Emergency Session of the Bulkanian Communist Party
Bulkania
28-01-2008, 09:45
President Victor Stanov was trying to figure out ways to fix the current situation Bulkania was facing. Brenitzian nationalists were discontent living in the other republics of Merdessa and Blekova and Merdessa (Russian) nationalists were working for Merdessa Independence and sometimes clashed with the other ethnic groups.

http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=13409389#post13409389 Part 4 of the crisis, the latest of the Bulkanian Crisis
President Stanov last night ordered an Emergency Meeting of the Bulkanian communist party in the Capital of Bulkania, Kanigrade which was also the Capital of the Republic of Brenitzia.
The Bulkanian National Assembly Building was filling up with Communist party delegates from the Blekova, Merdessa and Brenitzian Republics. Combined they made up the Bulkanian Communist Party
President Stanov sat in the front row of the Hall. He walked up onto of the stage to the Podium and began speaking.
"There has been a breakdown of communication between the Ethnic groups, misunderstanding is growing. The system with which we have dealt with the different ethnic groups is currently failing us. I propose new laws which we shall vote on that will restructure the system, a complete overhaul in which all the problems will be brought out into the open and can be dealt with"
The hall all clapped in unison in acceptance of the Presidents Proposal
"I propose that we decentralize the system a bit more. Republic Presidents should be directly elected by the people to serve 5 year terms. presidential candidates will be choosen by their parties. With this in place the people get a greater say at the same time the party will decide if the candidates are right and will follow national unity and progress"
The hall applaud the proposal
"I also propose that all policies proposed by the Republic's Communist parties that might be oposed to national unity must be reviewed by the central government before it can be passed"
The hall once again give a reserved applause
President Stanov continued listing more laws that would free up the system and address nationalist and ethnic problems and create more understanding.
Descriminate healthcare and educational systems were banned and had to be reviewed ect, ect.
At the end of another proposal a Brenitzian communist party delegate stands and speaks up
"I ask the Party if I be permitted to take the floor"
It was Kekov Mradic. He was s 48 yearold senior party member. He was also party chief of Kanigrade and held a lot of prestiege and support from within the Brenitzian Communist party
He approached the podium where President Stanov returns to his seat at the front bench
"Mr President, Its true you want to re-structure a system we have used for over 60 years? It is not possible to change the functions of the state. Never in our history has it been done. I believe these laws dont address the REAL problems at all, they mearly shove them in a dark corner"
Mradic continued his attack with more enthusiasm and exxagerated hand actions
"I dont think, under you, justice will come for the thousands of loyal Brenitzians living in the other republics"
The Hall anxiously sat in silence. Kekov Mradic's supporters then began a tremendous appaluse in which other party members gave hesitant scattered applause
Another Mradic supporter then stood up
"Comrades I want to take the floor now"
He approached the podium, Mradic stood aside looking over the hall
"Its clear our communist party has lost its way. The communist party's of Merdessa and Blekova have done nothing to protect Brenitzian's living in those republics, Our own Communist party of Brenitzia has done nothing to help them. i FULLY believe it would be counter-productive to allow Victor Stanov to remain president of Bulkania!"
The party hesitated for a second and gave another cautious applause
Another Mradic supporter then jumped up from his seat and immediatly headed for the podium
"The country is suffering under Stanov! Groza held the country together and now we see Stanov is splitting us apart due to his inaction! The natural party process is not functioning under this dictator, he has acted in a despotic fashion. It appears he has been corrupted by his power and now cant help but act despotically!"
This time the hall was completely silent, no one clapped, they seemed quite confused as to what was going on but they were also listened carefully to what the Mradic supporters had said
President Stanov moved up to the podium in a solemn and glum mood
He staired around the Hall slowly and spoke into the microphone softly
"It is absurd to call me a dictator........ Completely ludicrous" and with that Stanov walked slowly back down and retreated to his front bench seat
Mradic walked up to the podium again and spoke into it
"It is clear we need new party leadership if Bulkania is to survive as the Socialist Federal Republic of Bulkania in the mellenium..... All in favour to elect a new leadership and that President Stanov resign from his positions?"
One by one party members raised thier white cards, first is was the large cluster of Mradic supporters and it seemed to spread slowly throughout the party.
