"FIRE!"

The order was shouted out then a volley of about 10 bullets flew swiftly across the small area of ground and into the three condemned men tied up to their designated post. Their blood spewed out of their body while their last breath was inhaled and moments later exhaled out with some red blood.

The firing squad that was designated to the killing of the three men walked up their posts and untied the lifeless bodies so that when it was the next time to kill the worthless, untouchable rebels, they would have a place to kill them. A man with a battle scar across his face, wearing a red jacket, a black tie, and black slacks stood up upon a dais in front of a podium. The dais was in front of the gallows that were commonly used in the capital city Geritem. The man with the scar up and said, "The three men just punished for their acts were that of the enlarging group of the worthless scum, rats that have committed treason against The Supreme All Ruling Emperor, Stephan Richards Carius. The punishment for that is of course death, which is what these scoundrels received. Let that be a warning to you! Commit treason, even the slightest of hate towards our emperor, and receive death!"

The man emphasized the word "death" as he screamed it out and then he walked off the stage after reciting the national motto and saluting.

It was a few hours after the initial death of the three men, and in the southern town of Hobleston a building was being erect. The building was in construction for weeks now and it was annoying the towns people very much to know what it was. It wasn't long until it was finished and it was easy to tell what it was. A military base. Soldiers went through it all of the time and it was getting more frequently used. But not one plane or tank other then the Black Panthers that strolled by occasionally, were there.

So one day a townsmen, by the name of Mark Futten walked over to the place and stood outside of its giant walls guarded with sentries on top of it manning large bird nest type machine guns.

Mark stood there screaming and yelling at it. Demanding to know what it was and why it was there. A man in a red jacket, black tie, and black slacks stood in between two giant 50 cal machine guns and the sentry to his right looked up and said, "Is it time sir?" the man in the red jacket then replied, "Yes, yes it is. Prepare the tanks, and movement guards, and tell the doctors they will be having some patients soon."

"And what of him sir?" pointing at Mark in his angry rant

"Oh, him? He is very irritable, isn't he? Do what you want with him. He will end up dead any way."

"Yes sir."

The man in the red jacket turned around and walked down the stairs into the lower level. As he was walking a few rounds of the 50 cal went off and Mark's angered screaming ceased.

A small four year old child screamed her throat out as her father and mother were being beaten to death in front of her. In another part of the town the front door to a small white house was broken down and the resident's screams echoed through out the house a few minutes after a revolver bullet was shot into their heads.

Six Aligarian Imperial Soldiers ran through the streets of Hobleston with lit torches and their AK-47s in their hands. They ran past a house with a broken window and people still grabbing some stuff and trying to rush out. One Imperial soldier stopped ripped off a shutter, pulled the pin out of a grenade and threw it in and ran off.

Inside the house it was chaos as the mother grabbed her daughter, Molly while the father jumped upon the grenade to muffle it, only to be blown to pieces. The fathers remains flew across the room and onto the terrified mother and daughter, and the daughter’s Teddy bear, which was reluctantly name "Teddy". They ran outside to be met with twenty AK-47 barrels pointed at their heads. The mother put Molly and Teddy down and, crying all the while, pleaded, "Please let my Molly go! Please I beg of you, please don't hurt her. Take me instead, just don't harm her! Please, I will trade my life for her to stay alive. She is only five! Let her live, she has a long life ahead of her! Please." Her pleading was silenced as her body was ridden with bullets, making her into Swiss cheese. The leader of that small squad knelt down next to the crying little five-year-old, Molly, clutching her Teddy Bear. The soldier, with his rough skin covered by black gloves with the seal upon, stroked her hair. He then said in a rough voice, "Your name is Molly eh? Well why don't ya be a big gal there and hold this for me. Okay?"

The man snapped the green circular thing in half and handed it to Molly. Then he jumped up as quickly as he could and he and his squad ran off giggling. Molly sat there leaning against her house crying, holding Teddy hardly and resting the green thing in her lap. She looked down at the green thing and picked it up and said, "At least, I am a big girl." and exploded seconds later.

That was just the beginning of it, after the squads of men went through and were killing everyone 100 Black Panthers came in blowing up all of the houses that gave trouble, and using the secondary armament to shoot holes through any one they saw. After rushing through and killing one third of the populace of Hobleston, the rest was gathered up and brought into the military base, which was then acknowledged as what it truly was, a concentration camp.

The doctors and soldiers had to literally waddle through the giant pools of blood that flowed through, at knee level, the concentration camp. All of the houses that weren't completely destroyed or burned had the flag placed upon it. It was a week after the initial attack upon the town, and already, over one third of the towns population, which was about 40,000, was dead, and the remaining people, that weren't women, children, or mentally or physically disabled, were forced into slavery. The rest that wasn't put into slavery was put to death.

