Having newly emerged into the world, we would like to invite all the great nations to a meeting in our capital Greatwood in two months to discuss trade, treaties, and set up new embassies. This is a way we can establish relations with other nations and have a good start in the world. Rooms will be provided for the diplomats and bodyguards. We request that diplomats lay aside all international disputes for this time. Please arrive by air at the -Woodland- International Airport in Greatwood. Hope to see you there.

I don't know how to do a lot of this so any tips would be helpful.
His Most Imperial Majesty Emperor Samuel III shall attend this conference along with Prime Minister Count Sir Donovan Fairfax, and Foriegn Minister Baron Sir Charles Hassahoff, and Defense Minister Lord Sir Charles Cooper.
Lamonian President Andrew Stinson shall immediately fly to your nation from his diplomatic mission in Monavia in order to attend this conference.

Chancellor John Upsilon gazed about the meeting room at the -Woodland- capitol. He saw the representatives from the various countries that have attended.
"Ladies and gentlemen," he began, "as you know, this meeting has been arranged in an effort to achieve better relations with neighbors. The first subject I wish to discuss is trade. We have a strong economy with great quantities of surplus of trout and rare cheese and wish to trade them for steel, building materials, various fruits and vegetables, and cash. Who among this esteemed gathering is interested?"
