Basically the RP is set in present day Los Angeles. Crime has increased by almost 75 percent especially in Gang related Crime and Organized crime has also been expanding quickly in the city. . Basically you can choose a present day gang in LA or create a new gang or you can be Organized crime group and supply the gangs or taking out other groups. You can also be police officer or detectives trying to solve crimes and destory the gangs. Or you can just be a bystander living in amist the gangs or Vilgante group. be a reporter inteviewing the gangs. Its whatever. i dont really care what you name your gangs but other keep it real like your gang is not going to have 100,000 members in Los Angeles alone. Maybe around 1-15,000 range you can choose preexisting gangs. I will give you information or direct you to a site with information on that gang.

Brief Bio:The Red Group was born when the leaders were kicked out of the LAPD Swat team. The Polic Chief decided they were too much of a liability. The Red Group, or TRG as it is commonly known as is a International gang. It has gangs in many parts of Asia and Europe. It has a Multi-million dollar buisness in Arms Manafacturing as a front and a Arms Supplier. Cood is wanted in Japan, China, South Korea, and Quatar. Styln is wanted in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lith, and the UK.

Brief Bio: The Capergazi Crime Family was once infamous in the criminal underworld of Chicago during the roaring 1920’s. It was shortly after Big Al took over that these battle harden hoods were forced to flee from the advancing power of the Chicago outfit.

The Capergazi’s decided to move their operations into Las Vegas. This proved to be a smart move for them and they managed to build up a large financial structure. This new found wealth helped increased the Capergazis political and physical muscle and they were able to expand into LA and other West Coast Cities.

The Family eventually moved to Los Angeles after the deal with the Teamsters was discovered by the FBI. It is believed that the Capergazis may have had a hand in Hoffa’s disappearance but this was never confirmed and no one inside the Family has every spoken about it.

The Capergazis are currently working on muscling into the drug trade and are looking for a connection with the local street gangs to increase their power in the city…

His travels ended him up in Vegas. He was lucky and managed to meet some contacts with the local Capergazi family. He was contracted to force some dead beats to pay their debts to mob run casinos, and to eliminate rival competitors. Jack Connelly proved to be very effective at his job and so far has not been caught. The Capergazi’s like to keep him around for special assignments and to get rid of “rats” and traitors of the family….

Brief Bio: Jose was born in a suburb of LA into a family of poor mexican immigrants. He fell into the gang life at a very young age, in fact he has been a member of the 18th street gang as long as he can remember. He has a bullet lodged in his side from a drive by shooting when he was 16, and it constantly bothers him. He is an extremely volatile marijuana and meth dealer, and carries a glock with him at all times, although he has been known to carry even more dangerous weapons. He is currently the second highest ranking member in one of the 18th street gangs central LA barrios, and is planning a violent takeover even though he is already the de facto leader. The only person standing in his way is the old leader of his neighborhood, Juan Perez. Perez is one of the original members of the 18th street gang, and is most likely the oldest remaining member of the gang. Velasquez is also having problems with the bloods, who are starting to increasingly infringe on this historic 18th street neighborhood in the hopes that they can regain their lost territory.

Membership: 120,000 nation-wide, 13,000 in Southern California. Main races are Europeans, particularly Aryans, but Hispanics also form a large part.
Colors: Black, Olive Drab, Blue
Clothings: Street-wear is black clothing, hard-to-notice clothing. Almost always wear reflective or black sunglasses/shooting glasses. When they do attacks, they wear black BDU clothing, often wearing some amount of body armor, all black unless the situation calls for another color. Many of the marksmen have full-on Ghille Suits.
Criminal Activites: The Judiciation is a Vigilante group. They often kill gangsters and whatnot, but never fire on police. When confronted by police, they attempt to run. If they fail, they go quietly and don't say anything at all when spoken to. They do all sorts of crimes towards gang members, including auto theft, robbery, murder, torture, et cetera

For attacks, the Judiciation has been known to use MP7s, Scoped K98s, Remmington Variants, M-16 variants, MP5A4s, M-14 variants, SPAS 12s, Pancor Jackhammers, and some G36Cs. Obviously, they also use melee weapons. Sometimes, M82s are used for important assasinations. Home-made and higher quality explosives are common, as well.
Brief Bio: The Judiciation was founded as a rise in gangs was seen nation wide. It is, by all means, a Terrorist Group. Members show an utter disgust for Society as scum become national idols, and people respect street gangs more than the Government. Their funds come from money that they take by assasinating rich cartel figures in Mexico and South America, then stealing whatever money the victimized cartel owns. They also follow a ranking system much like the United States Army and Marine Corps.

While his personal cell is not THE largest, it is still the leading, representative Cell in LA. The Cell's Callsign is Omicron.

Brief Bio: Kevin Mayer commands the Omega Cell for Los Angeles. The Omega Cell, which exists in every major Judiciation Section, is the elite part of the Section. Nearly every member has military or paramilitary experience, and some are foriegn ex-elites who only saw skills and civilization in the Judiciation, turning to gangs because the government wouldn't accept them. Kevin himself is one of these, a former KSK Commando. His Cell is very small, consisting of only 30 members. These men come from organizations ranging from the Navy SEALs to the SAS to the United States Marshal Service Special Operations Group.

Some other info you might want to know about each of these cells...

Omicron's "Turf" is in a relatively very safe neighborhood, with some thanks to them. They operate from several houses that appear to have Spanish Architecture, but have concrete poured in behind the exterior walls to fortify the house without it being visible from outside. Some of the windows have been reinforced to better protect against bullets.

Omega operates from a single, small "bunker house." Every member is a ex-Specialist of some form, as stated in the bio. Being the Omega Cell, they receive more funding from the Command, which means they can afford more, and better, body armor and weaponry.
