As many of you are aware, DoubleWidevile has gone through the Troubles and is currently trying to rebuild. One of our foremost problems is providing food for our people.
We therefore request international aid from the international community on this issue. We have removed the former Emperor whose ruinous policies brought this on us, and are working towards an election to fill the position of Emperor.
We need mostly basics; food, water, seeds, medical supplies, e.t.c .

After the way in which you conducted yourself, we too would prefer your people starve. Placing all the blame on the shoulders of the former Emperor is nothing more than creating a scapegoat for your entire nation - had you genuinely found his warmongering ways so reprehensible, he would have been ousted long ago. You shall find no aid here.

Communique to the Government of DoubleWideville

Our aid plan is as follows:

We will place one unarmed converted cruiser above DoubleWideville. Instead of having onboard weaponry, this cruiser will host one hundred cargo shuttles, which will regularly be loaded via wormhole with food, water, medical equipment, farming supplies, and building materials.

Each shuttle will fly down to the surface once every six hours and deliver its cargo to the selected spot.

Please let us know if you wish to proceed with this plan.

While I oppose the current government of DoubleWideVille, I would like to donate 50 billion dollars in gold to donate the following:


50 million tons of grain
4 million live cows
4 billion live chickens


And paying personnel to distribute the food and live farm animals to DoubleWideVillians, so they would be able to restart agriculture and so forth.

We will send 2 cargo ships full of Greal corn and chickens. 100 million USD will also be on each of the ships, the money is to be used to help improve your agriculture.

The Vetalian government is willing to open a line of credit to your nation based upon our assessment of your ability to repay. We will offer up to 200 billion rubles of aid, or approximately $400 billion USD, at a variable rate 0f 7.5%, with adjustments in the rate and repayment terms based upon continued assessment of economic development and expansion in your country. Failure to repay loans will result in a wide variety of penalties, although in understanding of your situation we will grant considerable leeway in this regard.

All transactions will be in Vetalian rubles to ensure your country can build a sufficient hard currency reserve to finance future development.

Official Diplomatic Communiqué

The Unitary Technocracy of Etoile Arcture announces that following the appeal by the Holy Empire of DoubleWideville to the international community it will commence food aid grain shipments totalling 125,000 metric tonnes per NS month for the duration of the present food shortages. The government of Unitary Technocracy will charter three 50,000 dead weight ton dry bulk carriers to ship the grain. The first shipments can be expected to arrive at DoubleWideville ports within the next NS week.

We also ask the DoubleWideville government to allow non-government organisations from Etoile Arcture and other nations around the world to be given permission to establish their own distribution centres and other aid programs as that may be needed in DoubleWideville, such as health care.

We are a poor nation and just gained independence from the Socialist Federal Republic of Bulkania but now that we are free of the central government we would just like to say we recognise your government and as for the nations who said they wanted the people to starve i suggest they look at history.

If you try to rehabilitate nations instead of punishing them they can become rich and powerful friends

WW1 they punished germany harshly then the people grew to hate the outside world and 25 years later ww2 begins and

WW2 the world rehabilitates germany by giving it aide and helping it to recover. The people then became democratic and West Germany became a helpful and rich ally.

so dont make the mistake. and its not right to wish death of people for what thier old government did

It has come to my attention that you nation has suffered terriblly. While we are saddened by this, we also know that simply feeling bad for you will not help heal the wounds of strife, As such I am offering your nation a once in a lifetime deal:

In exchange for land and population for workers my company will donate the following:

1. 100 thousand tons of assorted grains and seeds
2. 5000 portable city wide water treatment facilities and resivours(SP)
3. 20 million USD worth of farming equipment
4. Security

In exchange for these items we expect the following in return:

1. Approx 2000 Acres of land
2. Universial building permits
3. The right to hire your populace to work in factories built within your nation.

Our government is willing to donate stores of fresh water, grain, and seeds for future crops. This service will be free of charge.

Also we are prepared to support you further with temporary health care facilities and a rotating staff. It is expected that unless requested all medical supplies will be brought from our country and will leave when they are no longer needed. This service will be free of charge.

Building materials will be supplied if need be, but transportation fees will be expected should you require these materials.

Several government inspectors will accompany each shipment to ensure that the hospitality our country shows is not squandered. Please show them all respect and report to them on a daily basis.