"And all those against?" said Mradic. Clearly the Majority of the party voted to elect new leadership but Mradic wanted to savour the moment. a couple of hands went up holding the white cards to oppose a change in leadership
"whats that? 1, 2, 3.........6, 7, 8......11. Is that it?" said Mradic with a grin on his face
Victor Stanov didnt believe what he heard and so turned around to view the rest of the hall. He was in complete shock that the party had turned against him
"how long have they been plotting this!?" he thought to himself
The Merdessa communist party delegation was frantic, of those that voted against a change they were extremely suprised and made phone calls to the leadership in Merdessa alarming them of the change
Mradic then confidently explained to the party that extreme action had to be taken to save Bulkania and seek justice for the minoritites living in the other republics. Mradic then put the question to the party
"Does the Communist Party of Bulkania was me as a leader who will restore national unity and put us back on the right path, to eliminate corruption and to preserve the rights of all member republics and thier citizens?"
over 70% of the party raised thier white cards to elect Mradic as New President of Bulkania
3 Hours later............................................................................................... ............
Victor Stanov was in the presidential office. He was stanidng at the window looking down at Marx and Engles Square when Kekov Mradic entered.
Victor Stanov was in a depressed mood. He turned slowly and walked up to Mradic
"What were you playing in there Mradic? do you understand the Consequences Bulkania will face becuae of your actions? did you think of your fatherland!?"
"I was doing this to save Bulkania, it was the only thing in my mind"
"It was nothing more then a coup, how long have you planned this usurpation against me?"
"It was not a coup, It was party democracy working against you, now please go to your house, your on the back bench now, I'll have some people clear your things out here"
Victor Stanov didnt put up a fight, he pushed his fingers through his greying black hair and walked slowly out of the office.

The News of President Stanov's resignation and the Installing of President Mradic was on all 3 TV channels
BSNA (Bulkanian State News Agency) 12:00 pm
A man siting at a desk in the blue studio addressed the camera.
.................................................................................................... ....
Good Afternoon we are sorry for the interuption in regular tv programs to give you this urgent news from the Communist party Leadership.
At 9am today an emergency session was called by Victor Stanov to address Bulkania's problems. However with abuse of power allegations and in the face of government inefficiency and the abuse of Brenitzian nationals living in the other republics the Party overwhelmingly voted to replace Victor Stanov with Comrade Kekov Mradic who promises to give justice to victims of descrimination in Bulkania and to clean up the system
Camera switches to Kekov Mradic speaking outside on the steps of the Bulkanian National Assembly Hall
"Its extremely unfortunate Comrade Stanov has let things degenerate this far. I promise to give justice to those families living in the other republics that have had descriminate crimes taken against them.
Comrade Stanov only mouthed the words, I will take action. He delivered you all a Monologue I promise dialogue, with all the people!"
.................................................................................................... .........
The Merdessian Communist party delegates left Kanigrade immediatly after the Communist party session. They didnt want to stay a minute longer. President of the Republic og Merdessa, Mikail Borchev was Victor Stanov's political ally, He was installed by Stanov himslef to replace Kuznetskova.
"Were all in trouble comrades, Mradic is a staunch nationalist. He will institute nation wide policies which will severely restrict Merdessa's own rights" Said Borchev on the phone to his Party Cheif in Grozagrad

4pm Bulkanian National Assembly Hall.................................................................
It was 2 thirds packed (Merdessa delegation was not present) for the second time today to discuss the situtaion, Mradic's appointment to the position of president and new reforms whihc will help manage the country's republics and run the country more smoothly
HOWEVER the Merdessa Communist Party delegation had left Kanigrade in protest at the removement of Victor Stanov, Stanov himself did not attend the meeting either.
Vasily Demchenko President of Blekova on the north of Bulkanian island and head of the Blekova Delegation spoke with Mradic
"Tell me exactly what is going on here, Blekova is stunned at what is going on and waht is it all going to mean for the Ukrainian minority in Blekova?"
