IC: WAR!

It was coming for a long time, since the Coup that Started The People's Republic, and this was the thing that the evil Fordockian Spies and their demon worshipping allies had started.

The Bombing of Kasbahia had started the war, 40 Floating Cities and 5 Islands were under DFP Control, while the rest of the Nation was ruled by The Government.

The War looked to be one sided, The Freedom's Sons, like any other Rebel Army, was outnumbered and outguned by The People's Army and The People's Navy. While The Rebels had a very small air force (20 Cargo Planes turned into Bombers>) they had no Navy, no Anti-Aircraft Weapons and no Heavy Weapons.

This was why this part of the War was called The Days of Blood.

In the ocean surrounding territorial Ryou Black Island waters, an airship had been busy circling, dropping into the water many buoys. These were rather special ones though...blinder buoys.

Alongside an unsourcable message to all in the area that it was a good time for naval forces to attack Ryou came a deafening din through the sea as the buoys began to fire up: as well as the invisible RADAR-scrambling signals sent out by large generators, underwater the shockwaves of a constant sonar-blinding scream echoed through the depths at 120 dB. There was only enough energy to last for 15 minutes, or unitl the Ryous began to destroy them, but for now enough of a blow to their communications to allow for the safe entry of a fleet.

The airship disappeared off into international waters, following the jetstream back towards its homeland.


The Air Ship was not the only thing out over the ocean, or on it. a Ayanami Class Destroyer was out on Patrol when it spotted the Airship dropping a Illegal Bouy. So by Ryou Law, the Destroyer fired on the Buoy, blasting it to bits.

This was to be soon repeated all over the areas where Buoys were dropped by the airship, who ever dropped then forgot that the constant sonar-blinding scream was good for not only blinding Sonar or killing Whales (which it did.) but it allowed them to be found by the Ryou Navy and destroyed.

This would take a long time for them being destroyed. Alos, Air Patrols were sent out to make sure no more Airships would enter Ryou Air Space, and to make sure of that, Ryou Air Space was now Closed off to ALL Non Ryou and Non Stevidian Aircraft.

Back with the Rebels, They were busy with makeing a Fleet to take on the smaller ships of the People's Navy. Many ships of this "Fleet" was all Civilian Shiping turned into Armed Warships, Good for fighting Destroyers, Corvettes and other smaller warships, but useless against Battleships and carriers.

and the Communists were building more of the Deadly Killer Whale Class and Sharktooth Class Battleships in the Shipyards (all of which were under Government Control) and now Rebel Spies bought more bad news; The Ryous had finnshed two Secert Projects, One was a New Supercarrier Class, The Capricorn Class Supercarrier and the wrose nightmare ever; a SuperDREADNOUGHT.

This new Monster was known only as The Yokai Class Superdreadnought and that four of them were built at the same time. Not Much was known about these Monsters.

The air force was the first in, F-35’s rolled out onto the giant Jonivia Air Force base, and they zipped down the two and a half mile long runway, and sped up until they took off. It's been a while since he heard news as good as this on the Ryou front. He then got up and walked over to the Telvision, switching it on to the Shazbotdom News Network. "The official News of the Shazbotdom Empire". What a catchy slogan for the first ever television news station that opened up in the Empire.

"I know, son. I authorised the leak of some video footage from one of our Spy Satelites of the naval battle that occured not too long ago."

"Reports have just come in. The Ryou Black Islands is undergoing major civil unrest. Some reports indicate that the country has entered a Civil War unlike one that has been seen in this region for hundreds of years."

The Reporter then puts his hand to his earpiece

"We have live for you some leaked video footage from the Department of Interlligence from within the Minitry of the Military"

"Sir. Do you think it was wise though to leak video footage to the news?"

"Well. It was either that or have those crazy reporters attempt to send a small boat or something to the region and get themselves killed in the process. I don't want the loss of any Shazbotdom Civilian, especially reporters, to this damned conflict."

The television showed the massive naval battle from orbit. Shots rang out from the naval vessels and then explosions could be seen across other ones. You could clearly tell by the firing that there were two sides to this conflict.

"This Civil War on the Ryou Black Islands front is going to get massive, rather quick. There is no report to the Shazbotdom News Network as to the position of the Sevidian Empire as to their official stance in this conflict, but there is speculation from within the Associated Press that they have not stated an official position on the Ryou Conflict. The Supreme Empror has stated that the Shazbotdom Empire will not get directly involved, but has raised the DEFCON Level to 3 and has recalled 30% of the Marine Corps from their leave, in case the Ryou Seperatists attempt to attack other Socialist and Communist nations, including our own."

SCENE: Security Level 15 Meeting Chambers, Shazbotdom Imperial Palace
Deep underground a meeting had begun. The top Military minds were gathered around a table in this dimly lit room. The Jont Chiefs of staff were also gathered around too, they were discussing amoungst themselves of the situation in The Ryou Black Islands. It was mostly muttering but a few choice things you could pick out easily if you were there. Words such as "nuke" and "glass" were being thrown around, but also dismissed quickly. Along one side of the room was a grouping of monitors built into the wall, along another was a large screen. The screen was currently showing a map of The Ryou Black Islands, but it could also be used for video conferencing, amoung other things. On the 3rd wall were three rather large cabinets, where the 'Footballs(1)' were held. And along the final wall was the Elevator, of which is how all of the current people in the room made their enterance.

