With spelling like that, I don't think it'd matter if you knew how to make a "bussins". Most of the things on NS are created without any sort of tools. Note that NS has no built-in Military statistics except for funding, yet people still are nuking and slaughtering each other daily.

Reminda, you got some good advice from Siap. The stickies at the top of this forum include some advice and links, and you can help by looking carefully at existing NS storefronts and seeing how they work.
As for the mechanics of it, just start a thread and make a post in it, the way you did here.
