This has been long over do.

Since the recent ban of war upon nations for a long period of time, we cannot, and maynot attack the fiends and devils of DoubleWideville, who have set a price upon another person's head. They condemn us of being satanic, and say everyone to be sinful, when they, in their own way, are satanic, evil people who wish to die more then the allied leaders of Black Ryou Islands. And for the punishment of that, under the current circumstances, a bount has been placed upon their heads. Their is a bounty that has been on their heads, which has kept rasing, and now it will be taken care of. Special Operation Units, and civilians alike, are now preparing to take part in the biggest hunt since the war upon Free Furry Islands. We will take the highest bounty if they are caught, but only if they will recieve a fair trail and be convicted accordingly to their crimes, not torture, the death sentence is fine with us in this case though. The crimes they have commited, but is not limmited to are:

Unfair punishment of POWs
Various Warcrimes
Thousands of cases of murder in the 1st degree
Torture
Killing of innocent Ryou, Grealian, Grestonian and other various troops
Genocide
Nuclear Warfare without reason
Various acts of Terroism
and Obstuction of Justice.

For other crimes they have commited ask the numerous, and still growing, community of nations and people they have done it upon.

The Rogutis Agentie will be willing to accept the bounty placed on the heads of the doubleWidevillian Leadership and named persons. Though we wish they will not ocme into harm during the hunt no promises can be made.

On the note of warcrimes, you have provided no evidence of any of this, and as such Stoklomolvi has no reason to believe any of what has been stated. In Western terms, the actions being taken are akin to "beating the dead horse with a stick", so to speak.

We have the evidence of crimes committed by the person in question. Agents, working under his orders, were found within the Beatus, with nuclear weapons, with the intent to use them to blackmail our nation into ignoring they're genocidal actions. The Commonwealth seas this act on Doublewideville as being agressive, blatant, and unthought of before hand. The current leaders of Doublewideville are Democratic, unlike their King David, who has been unheard of for quite a while, and by DWV reports, he is pronounced dead. Killing innocent leaders that had nothing to do with the matter is quite unaccepable, and all who were involved have been convicted for their crimes against humanity. Getting rid of a nation's psycotic government is one thing, but harming another that is compleatly the opposite, is cruel beyond belief. The leaders of Doublewideville did apologize for their acts, and while we may never forgive them, we agree with a sense of moral decency. Zoingo also agrees with Stocklomolvi on the matter, and as shuch, would like to see this nation left alone.

We have noted the insane desire for conquest your despicable nation wishes to indulge on us. Therefore, let it be known that these Special Forces WILL be captured, tried and beheaded for their attempt. Naturally, you will receive their heads through the mail in refrigerated boxes.

They also used the armamants of the vehicle to kill the Militia Units.

[OOC: On the note of transportation, I find the fact that your men instantly just appeared in his territory to be a bit...disconcerting, for lack of a better word. Even a HALO drop could appear as a blip on RADAR, and if not then at least one person will spot the aircraft. Siccari Special Force Teams and also Crusader Special Force Teams begin anti-insurgency operations. They are aided by surveilance planes who spot the terrorists. An airstrike is called in on the terrorists, using the B-11 Wrath of God bombers.

The B-11 drops the Brimstone ordinance from a low heighth to kill the terrorists. The Brimstone is an ordinance that opens up in md air and drops explosive bomblets over a football field of space. There is little hope that many will survive.

Meanwhile, the Militias and the Auxilary Defensive Militias and the Jesus Youh Corp is engaging the enemy. Massive amounts of rocket propelled grenades, light machin gun fire, hand gernades and shoulder launched missles are striking the enemy. Forward observers are calling in coordinates from both the survielance planes and from the ground, directing mortar fire on the enemy, and adjusting as necessary.

Ron Smith stepped out of the grain crate and dusted himself off. He and several other Metus agents had been shipped to DWV in the crates Belkaros had been transporting relief supplies in. He had been genetically and physically engineered to blend in. His facial bones were made of plyable silicone, so he could alter his jawline, nose, cheekbones and forehead to alter his apperance. His build was unremarkable. A mob of natives passed him led by Christ Youth passed him, and he quickly joined the crowd, learning their dialect as he marched with them. He walked unobtrusivley to the nearest CY leader and stuck a tiny syringe into his arm. A sodium chloride solution raced through his veins, and he fell ill.
Smith comforted the crowd, blaming heatstroke for the CY officer's attack, and led the man to his crate. He pressed his face into the shape of the officer's, took his identification and uniform, and put him into an empty Belkan shipping crate, which was promptly collected with other garbage to be returned to Belkaros. Mr. Smith donned the uniform and returned to the mob, and no one noticed the switch.
