On Janauray 18, 2008 of the Common Era, the people of Zalverine declared their independence and formed the Kingdom of Zalverine. Following their declaration, top senior officials along with the King began forming a constituition. Now, twelve days since their declaration of independence, they have come up with the following....
Zalverine Declaration of Rights
I. All citizens have the right of religous freedom.
II. All citizens have the right to private property
III. All citizens have the right of free speech
IV. All citizens have the right to an education no matter their circumstance.
V. The Government must have the explicit permission of the people before siezing private property.
VI. Corporations are denied political rights.
VII. The voting age is 14.
VIII. All drugs, tobacco, and alcohol are outlawed.
IX. Women have the right to an abortion.
X. All citizens have the right to healthcare.
XI. Fanatical Political Parties are outlawed.
XII. People have the right to assemble peacefully.
XIII. People have the right to petition.
XIV. All citizens must serve at least one year of active duty for the Military, and two years as a reservist.
XV. Military recruiting age is 15.
XVI. Compulsury Military Service Begins at the age of 23 if not having already served.
XVII. If under 18 and in the Military, you can't be deployed to combat situations unless under the most dire circumstances.
