OOC:the story of mutants is that they are individuals effected by a nuclear bomb. A mutant had a gene activated by radiation that mutates them, giving them random and diverse abilities. They were rejected and hunted in Altairan. you can have any reaction you want to the Phenomonan. Also, they can't have 'God' powers. you can post in 3rd person or 1st person :mp5:
IC: I an down the streets, dodging bullets from soldiers. I sent a couple bolts of lightning down the alley. One hit a soldier, the other bounced off a wall and blew up a car's gas tank. The explosion distracted them long enough that i could take off and fly to the rooftops.