"Comrade you have nothing to worry about, I will institute new reforms witch will give each of the Republics equal rights"
"They why are the Merdessa Communist Delegation not present at such an important meeting then!? I dont like you beligerant talk about getting "revenge" and seeking "justice"..." said Demchenko aggresivly
"What can i say that can keep the Bulkanian party together and stop you from walking out"
"If you can get the Merdessa Communist party here. Blekova will not remain apart of Bulkania without Merdessa" threatened Demchenko
Studenly Mradic looked stunned, fear was in his face.
"Comrade we are all partriots here, Stay for this meeting otherwise the Bulkanian communist party will continue on without you and you will lose all your voting rights on the new laws"
"fine we will stay and vote on the new laws" agreed demchenko
The Hall was only 2 thirds full as the Merdessa delegation was not present. Mradic took to the podium
"We have some very important descision ahead of us. We have to keep the three republic together, Bulkania is nothing without them. I have some new proposals that I would like to put to the party But first we must adress the desertion of the Merdessa Communist delegation that has not turned up to this meeting..... As they are not present they do not have the right to vote at this session. Law will be passed or rejected with or without them. It is totally legal that should a delegation boycott or ignore a sesssion that thier votes are not counted as they are not present.....Right now lets get to business"
Mradic shuffled the papers in his hand and layed them before him on the podium
"Firstly I would like to reform the law in which states each republics vote counts for 1. and all republics can be out voted 2 to 1. I find this totally unfair to the Brenitzian Republic. It is an unfair law. on paper its all fine but it doesnt take into account the population each republic represents. Brenitzia's have the largest population therefore we represent more people and so, speaking for more people our votes must count for more then just 1! We must make the votes count in proportion to the populations of each republic and fix that to the membership in the communist party"
"All in favour?" said the speaker of the Hall
The Brenitzian communist party all voted YES. the Brenitzian Party also had larger membership and so always had the majority and seeing as all the Brenitzian delegation voted YES they Immediatly outvoted the Blekovans
The Blekovans protested amougst themselves and then Vasily Demchenko approached the podium
"This law is extremley descriminate, should this law be passed Merdessa and Blekova will play 2nd to Brenitzia at all times....This law is not to be passed or we are walking out of the session!"
The Hall erupted in protests and chatter. then the Leadership of each delegation met face to face at the front of the hall before the podium
"How can one say 'do things our way or we walk!' its entirely preposterous!" yelled one Brenitzian party member
"We can not support a law in which will seriously undermine equality amoungst the republics! You will present even more biast laws in wich you will outvote our Delegation all times. this session is also too important to not allow Merdessians to be here" argued Demchenko
"Merdessa have left Kanigrade, you just want to walk out too! and you accuse us of splitting up Bulkania!" spat Mradic
"We are willing to discuss this further WITH Merdessa delegates here until then we will not participate any further in party sessions!"
and with that the Blekova Delegates walked out of the National Assembly buildings. Mradic turned to his delegation and spoke calmly
"Lets take a break and get a head count and see who is still loyal here"
.................................................................................................... ...........
The rest of the session but consisted of debating about the crisis and hwat could be done. they didnt want to vote on any laws which if done would of infuriated hte other republics and possibly would of pushed them far enough to leave Bulkania and declare independence. When the session ended Mradic called the State news agency to get cameras to the National Assembly building.
When camera's arrived Mradic addressed them
"The Merdessians have opened the door to a crisis and Blekova have followed them out the door! this is the beginning of a crisis we must prevent at all costs! ofcourse the Blekovan and Merdessian party leadership are not the only ones to blame they have started this crisis! I make a declaration and a Call to the Loyal Brenitzians living in the Republic of Merdessa and that is I want them to March on Grozagrad the fight for thier rights and help restore national unity. I will not tolerate another assualt on a Brenitzian and so the descriminate parties in Blekova and Merdessa will come into line!"

..............................................................................11:38pm Grozagrad, Merdessa National Assembly.
"Comrades, the Brenitzian's are coming, Mradic has made the call, he has ordered Loyal Brenitzians to stage a mass demonstration in Grozagrad, probably sending thousands in trains to arrive here, He wishes to set up Obedient, loyal slaves, his allies to pack the Merdessa National Assembly. We must protect ourselves from this blatant attack on our rights! I propose we make changes in the Merdessa constitution to expand our own rights to protect them from Mradic's grip!"
The Merdessa communist party gave a thunderous applause.
