Notes on Plans:
A.) Referring to the Map of Straumur, as you can clearly see, the Royalists like to position its assets around soft civilian targets, making any type of artillery or air strike not possible with out the loss of inocent civilians. The Royalists have tactics of placing anti-aircraft positions on school, and hospital buildings. They have little to no regard for civilian lives. We will not sink to they're level, and insist that civilian casualties be kept to a minimum, hopefully none. The Blessed Guard are highly devoted to they're cause, and will fight to the last man. They're strongholds are not the schools, and hospitals of the Royalists, but they're monasteries, which are built to be highly defensible, and again, are in civilian neighborhoods. They have high, thick stone walls, and tunnels underneath. They also have large stocks of munitions, food, and water on hand, and can withstand a long siege.

B.) Referring to the Map of the area surrounding the City of the Blessed, again, the Royalists are using the civilian populations as cover. There are little to no Blessed Guard troops here, and as such they have no strongholds, or territory.

C.) Referring to the Map of the City of the Blessed, again the Royalists can be seen to be placing they're AA positions near civilian targets. Also, those are only the ones we directly know about. Also, if you note the chemical plant. If any of the tanks there are damaged, they could release toxic airborne chemicals that could contaminate land, for 200 miles. This is not acceptable. Also, any troops attempting to re-take the chemical plant will want to have proper gear, for there may be localized leaks in pipes or tanks, within the building, which should not result in loss of containment, but will hinder soldiers attempting to retake the facility.

To further reinforce the Republican stronghold, 800,000 more Marines are advancing from Orion Beach to the north, currently engaging Royalist strongholds. The Durian Naval Attachment - the IBS Harbinger and IAC Majesty are in range for heavy air and fire support. We highly encourage you to launch a concentrated offensive towards to the city momentarily.

Speed is the essence of war. Take advantage of the enemy's unpreparedness; travel by unexpected routes and strike him where he has taken no precautions.

Our fleet is already at Heilagur North Coast, at the position indicated by the center of the Kiev Class symbol, which was the basis for our own Cruiser-Carriers, we shall move them towards the beachhead marked on the map by a shade through the direction indicated by the blue arrow and establish a base of operations there with our supplies and with the offloading of our units for the next stage of the Campaign, we estimate it shall take from 6 to 8 hours for the fleet to reach its destination. I hope this is not offensive regarding your own Intel efforts, but we would rather gather more Intel before starting the offensive part of our operations. Also there is always the possibility someone else might come to help the Monarchy and Theocracy forces, and an early warning structure shall always help to alert to their presence beforehand.

Our Unmanned Spyplanes shall keep a vigilant watch over the surroundings of cities still under your control after being transported to several of the cities nearby while our AWACS and AEW&C airplanes shall make regular patrols on the region should any allied of the monarchists or theocrats arrive in this region. The operational range of the most complex of our recon crafts shall be able cover the entire region surrounding the City of the Blessed and its nearby coast, while half the smaller ones, the Yakolev Pchela-1Ts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Yakovlev_Pchela_NTW_2_93_2.jpg), shall be distributed to all your holdings in the region, as they have a range of 60 kilometers which is enough for early warning against possible stealthy small-scale mobilizations and to give your forces a superior view of the enemy disposition of forces, the other half of them might be useful for reconaissance of enemy positions during combat on the next stages of this operation. On the other hand the RQ-5 Hunters (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/4/45/Hunter_RQ-5.jpg) shall cover the municipal sub-regions and aid the patrol of coastal areas, including the countryside of cities with their 260km range. Our medium range Tupolev Tu-141 Strizh (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Tu-141_Strizh.jpg), with their 1,000 km range and 1,000 km/h cruising speed shall keep a under constant recon missions over the entire critical sectors of the region of your towns, and finally the IAI Herons (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:IAI_Heron_MALE_UAV.jpg) shall be responsible for the reconaissance of most of the place, equipped with various radar systems, infrared and visual surveillance, ELINT and SIGINT payload which shall allow them to intercept communications from the monarchists or theocrats, coupled with their 3,300 km operational range. All those UAVs coupled by the coastal patrols of our 15 Kamov Ka-31s (http://www.acig.org/artman/uploads/ka-31-deploy.jpg) which shall also survey the coast for any possible enemy emplacements nearby our base of operations. And to finally complete this mesh of coverage against most threats, our 10 Beriev A-50 Shmel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Beriev_A-50_black_%26_white.jpg) AWACS and 5 Boeing 737 AEW&C (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Boeing_737_AEW%26C.jpg) shall also participate on coastal coverage of the region with several recon missions besides keeping the dry land watched. At the same time we shall risk sending a few of our Herons and Tu-141s closer to The City of the Blessed and to a nearby city we just named as "City 1" for now to acquire up-to-date Intel and Recon data. Once we have surveyed an up-to-date recon of the entire region we shall proceed to stage 3. But before that we shall send convoys with the five S-500 SAMs to the cities under your control as a precaution. Our expeditionary air force shall be ready to intercept any threat that comes from air by then while our fleet shall remain deployed, awaiting further orders until we can secure an harbor. Our recon shall last little more than one day.

