Opperation Surround Sylbia
Setting
It had been peaceful in the region of Zoolander, a little too peaceful in the government fo Sylviar's eyes. So for months they plotted, and built up their WMD. Finaly they had the perfect plan; they would invade Sylbia, and once they conquer Sylbia, they would move on to Sylber. First things first, they had to surround Sylbia.
Sylviarian Army Headquarters
Dictator Austin paced in his office. A red phone rang on his desk, Austin walked over to the phone and picked it up. "Yes." he said.
"The 48th, 52nd, and 63rd stratigic bombing fleets are ready." said the voice on the phone.
"Good, what about the 3rd, 55th, and 21st Stealth Bombing Wing?" Austin replied.
"Yes, as well as the 76th and 77th gunships."
"Very good, have all troops ready to move on my signal." Austin replied cooly. He paced back and forth, waiting, Austin walked to the phone picked it up and said "Send all troops out to the Sylbian boarders, AND NO ONE FIRES UNTIL MY ORDERS. Got it?"
"Yes sir." replied the voice on the phone.
10 miles away from the Sylbian Boarder
All the troops fell into place, and waited for orders.
Sylviarain Army Headquarters
Austin was sitting down at his desk, when the phone rang, he picked it up and said "Are they in position?"
"Yes sir." replied the voice on the phone.
"Fire ONE warning shot, report back to me after the Sylbian army replies." Austin said coldly, and hung up.
3 miles away from the Sylbian Boarder
The 48th stratigic bombing fleet sent a bomb into a empty feild, and waited for a responce.

The 48th stratigic bombing fleet sent a bomb into a empty feild, and waited for a responce.
"What the hell was that?" yelled the president seconds after the ground gave off a window shattering rumble.
"Our sensors show that a bomb went off in a "empty feild less than a mile away." Said Sipas Mandel, head of the defense department.
"Sound the sirens, NATIONAL SECURITY LEVEL RED!!!" shouted the president.
"Yes sir." said Sipas as he ran out of the room.
"Get the 184th infintry division out to the border to figure out what happened, along with the Secret service." Jonah said to April Norstat the head of the Sylbian Secret Service.
At the Boarder
The secret service members were the first at the scene, they saw the Sylviarainian army less than a mile from the boarder.
"Call the president, and tell him that the bomb was the effect of the Sylviarainian army, troops stand your ground, don't fire until we receive orders from the president." said General Yochum

A red phone rang on the presidents desk, Jonah walked over to the phone and picked it up. "Hello.........THE SYLVIARAINIANS?!?!?!?!?!? Don't fire, Try to make peace agreements. Get back to me with updates." he said, then hung up.
Back at the Boarder
"What do you want?" asked General Yochum over a loud speaker......

Dictator Austin paced back in forth, and the phone on his desk rang, he answered, "They want to know what?.........Fire again." and with that he hung up.

The 48th stratigic bombing fleet fired again, this time they aimed towards the Sylbian army headquarters, they didn't hit it but hit near it....
The ground shook vigerously, "Get ALL troops ready, and send them to the boarder!" yelled Austin
At The Boarder
General Yochum looked as the Sylviarian army sent a bomb at the HQ.
"FIRE AT WILL" he yelled.
Several tanks started firing at the Sylviarian troops, and fighter jets flew over head and started dropping bombs on the troops...

The Free Republic cannot idly stand by and watch as the Dictatorship of Sylviar instigates war against Sylbia, who has done nothing to deserve an invasion. Such wanton disregard of International Law and the Sovereign Rights of another nation has made the government of the Free Republic of Lamoni declare WAR upon the Dictatorship of Sylviar. Be aware that if the conflict goes nuclear, that the Free Republic has many more than enough nuclear weapons to ensure the total glassing of Sylviar.

The Lamonian Army was readying itself for combat against Sylviar. Five hundred thousand troops were being marshalled into troop transport ships while three Battleships and a destroyer escort stood guard over the transports. Three hundred Lamonian F-16C fighter-bombers were preparing to fly to airfields that the government of Sylbia might designate. All that was left to do (other than get the forces underway) was to obtain the permission of the government of Sylbia for the forces to be there.
For this purpose, a message was sent to Sylbia.

In order to aid your military in it's fight against the Dictatorship of Sylviar, the Free Republic is mobilizing five hundred thousand soldiers, and three hundred F-16C fighter-bombers. If you wish for our help, please designate a port for our troop transports to land at, and airfields for our warplanes to land and fight out of. If your government needs financial aid due to the effects of war, the Free Republic can offer low interest loans, and other financial assistance. We would also like to request that the Free Republic be allowed to dispatch a diplomatic/military team in order to more efficiently establish diplomatic relations, and to send whatever further help that your nation requires.
