalavar is regarded by some to belong to North Calaveras as Kanhucha Province, Zanski has decided that the only way to carry annexation out is by unbiased referendum, and so it shall be.