ЭТАП 3: SpecOps, PSYOPS and Memetic Warfare

First of all, we will need an entire plant of The City of the Blessed man-navigable sewage system and metro, should there be one, and also a plant of the sewers of the "City 1" where the white and brown arrows point to. Also we would like the specifications regarding ceiling and range of the hostile Anti-air emplacements nearby. And ideally we would require the blueprints of every public building around those two cities, and of any nearby refugee camps to avoid any incident

"If I determine the enemy's disposition of forces while I have no perceptible form, I can concentrate my forces while the enemy is fragmented. The pinnacle of military deployment approaches the formless: if it is formless, then even the deepest spy cannot discern it nor the wise make plans against it."

In the practical art of war, the best thing of all is to take the enemy's country whole and intact; to shatter and destroy it is not so good. So, too, it is better to recapture an army entire than to destroy it, to capture a regiment, a detachment or a company entire than to destroy them.

Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.

The guerrilla fighter needs full help from the people of the area. This is an indispensable condition.

Based on the information gathered from Recon, SIGINT, RADAR and ELINT we shall deploy our skilled pilots flying at a very low altitude (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLQbkItXVe0) with the cheap, highly cost-effective, low radar signature Antonov Y-5Bs that we shall use for paradropping two of our 4-man teams of the Crusader Missionary special forces behind enemy lines at the City of the Blessed using the route indicated by a grey arrow, should the information we gathered make of this a convenient mission with manageable risks. The Crusaders fireteams are comparable to the Marines while the Crusaders Missionaries are comparable to the British Special Air Service. Their goal shall be to covertly destroy the anti-aircraft emplacements in the city after sneaking through the metro and/or sewer systems of it towards that location from a safe city limits area they were paradropped to, with their assault rifles equipped with suppressors, and with the use of Steyr IWS 2000 anti-materiel rifles (http://www.steyr-aug.com/theacr.jpg) rather than explosives to avoid any civilian casualities. It is part of a plan to give our allied forces full air superiority and paradropping capability on the region. We also shall engage into several propaganda operations to encourage desertion and surrender of their forces. A similar operation shall happen on City 1.

At the same day, or more exactly, night, another group of 2 teams of the Crusaders shall be paradropped to the enemy city closest to the areas where you still have some control over based on the data we acquired from it, the route of the Y-5Bs that shall paradrop them is indicated by a white arrow. Their mission shall be to sabotage most of the physical defenses of that city as preparation for the next stage of this campaign. At the same time there shall be some advances of our ground forces towards "City 1", covered above the air by a three squadrons of Su-37 Berkut fighters as they approach until half way to their destination, which shall only be reached in the Stage 4

ЭТАП 4: Liberation of City 1 and Attack on Nearby Enemy Base

No enterprise is more likely to succeed than one concealed from the enemy until it is ripe for execution.

