That's one role of the Militia for you, plus .1 million in the Army is the Military Logistics Corps (MLC), plus all the branches uses troop transports (land, sea, and air) as part-time supply transports.

OOC: The US Amred Forces does this (aside from the Militia). Remember Operation Vittles?

A factbook is different from an invader's manual. In an invader's manual, you're detailing your defenses and obstacles to an invasion, rather than national statistics and such.