(Kuznetskova's supporters have not all been uncovered in this point and they, being nationalists and supporters of independence accept this action)
"We must write in our constitution that It will be Illegal for the Central government to appoint a President of Merdessa without the Merdessa Communist party apporval and the vote of one other Republic of Bulkania"
Another Applause covered the hall
"We must also write in it that the central government also has no right to give orders to the Merdessa Republic's policeforce and that they can no longer build what ever they want in our boarders without Merdessa Communist party consent!"
With that the entire hall stood together and clapped in Unison and chanted at the same time
"Merdessa First! Merdessa First! Merdessa First!"
.................................................................................................... ..........
Mikail Borchev was on the phone to former President Victor Stanov
Stanov "My line might be tapped, be careful Mradic is a rat, he is the real despot"
Borchev "I know but what else can I do. I dont want Bulkania to dissolve but should he tighten his grip i'm afraid he will give us little option then to declare independenc"
Stanov "There must be another way, I dont want to see the breakup of our fatherland! Its a complex situtain"
Borchev "Mradic probably has something planned for me, he will use his Brenitzian nationalist mob to swamp Grozagrad and then when i'm gone he will replace the Merdessa Communist party with a Brenitzian and mradic supporters"
Stanov "His motives arent that clear, My biggest fear is for Bulkania I dont know what will come of it"
Borchev and Stanov said goodbye and then hung up thier phone.

Merina and Dante Vucic were ethnic Brenitzian living in a small town close to Grozagrad. They had moved to Merdessa in 1999 when they were a young couple. they got work and made a comfortable life for themselves. Then when the Merdessa President Yuri Kuznetskova inspired Russian Merdessian nationalism life began getting hard on the Brenitzian couple
"You wont be welcome in Merdessa much longer!" would yell some of thier co-workers
It started getting real bad late last year when Dante was framed for theft in the factory store house and was fired immediatly without any evidence or investigation into it. While leaving he was taunted by some Merdessian nationalists
"Now youve lost your job there really isnt any need for you to continue living around here"
They were sitting up in the living room watching the news of Mradic's call to loyal Brenitzians to stand up to thier rights and march to Grozagrad.
"Merina we have to go to that rally" said Dante upon hearing the call
"Are you mad, Comrade Groza would turn in his grave!" said Merina frantically
"We move to this land, we love this land its Bulkania I will fight to the death to keep it from breaking apart! We have to give a clear message to the Merdessian nationalists in power that they cant ignore the harrasment!"
"Your a Bulkanian before a Brenitzian, think about the consequences!"
"If we sit and do nothing the nationalists will win, harrasment will continue, we will be forced from our homes then when the exodus of Brenitzian's are complete Merdessa will declare independence!"
"You dont really believe that" said Merina trying to calm her husband down
"I was framed for stealing where i was fired immedietly. I want to be able to get buried in this soil when I die without the fear my grave will be vandalised!" protested Dante
"I will come with you to the rally but only to keep an eye on you to make sure you dont do anything stupid and to make sure you survive"
"I respect the right that Republics are allowed to be autonomous but i am against the descrimination of our ethnicity, the central government is mobilizing us to act for our rights, Our party is protecting us"
Dante went into a cupbord and unraveled the Bulkanian Flag. 3 horizontal stripes of Blue, White and Red with the Bulkanian National symbol sitting in the middle of the flag of the Hammer, Pick and Sickle where he reforled it and left it on the table ready to take tomorrow

6am .................................................................................................... ............
Mikail Borchev called a meeting of the Merdessa communist party to discuss thier option, within hours Groza square outside would be swamped with Brenitzian Nationalists demanding the Merdessa leadership resign. Once again the national Assembly hall was packed
"We are a nation of 3 nationalities, 3 religions, 2 alphabets and 1 political party, It is rediculous of the central government to ignore these facts by bullying us into loyal obedience. Mradic can only hold onto this nation for so long, Comrades to the Brenitzian people he is a saint, overnight he has been turned into a hero, he can order Brenitzian uprising anywhere, we must discuss our options" spoke Borchev over the podium
One Merdessa party member stood up and spoke
"We have only one option and that is our Declaration of independence!"
