Greetings nations of the world,

We will not waste your time with a lengthy request. For many years our researchers have studied the human genome. We have already successfully created the first pre-defined human male, his genes were carefully selected and the results have been quite remarkable.

But such research is quite expensive and our country's funds simply cannot keep up. Thus we are seeking research treaties with other nations. We seek funding and are willing to openly share most findings.

Current fields seeking funding:

Human Genome:
- Disease control/ curing
- Lifespan Expansion
- Manual Gene Selection in creation of being

Energy
- Fusion powerplant
- Improved electromagnetic force fields

Space
- Electronic magnetic planetary orbital launcher (Space center that allows take off with the use of magnetic energy instead of fossil fuels.)

Air
- Mini Scramjet Design (Potential to reach cruise speeds exceeding Mach 4)

Please keep in mind that this type of research is expensive, but the rewards are priceless.

We await to hear from those interested.

OOC: What tech are you? A lot of what you describe is out of the range of MT and some of it maybe not even PMT. As for the mini-scramjet design, it's not worth it. Scramjets can't exactly work below Mach 5, have a shitty T:W ratio (2:1 iirc), horrible manueverability. Finally, scramjets have to fly in the upper stratosphere, where they are suceptible to both space based and ground based missile defenses. While scramjets are definitely feasible, their downsides far outweigh the good they have.

We have taken a look over the technologies thaat you have proposed, and we are intrested in developing a research trade agreement to assist with your space prgram. We have a strong economy, and I have been authorized a donation of the amount of 300 Million dollars USD in both research and funds. We also look forward to discussions on other agreements such as trade. Please telegraph us with your decision.

ooc - Kampfers - I'm not really sure what those terms mean. I'm pretty new to nationstates. The country I'm trying to put together basically has a very heavy education / research budget with no religion to slow progress. At the first I'm focusing on trying to trade military technologies since that always seems to be very profitable in hopes of sling shotting my countries economic status into being able to do full out fusion research and other very costly research.

The scramjet design I'm trying to implement is one where the actual engines are small enough to be able to be fitted on rotating platforms giving the plane verticle / horizontal thrust at a whim, which turning and other maneuvers being aided with engine rotation.

Please let me know if I'm flat out out of line of if there's any rules/ playbook I can look up.

Thanks !

IC:

We at the Ministry of Science have been researching all the things you've been researching. It is of great coincidence that while we're looking for other nations and scientists to help us in our research yours do the same. That being said I think it is quite obvious that we would like to be in on the deal.

We welcome your investment, and would like to welcome a delegation from your nation to visit the facilities currently working on the program. There they will be brought up to date to the current status of the project and how our nations can move forward to hasten it's completion.

We believe your delegation will be well surprised with it's current progress.
