Andaras

Today over 5,000 people were summarily declared guilty of counter-revolutionary activities against the Andarasan state, and were subsequently declared en-masse as 'enemies of the people' and 'nonpeople' for treacherous activities. These individuals were all part of a vast conspiracy to topple the proletarial revolution and install foreign cliques of bourgeois as rulers of the nation.

Because of the amount of crimes committed under the Article 58 (PRA Penal Code), the individuals are declared traitors under 58-1а and will hereby be executed. Below is the legal code which they will judges according to the laws of the people.

* 58-1: Definition of counterrevolutionary activity:

"A counterrevolutionary action is any action aimed at overthrowing, undermining or weakening of the power of workers' and peasants' unions... and government of Andaras, or at the undermining or weakening of the external security of Andaras and main economical, political and national achievements of the proletarial revolution"

It was not limited to anti-worker acts: by "international solidarity of workers", any other "worker's state" was protected by this article.

o 58-1в. o 58-1г. Non-reporting of a treason by a military man: 10 years of imprisonment. Non-reporting by others: offense by Article 58-12.

* 58-2. Armed uprising or intervention with the goal to seize the power: up to death with confiscation, including formal recognition as "enemy of workers".
* 58-3. Contacts with foreigners "with counter-revolutionary purposes" (as defined by 58-1) are subject to Article 58-2.
* 58-4. Any kind of help to "international bourgeoisie" which, not recognizing the equality of communist political system, strives to overthrow it: punishment similar to 58-2.

Undermining of state industry, transport, monetary circulation or credit system, as well as of cooperative societies and organizations, with counter-revolutionary purpose (as defined by 58-1) by means of the corresponding usage of the state institutions, as well as by opposing their normal functioning: same as 58-2. Note: the offense according to this article was known as wrecking and the offenders were called "wreckers".
* 58-8. Terrorist acts against representatives of worker power or of workers and peasants organisations: same as 58-2.
* 58-9. Damage of transport, communication, water supply, warehouses and other buildings or state and communal property with counter-revolutionary purpose: same as 58-2.

* 58-14 (added on June 6th, 1937) "Counter-revolutionary sabotage", i.e., conscious non-execution or deliberately careless execution of "defined duties", aimed at the weakening of the power of the government and of the functioning of the state apparatus is subject to at least one year of freedom deprivation, and under especially aggravating circumstances, up to the highest measure of social protection: execution by shooting with confiscation of property.

President de-Santos has also made a statement saying this is just first in the line of many actions to uncover bourgeois conspiracy within the republic.

The Commonwealth Final Soviet at Portmeirion in Raipur has reacted with swift condemnation of the People's Republic of Andaras, which Graeme Igo earlier accused of pursuing a corrupt Khmer Rouge-alike agenda that he labeled Andara Doctrine.

GSIC -the Gelert Sentinels, Soviet India's elite intelligence forces- has been authorised by the Final Soviet and the Commonwealth Guard's Soviet Commune to prepare missions in Andaras with the stated aim of gathering intelligence on the authorities and the mood of the general population.

Raipur has issued increased-activity orders to many Guard elements, the Final Soviet fearing that reactionary anti-Communists will use the latest abuses in the People's Republic to launch an invasion and establish free-market domination. Even if the Commonwealth is opposed to the standards of the current government, none of its members wish to see the capitalists return and place their own stranglehold on the people of Andaras, prefering to work instead for left-Communist reform.

(OOC: Something I'm missing, or have you neglected to edit the direct references to the USSR in that excerpt of Soviet penal code? ;)
Anyway, I'm interested in finding Communist states that are ideologically at odds with the Indian Soviet Commonwealth of Beth Gellert (AKA Beddgelert) and possibly coming to blows with them, and I don't want to see your nation swamped by the generic anti-Communist horde. Don't take too much offence to Raipur's hostility, but I'll probably be keeping it up until your nation is a lot more Left Communist!
If you ever feel like getting invaded, give us a shout, heh.)

OOC: Just to confirm, the PAL(Party of Andarasan Labour) is an anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist party in the same vein as Albania.

Point of View of Third Spanish States Citizens
Subject: On the State Capitalist Totalitarianism of Andaras and its false and hypocritical claims on being a Communist Nation

Libertad sin socialismo es privilegio, injusticia; Socialismo sin libertad es esclavitud y brutalidad.
Mijail Bakunin
(Freedom without socialism is privilege and injustice, socialism without freedom is slavery and brutality - Mikhail Bakunin)

Power always corrupts and political freedom can never be separated from the true economical liberty of the working class, a society without economical hierarchies cannot exist if there are political hierarchies, and thus a society without political hierarchies like a true democracy cannot exist if there are economical hierarchies, the recents events in Andaras are only another evidence of it, coupled with the mass murder and oppression committed in the name of "communism" by monsters like Stalin, Pol Pot and Mao Tse Tung. By creating an hierarchy between the haves and have-nots of political power, in a "communist" dictatorship like Andaras, soon the Communist Party replaces the role of the burgeoise as the ruling class, leading such nation to something even worser than the false democracies under capitalism: the false socialism under state capitalism and totalitarianism where those who are unfortunate to not be under the Party are oppressed and live miserable lives. Now rather than being fired from their wage slavery jobs to starve among the infinite mass of unemployeds from the capitalist "free" market, those who question the rule of the upper class of the Party are sent to firing squads, torture or to the death camps of forced labor known as Gulags. Now rather than slaves of bosses and enterprises dedicating most of their lives to the profits of a few fat cats and under the oppressive control of bosses, they've become complete slaves of the State, having their entire lives dedicated to the interest and controlled by the Party elite luxury lifestyle and to the whims of a dictator who thrives in prosperity from the surplus-value of his people and of the slaves from the Gulags while his people wallows in misery. Such is the picture and reality of the dictatorship of the Proletariat: as by taking over the tool of the maintenance of the burgeoise interests: the State, rather than abolishing it, they have created a new economic elite. In other words, a "communist" dictatorship makes as much sense as a capitalist "democracy".

First the capitalists...

Then all those who question the government start to be called as capitalists or burgeoises regardless of their ideologies...

And history repeats again for the worse...

Is This Communism?

Their is only two states, the dictatorship of the bourgeois and the dictatorship of the proletariat, the state only serve one class because the interests of both are diametrically opposed.

The PRA refutes all capitalist, revisionist, opportunist and Trotskyist propaganda directed at it's glorious worker's state.

Soviet observers add the names of Ernesto Guevara, Vladimir Ilic, Lev Bronstein, and most appropriately Enver Hoxha to the list of bloody-minded corrupters of revolutionary sentiment and energy put forward by the Third Spanish States as Indian members of the League of Communists (Igovian) table a motion 'for the attention of left revolutionaries the world over' for a meeting to discuss the situation in Andaras and the vailidity of the Party of Andarasan Labour.

Some in the Commonwealth wish to organise multi-national Communist action against Andaras before the capitalists sieze the initiative in the small backwater nation.

Others have suggested that it is far too early to be considering blockade or military intervention, and propose that GSIC be given time to collect more intelligence and build a case against the PAL.
