With the abundance of OOC messages in the Global Leadership Meeting RP, I figured that it would be prudent for that thread to have it's own OOC thread. That way, the story won't get cluttered with all of the OOC stuff.

If you're looking to talk about military stuff you should have your representative go talk to Grand Marshal Repke.

I thought this was going to be more of us all sitting around a table discussing various things, not a party on an airship. Not that it's a bad thing, I just wouldn't mind the chance to hammer out the details to trade in a more formal setting. Maybe there is going to be a more formal setting and I just don't know it. If not, I wouldn't mind meeting someone and getting close and maybe having a private meeting to discuss trade and such.

Your characters can talk to Ivan Rucinsky; Neo-Ixania's Foreign Minister about diplomatic relations. He is still waiting for the Supreme Chancellor to respond to his introduction. He is my senior diplomat; Arnold is the junior diplomat.

Oh and Isa, I think I remember Meadonia saying that the airship is basically an aircraft carrier, only a flying one. I might wrong, though.

Same here, earlier he, John, threatened to use his Colt on the Orbathian. Orbath and I have had a recent war together.

Beatus, if I get involved in that civil war of yours supporting the king, how's your representative going to react? I've got 2 high ranking military officers at the conference.

That isn't the rep, that is the Democracy sides leader that is at the meeting. Also i am involved in aiding the democracy so that wouldn't be a good idea.

Well, there's no reason our reps couldn't have a civilized conversation about it.

John would have a conversation but not that civilized because it will have many curses, probably some threats, and if it doesn't go well, it isn't very surprising for him to pull out his gun. He doesn't take threats lightly and after being in war time military service and still enlisted, he is very easy to resort to violence. John is hot tempered, sorry. Even worse is that he personally will be serving in that war so this will get him quite made. Jim might have a less angered reaction.

My military guys have guns aswell, Repke is likely not to lose his temper, but Stever, being xenophobic, has an exremely short temper when dealing with foreigners.

As I said before, so is John, very short tempered. He has a nice soft friendly approachable outside and personality, but disrespect him or his nation or do something along the lines of what Orbath did, then you will end up staring down the barrel of a gun.

Oh and LS if the Beatus and Zoingo reply I will be open for a few minutes as he walks over and grabs a few drinks for Jim, Francis, and John.

Hmm, rather interesting, that a protestant clergyman who founded a paramilitary religious organization, and near singlehandedly led a revival of christianity in his nation (LS), and diplomats who apparently despise christians, several of whom are currently drunk it seems, be at the same event. You up for a minor or major conflict on such a basis a bit later in the RP Puritania, possibly between Stever and LS?

if the drinks at this thing are 99% poof then about 8 full bottles to get James drunk ,if not more then 8

Hmmmmmm, and the other diplomat, whose name slips from my brain right now, of mine is in a giant cult and is a very faithful catholic. Hmmm, looks like some blood might be spilled, but only if PPP is up for it.

eh, not so much. LS wouldn't eat up a drunk, unless of course the drunk was attacking him.

The drunk would happen to be the man who you said LS might have a bit of a brawl with, there will also be the other sober man to aid his friend though, and John is open, he is at the bar grabbing the drinks.

Yeah, ofc. Stever is the only one drunk though. I'll get involved in the civil war when I get home.

Well, LS wont instigate it, at least not intentionally,a s that ewoudl e agaisnt his character. He is obviously a christian though, as he wears a cross pendant, a preist's collar, and has a black cross tattoed on to his right hand. Perhaps Stever could take notice of that?