May I dare say, we have nice living conditions. We do not need to be like everyone else and be uptight democratic morons. Why shou they have free will? The people of Hobleston stood as a threat, and thus needed to be vanquished. You say we are lowlifes, look at you. You decide, out of the many other nations of the world who commit far worse travesties, you pick us, and decide that every other nation of the world can be whatever they want, but Aligar must be a democracy. My government finds this agreement to be highly acceptable and thank you for your support. We are very pleased that other nations are also voicing their outrage at this brutal slaughter.

Regarding an invasion; the departments of State and Defence are still discussion this issue with our allies. However threat of invasion is highly likely should Aligar fail to stop performing these atrocities. Hopefully this issue will be ended by diplomatic means or threat of force alone.

The Supreme Emporer Stephan Richards Carius, his three wives, and Jospeh Stakin the Head Imperial Task Officer, were on a walk through Greritem the capital. They were surrounded by twenty secret service angents and a few slaves.

The Head Imperial Task Officer and the Emporer were having a conversation and the Task Officers two slaves were trailing behind. Jospeh's oldest slave, Farder, was carrying a few papers and gun and a sword for Jospeh. He was starting to fall behind so he started to run.

Unfortunately, he did not know that earlier that day a fruit stand was tipped over, so while running Farder tripped on a rotten apple and fell, making the papers and sword dirty.

The entire party stopped suddenly because of the event, and turned around. Jospeh cursing under his breath came out of the group and walked over to Farder and kicked him continuesly while he was on the ground, "You stupid bastard. Do your fucking job!"

"But sir how is it a job?" was all Farder was able to spill out in between breathes.

"You were wrong in saying that, Slave Coren! bring me my gun!"

A sly grim came upon the Emporer's face. He was a fan of watching the videos of the genocides he had his army commit so he stood there and watched as the other slave gave Jospeh a gun and Jospeh shot Farder six times leaving Farder dead upon the ground.

They continued to walk on, short a slave and two SS Agents, as two left to drag the dead slave's body away. They then came into the market area where people were selling fruits, guns, maps, all sorts of things including slaves as well. One old hunched slave trader stood upon a dias with twenty slaves behind him upon it as well, he walked back and forth across the stage yelling into a microphone.

"Get yer slaves here! Get yer slaves here." yelled the vender.

The Emporer pointed and said, "Ah, Jospeh, there may be your oppurtunity to fill Farder's place."

"Yes sir, it may."

He left the group with his slave and two guards and he walked up to the vender. The vender showed him each man over and over again. Jospeh was unsure to buy one or not so the vender started to try to convince him, "But sir, they are new, strong, men. Seen many a hardships making them tough on the inside too. And not only that but they were shipped straight from Hobbleston!"

This remark sparked something inside Jospeh so Jospeh pulled out his revolver and shot the vender in the head, spewing his blood upon the slaves.

"Come you all are part of the Emporers Slave Trading Company. You will be given names as soon as we get back." And Jospeh and the twenty slaves walked back over to the group, and the group left to go back to the Imperial Mansion.

Jospeh couldn't help but laugh when he read it. He did as he was told and sent the poster and copies all around the world. One was even sent to Stalin John, the bland named moron. After the posters were made a message was sent to the world:

The Empire of Aligar is an Imperial monarchy, that has proven itself strong enough, to do what is necessary to keep their Empire alive and strong. I cannot fault them for their methods as it sometimes necessary to spill a little blood, to ensure one’s throne is secure from threats. The slavery bit, I can also understand my Imperium also deals with slaves and has had them since the founding of the Empire back in 1308 A.D.

The continuation of genocide in Aligar will not be tolerated. Googlewoop currently stands with an alliance of twenty other, so called “moralistic democracies” who will all, without a single doubt, support us in any campaign to liberate the citizens of Aligar. Both of your nations will, without a single doubt be defeated.

Specifically to Deatharon:

Regardless of your system of government, as a world leader you must realise both the unacceptability of the atrocities committed in Aligar and the futility of your situation. No other nation, monarchist, dictatorship or otherwise will be stupid enough to come to your aid. As an older nation you must understand the disaster that will befall you should you attempt to fight against an entire major alliance. The demanded assurance of another nation’s citizen’s rights is not worth the destruction of your own nation. We implore you to see reason.

After due consultation with the Congressional Parliament, his Secretaries of Government and the ambassadors from Googlewoop’s allies, President Jon Hay has chosen to veto a bill passed in the Congressional Parliament yesterday supporting military action against Aligur. He points out that the notion of nation’s sovereignty is universally recognised to one end alone; to protect its citizens, not its government. Googlewoop will be imposing complete trade sanctions against Aligur for an indefinite period of time, and urges other nations to do the same. Official Diplomatic Communiqué

The Unitary Technocracy of Etoile Arcture announces that it will support Googlewoop's economic and travel sanctions by imposing its own package of trade embargoes and travel restructions against the governments of Aligar, Deatharon and Errikland.

The Technocracy also protests strongly against the killings that have occured in Aligar and the continued repression of sections of Aligarian society. We thank our close ally Googlewoop for bringing these matters to our attention, and have placed Aligar on the Free World Alliance watch list of oppresive regimes, and will in future be monitoring the situation there closely.
