With the removal of the previous regime. The Society of the Mind now institutes the following rules to improve life, and provide for a better society, and a better tomorrow, for the people of the new Commonwealth of St. Fabian.
All food shall be free for all citizens.
Mass tranist shall be free for all.
The Government shall levy a flat tax of .01% on all persons income.
Every citizen is entilted to free healthcare.
A Senior Citizen shall henseforth be know as anyone over the age of 50.
Senior Citizens shall be given a card designating them as a Senior Citizen.
Senior Citizens are entitled to free housing in any Senior Citizen Living communit.
Citizens cannot gamble.
Senior Citizens shall not work, and are exempt from the rule about gambling.
The shall be ruled by a council of 10. Members shall be chose by they're score on the St. Fabian Standarized test, which shall be
administered to all 18 year old students. They shall be members for life. When one dies, they shall be replaced by the student
that scored highest on the most recent standardized test. The counicle has the right to add or remove laws from this document as
it sees fit.
Education shall be compulsitory from age 5 to age 8, at which point, it will be determined if further education will be fruitful. If it
is determined that it will, education will continue for another ten years, if not, the subject will be placed into a vocational training
program for two years, after which they will enter the labor force in whatever career feild they chose.