As we do not know the name of that city yet, it was named simply as City 1 for the sake of convenience. After our special forces either or not have successfully sabotaged its defenses, disrupted their morale and after we know every centimeter of it through Recon, Radar and ELINT we shall send eight Crusader fireteams, six Mechanized Infantry and Urban Armored Fighting Vehicles squadrons towards this city, with their visual range extended by the use of recon aircrafts and all of them, covered by both gun (http://www.defenseindustrydaily.com/images/LAND_G6_Howitzer_SP.jpg) and rocket (http://www.designation-systems.net/dusrm/mim-146a-1.jpg) artillery of both wheeled and tracked types, Merkava Mark-IV (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2d/Merkava3dKasag001.jpg) and T-95 (http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a251/RIPper_SVK/afvs/T-95_2.jpg) MBTs which shall take on against enemy forces outside the city and supported by tankbulances (http://www.supervideo.com/Merkava%20IVBtankbulanceInterior.jpg), armored cargo trucks (http://www.emercedesbenz.com/Images/May07/22_Armored_Mercedes_Benz_Actros_Truck_S.jpg), combat engineering vehicles (http://content.answers.com/main/content/wp/en/thumb/a/a5/400px-D9-us_pic28m.jpg) and recovery vehicles (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/ground/images/m88a1-crane.jpg) with the goal of taking it over. They are represented by the brown image of a tank and of a soldier and their route is defined, although it might change according to the information we gather later, by the brown arrow pointing towards the city. We shall rely on the mobility of having an entire infantry batallion carried by Infantry Fighting Vehicles and we shall not attack with unwise haste or ruthlessness. We shall wear down them psychologically if they did not already surrender or lost all popular support thanks to the propaganda efforts, use our snipers to kill them one by one to entice fear and terror while our special forces sabotage their military infrastructure even further, until, once they are ready for the final strike, we shall move in, take advantage of tunnels and other places where the superiority of numbers is not important, and with the support of mine detection and defusing squads, logistics, extensive reconaissance of the battlefield on-the-fly, infrared and night vision equipment, and with hopefully your aid to us on detailed data of buildings on this city, our forces shall, one way or another triumph with none civilian casualities. Once we liberate City 1 from their graps, we shall later, should you authorize us, send a combined arms strike against their base with both our ground forces, cruise missiles (http://www.acig.org/artman/uploads/brahmos2.jpg) and close air support aircrafts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:RusSu-25.jpg), attack helicopters and fighter-bombers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Su-34_former_Su-32_former_Su-34_former_Su-32FN.2.jpg). Also if our recon aircrafts located any coastal enemy bases we shall prepare a combined arms amphibious assault operation to be executed once we are ready for it. During all this time continual PSYOPS propaganda efforts shall remain in operation at the City of The Blessed against them. We shall avoid using most armored vehicles for taking the city due to their inherent vulnerability to TOWs fired from the tallest buildings where some of them lack enough gun inclination to reach.

ЭТАП 5: The Liberation of The City of the Blessed.

The best victory is when the opponent surrenders of its own accord before there are any actual hostilities... It is best to win without fighting.

After we have secured air superiority, naval supremacy and ground control of the entire region surrounding City 1 we shall use it as one of the staging points for our multi-directional take over against the City of the Blessed as we march forces from both City 1 and from the city under Republican control to the south of your own base in a coordinated assault, taking advantage of every recon, ELINT and SIGINT information we have collected during all the time it took for it. Several covert missions of our Crusaders Missionaries shall happen before it to further damage their defensive emplacements, and a Crusader fireteam shall open the way for the rest of our infantry forces through the city as we secure it, first focusing on the less dense regions, far away from the chemical factorials and slowly making our way through it with our knowledge of urban warfare acquired during dark days of when our people lived in Russia.

We hopefully will manage to pressure them into retreating by surrounding the entire city, while being covered on our flanks by additional forces, among them our artillery, ground strike helicopters, aircrafts and main battle tanks. We hope you shall send us reinforcements once the time comes. There is not much to tell, just that we will initially attempt to convince them to surrender and engage into low intensity hit and run attacks with our snipers to lower their moral, and otherwise, shall take full advantage of the underground tunnels for it and have a permanent mine defusing during the entire mission. Again, with our currently limited information our insight into the future of this Campaign is limited. After the City of Beatus is liberated from their presence, the impact over their morale might be high enough to weaken drastically their resolve in further battles. We cannot make insights on the next stages of this Campaign, and we are ready to design new plans on the fly should the unexpected make a change of priorities on our operation.
