I understand that you are upset the re-unification process has stuttered. This has been due to Civil Tensions between Capitalists, Communists, Calaverans, Kalavar Zansk, Christians, Muslims, Gharrakman. This land is a melting pot of faiths, politics and ethnics. The Zansk army has expressed restrained anger at my wanting to hold talks with you, and no doubt there will be bloodshed when the Kalavar Zansk settlers hear of this. We wish to talk about the following, which all relate to re-unification:
*The Zansk Army Prescence
*The Kalavar Zansk settlers
*The issue of New Paramus
*Oil, Uranium and Silver(Zanski want a share)

If you have any issues you wish to discuss, please state so.

The communist party's decision is simple, we want you out completly and to return all lands back to the North Calaverian goverment. Name your price comrades.

The Zansk Army position: a permenant base with 10,000 soldiers inside, Continued exploiting of materials by Zansk companies, Citizenship of Kalavar settlers without discrimination, Maybe an autonomous region in New Paramus (Nava Fermiz).

Zanski has had violent run-ins with Kalavar settlers, and it appears that they have no intention of leaving without a fight. The Kalavar population is rising at 10-15% a year, and they will be the majority in two years. So we advise you take any offers regardless of price ASAP, as if you do not it may result in Civil War in this country.
However, the native Muslim Calaverans (we call them Kanhuchans) have demanded autonomy as well...