The Hall erupted into yelling and arguments
"Comrades, though I am totally against the dissolution of Bulkania we will not take that option off the table, it is a last resort" Said Borchev calming the party down
"We have to stop the trains from arriving in Grozagrad, block off the city entraces, Alert the police and baracade key streets" frantically spoke one party member
"Its impossible for us to close the train station, its managed by the central government, The Bulkanian military outside the city is also refusing to help us. The Police are the only ones who will be able to holdback the demonstration. I have ordered them to set up microphones and speakers around Groza square and to occupy and guard key industries and public structures" replyed Borchev
"Phone President Mradic in Kanigrade, Phone President Demchenko in Blekova, we have to get Mradic to calm down and ally ourselves with Blekova"
spoke another party member
"The demonstraters are already on thier way, When the meeting has a break I will use the oppourtunity to contact President Demchenko in Blekova"
The party continued to debate into 8:30am when they took a break. In the state offices Borchev phoned President Demchenko in Blekova
"Hello comrade secretary can you get me comrade Demchenko?"
Demchenko "Hello Borchev, whats going on down there? is everything calm?"
Borchev "It is for now... Look we need to ally against Mradic, we should cause an Emergency Republic meeting in which we can use our 2 votes against his 1...."
Demchenko "He has 45% of the population that are loyally under his command. He can order a Brenitzian uprising anywhere"
Borchev "If we dont take action Merdessa and Blekova will become puppets of Mradic, he just wants all of Bulkania to himself"
Borchev "I have to go, i'm racing against time, I'll contact you later" he said in an urgent tone
Next he dialed the Direct number to the president in Kanigrade
Mradic answered immediatly
Borchev "Comrade Mradic calm down the crowd, call them back"
Mradic "The crowd is not my problem, you deal with them"
Borchev "How can you destroy Bulkania like this!?"
Mradic "If you resign then the crowd will be happy, thats how you can deal with them"
Borchev "Thats preposterous!"
Mradic "Allow us to pass through our reforms, announce to the crowd that the reforms have been passed and the Republic of Merdessa will be restructured"
Borchev "By restructured you mean absorbed into Brenitzia"
Mradic "If you fail to see reason then you will be responsible more then anybody for the destruction of Bulkania"
Mradic then hung up the phone Borchev slammed the phone down on the desk in frustration.
"sir! demonstrators are beginning to gather outside" said a young aide running up to Mikail Borchev
.............................OUTSIDE ON GROZA SQUARE ...........................................
The crowd was miniscule at the moment but it was expected expand rapidly throughout the day. At the moment it was a couple of hundred strong. waving Bulkanian flags and singing Bulkanian and Brenitzian songs
Police surrounded the Merdessa National Assembly building guarding it from any damage

by 10am Groza square was completely filled, The crowd even stretched down the main Boulavard and donw other streets. It must of been over 300,000 possible ever 500,000. They had come from all over Merdessa and even Brenitzia to force the Merdessa leadership to resign
"Down with the Seperatists! Down with the Seperatists! Down with the Seperatists!" they chanted
Back inside the National Assembly the party recieved a call from the Bulkanian Military commander outside the city. he said the Military would not come to the Merdessa Communist Party aide should there be a breakdown in law and order
"What has Mradic promised you!" Borchev shouted back at the Military commander.
"Comrades now Mradic has even Illegally used the Bulkanian military in such a way to further his own means. We must now see what our fate holds. Let us address the crowd" said Borchev to the Party
Upon walking out of the Hall and down the steps towards the square they were faced with extreme hostility from the crowd. Chanting thier downfall and cursing them, waving thier fists and such
Borchev approched the microphones
"We are all Borthers, we must remain United, WE are not the ones working for the end of Bulkania......."
The crowd continued thier curses and chants
"The Merdessa Communist Party has........" Borchev hesitated and reviwed the mood of the crowd, they would not have one word of Borchev
"The Merdessa Leadership announces to you today that....."
The crowd was getting even more aggrivated and the shouts were louder then ever they even began pushing the police back up the steps towards Borchev and the party leadership
"The Merdessa Leadership anounces its resignation! We resign!" Borchev said in desperation
The Merdessa Party leadership looked stunned, they did not see this comming, some of them walked straight off the scene in protest.
The crowd was now ecstatic, the mood changed instantly. They all broke out into the Bulkanian National anthem and chanted Mradic's name
"Mradic's our man! He will save Bulkania!"
Borchev retreated back into the National Assembly hall. The city was jammed with Brenitzians celebrating thier victory. State Tellivision was there to capture the moment in which they reported it as a Victory over Seperatism. Mradic back in Kanigrade gave a speech to the camera's accepting the resignation and announced a new leadership ready to replace the old leadership in Merdessa.
3 pm Kanigrade........................................................................................... ...................
Mradic was busy in a meeting of the new Merdessa Communist party. They were mosty in thier 40's and 50's. Still Russians, they were loyal to Bulkania and allied with Mradic. They would form a new forum to rule Merdessa in line with Mradic's policies.
He would then have the guarentied 2 votes of 2 republics in any situtaion in which the Bulkanian military had to be used.
Boris Ivanov was to be the new President of Merdessa, Immediatly he would Reinstate the 1946 constitution of Merdessa and destroy the changes Borchev and Kuznetskova had done to it.
There was still one obstacle to Mradic's total domination of Bulkania and that was the Northern Republic of Blekova led by Demchenko. Though they appeared content and loyal for the time being Mradic didnt forget how they walked out of the Bulkanian Communist Party session.

Office of The President
Presidential Palace
Zostar, Karshkovia
Greetings to President Mradic of the Bulkanian Empire,
It was with great interest that Karshkovia watched events unfold in the Bulkanian Empire. The coup over President Stanov, your political maneuvering to oust Mikail Borchev and the appointment of your own puppet government was quite well played, comrade. Congratulations are in order.
However, Karshkovia once was a former Soviet Union Republic herself and has tasted your brand of communism. It left a very sour taste in our mouths. We have done research and found your personal political track record very checkered indeed. This power play has positioned you to assume most power in the Bulkanian Empire, so you are now a defacto dictator. Karshkovia can not, in good conscious, allow your game to be played without protest. Alas, we also believe it is every nation's right to grow and develop on their own.
To this end, the people of Karshkovia will not move militaristically against your forces. If President Demchenko of the Northern Republic of Blekova declares independence or asks for assistance, Karshkovia will, however, provide them with money, military vehicles and weapons, and general goods for his people. If asked, we will provide non-combat forces to help stabilize Blekova as an independent nation.
Be warned, any aggressive actions against my people when disbursing humanitarian aid will be considered an act of war. It almost is funny, comrade, that Karshkovia's President cares more for the Bulkanian people than the Bulkanian President does. We wish your people to prosper, while you wish to accumulate all the power you can gain under the lies of "peace", "reform" and "unity" for the people. No changes you have made are for the good of all people.
Consider this a strongly worded message that your political days are very limited, Comrade Mradic.
Signed,

To: Government of Karshkovia
I President Kekov Mradic write to the Karshkovian government personally to set the situation perfectly clear.
We understand your concerns. We follow a philosophy of national unity the Bulkanian nation as a whole have no desire to seperate we are all brothers. However seperatist presidents of the two other member Republics of Merdessa and Blekova have undermined national unity. They wish to drive out the Brenitzian nationals from thier boarders using fanatics to terrorize. I
was popularity elected by the Bulkanian Communist party to restore order and end the oppression against the Brenitzian nationals in the other republics. I started first at Merdessa as the oppression was unbearable to the loyal Brenitzians. In Merdessa, Brenitzians make up 25% of the population representing over 440,000 citizens.
Also Merdessa is also our richest republic if they had left Bulkania a catastrophe would of unfolded. Bulkania can still survive without Blekova but its Merdessa Bulkania can not conitue without. We promise you and the rest of the world that no aggressive actions will be taken against President Demchenko, But should he secceed from our Socialist Federal Republic of Bulkania we will act in accordance with our constitution and use the Bulkanian military to restore unity.
We hope this will not destroy our ralations and remain Cordial
Yours sincerely President of the Socialist Federal Republic of Bulkania

Demchenko was in the Government offices in Lecras the Capital of the Blekovan Republic. One of his aides walked in.
"President Mradic's installed new leadership in Merdessa" said the aide
"Colourless individuals no doubt, they will jump on his order" said Demchenko in disdain
"Whats the next move?"
"We havnt made any seperatist changes to our constitution so we havnt provoked Mradic that much, however i know he has something planned for me"
"Also the real reason i've come here is to give you information on Bulkania's foriegn relations after his election"
"and..?" and said Demchenko impatiently
"Well the international community see the actions as kind of Belligerant, They would support us if any declaration of independence ever came out" spoke the aide
"Find out who these nations are, We have to get support. Independence is a last resort. Our fathers fought to the death to Create Bulkania I dont want to be responsible for any dissolution......But should Mradic force our hand and further"
a speaker on demchenko's desk beeped and came alive
"Sir, there is a call for you its the president"
"Ok I got it" said Demchenko picking up the phone
"Mradic, what are you calling for?" Demchenko snapped
"Why the hostility comrade? I called to alarm you about our Session in which now we have Merdessa present we can continue with the constitutional changes Bulkania will face to help her overcome her difficulties"
"Thats outrageous! they will vote your way! Blekova already votes against all your policies! you will outvote us again, you wont even think about conceeding anything!" Yelled Demchenko frustrated
"Be a good comrade, I can start a Brenitzian uprising in Lecras you know" threatened Mradic in his confident and calm manor
"This is nothing bu Brenitzian black mail! you will fail. Any more dictatorial actions on your part and I will declare independence!"
"then its treason then..... Now its revealed who the true speratists are" calmly spoke Mradic then he hung up the phone
Demchenkon then looked panicked.
He turned to his aide
"Contact the Blekova communist party, we have to hold another Meeting, Order the Boarder guards to seal the boarder with Brenitzia, All train's are to be halted and none will enter Blekova...."
"Sir the Railway is controlled by the central government we have no power to close it"
"Its in our boarders! We are to take over all Blekovan assets for ourselves, just folllow orders, We dont have much time"
.................................................................................................... ..............
Brenitzian nationals in Blekova was a much smaller minority. No more then 10% of the population of Blekova was Brenitzian. The Tactic Mradic used last time was transporting Brenitzian fanatics by train to Merdessa to cause a mass demonstration. This time with the boarders sealed there would be no way a mass demonstration could occur
National News reported the defiant Demchenko as a tyrant leading Blekova and Bulkania to hell and had to be stopped immediatly. It then switched to a camera showing the National Assembly in Kanigrade where Mradic was giving a threatening warning
"Blekova is clearly the true evil, seperatists here! I will tell them this... Blekova you are not ready for war, you want to lead Bulkania to hell! as the poorest republic in the Socialist Federal Republic you can not stand on your two feet, To the Brenitzian's Ukrainian's and Russian's that do not wish to see the Dissolution of our fatherland I call them to march to Lecras and using your voice force the speratists form thier seat of power!"
The national assembly give a tremendous applause with the front row standing and clapping in unison chanting Mradic's name

10 am
The Blekovan police force barracaded the Blekovan boarder and the trains were forced to stop. some were even turned back.
Meanwhile ethnice Brenitzian's that lived in Lecras came out. it was a puny rally of no more then 100. Police easily pushed the demonstrators in trucks and vans and drove them to police stations.
For the rest of the Day small Brenitzian protests took the capital but they were just small distractions and easily broken up. there was no organisation and the mood in Blekova as a whole was different to Merdessa
In Merdessa, Russian nationalists did make life for Brenitzian's hell, where as Brenitzian's were treated fairly and equally in Blekova. and Blekova was completly in support of a unified Bulkania.
5pm ...............................................................................................
Mradic has got the news of the failed demonstration in Lecras
he contacted Demchenko and Boris Ivanov (the new Merdessa President)
To the Presidents of the Republics of Bulkania
We have to hold a meeting of just High party delegates, military commanders and the Presidents of the 3 republics, get our greivances out in the open and deal with them at this session.....It is extremely important. The last time one of these meeting's was held was in 1981 so its vital you attend"
From President of the Socialist Federal Republic of Bulkania, Kekov Mradic
.................................................................................................... .
Mradic has ordered all Operations to cease until this meeting was to be held. All political and party meetings were to be suspended. Demchenko was determined to get his point accross and went to Kenigrade Immediatly
Ivanov was definatly going to attend as it was his duty and Mradic and his delegation as with the high military commanders and generals were to show too.