"Why don't we just glass these bastards into oblivion?" Asked one of the Generals.

There was some more muttering. Then another spoke up. "It's because we don't want international backlash, especially from those in the Stevidian Empire. The last thing we want is our entire existance wiped out."

There was some more muttering. Then the Minister of Public Relations, Mrs. Charrel Cralom, chimed in. "There would also be major National Backlash. Something as big as glassing this impotent nation would cause civil unrest within the nation, causing our own form of Civil War. The last thing this Empire needs is for it to fall apart at the cracks. We don't want any of the Colonies to break off, creating their own armies."

There was also some more muttering. Then there was a hum along one of the walls, the elevator had started up. It was comming down from the surface, with whom, everyone knew. They all stood there in silence and waited. When the humming got extremely close, everyone stood up and looked over at the elevator. Larry Williams, the reigning Supreme Emperor, then stepped off of it.

Everyone saluted him, showing him their own personal show of respect at their current leader.

With that. The latest intel of the situation was given to him in full detail by the personel that had gathered in this chamber. Larry listened with great interest to all the deatils of the demise of one of the most warmongering nations that he's ever laid eyes on.

When the briefing was finally over, he stood up and walked over to the large screen on the wall, looking over the map that outlined the trials, tribulations and battles of the Ryou Civil War. He stood there for a few minutes, thinking, pondering, and contemplating...

Which is what is being discussed in not only this post, but the next 1 or 2 posts thare will occur. It will be to debate the Shazbotdom Empire's involvment in this conflict to see if we join on the rebellions side or take advantage of this conflict do something completely on our own. Although the briefing was over, the meeting wasn't. Larry stood there, moving his head back and forth while watching the monitors and the map. Finally he walked back over to the table and sat down, those assembled there waiting in anticipation for whatever Larry had to say.

"Gentlmen. Overtly we are to take no sides in this conflict. There will be no massive military build-up. Do not gather together a large group of Marines, keep the levels at what they are now. Heightened security in case of foreign invasion."

Everyone just sat there, staring at Larry. Unbeknownst to them he had other plans.

"But. I do want a contingent of 'Black Ops' special forces prepared. Gather them all in secret. Send messages to them telling them to gather at seperate military bases, to not garner any unwanted attention. Then ferry them to Shazbotdom Naval Base and load them onto a group of Submarines. Those submarines will hit high water and head towards Ryou, where they will find a nice quiet spot to lay until they recieve further orders from Naval Command."

People's jaw dropped. They never knew Larry to hold a grudge against a nation as he did with The Ryou Black Islands. But then again, it was the Ryou who threatened the Shazbotdom Way of life last year, and it was the Ryou who threatened the use of WMD's against the Shazbotdom Homeland.

"Mr. Terrance, I want you to dispatch a general message to the Ryou Black Islands, make it so that everyone can read it. State our intention to remain neutral in this conflict until we feel that it threatens the stability of the enitrety of the world. Do the usual stuff. Understood?"

"Good. Everyone is dismissed."

With that. Everyone stood up and walked over to the elevators along the wall, got in, and headed back upstairs to do their regular duties. No one knew of the events that just tanspired in this deep dark meeting room, and it would stay like that...

Odin 3 prepared one of the five remaining projectiles attached to the side of its solar-panneled exterior, using information from EITS 7 that had passed over only a few hours before to aim its attack on the Ryou Black Islands. An attack that the Ryous would not even know was Alfegan, and would never know.

The missile fired off for 15 seconds, propelling the projectile on a precise trajectory towards where a thorough sweep had revealed there to be a rather large concentration of Ryou ships, before the engine disengaged. What it left was a dull sphere of solid tungsten 2 metres across, its face pockmarked from the occasional spacejunk it had encountered on its 40 year posting in the heavens. The sphere, travelling at 45 km/s at a trajectory of 55 degrees, was targeted for a point exactly 1.5km off the Ryou coastline, near a harbour. The resulting shockwave and tsunami would likely as not cause a fair amount of destruction on everything on the nearby coast, as well as causing a serious amount of chaos in the Ryou communications.

The projectile hit the earth as planned, without breaking up at all. When it hit the water though, the energy of 200 kT of TNT was released upon the area. A massive bowl of water, 330m across, opened up on the ocean surface, swallowing any ships nearby. When it crashed back inwards though, it generated a wave expanding outwards that was that of a tsunami.
All the people had as a warning was a ball of light ten times greater than the sun, and a feeling of warmth as the height washed over them. Then would come the shockwave, a wind blowing at 120km/h, blowing out all windows and roaring at 80dB. Then would come the wall of water.

The Straits were a good place to bait enemy ships into battle. The Ryou had known this for sometime.

The US Government is experimenting with lasers for ABM Purposes. Project Star Wars as it is code named isn't that far along in it's development and they are working out A LOT of of issues with the program. Right now it only works about 30% of the time.

Take it to the OOC Thread boys, the link is on the first page. But just to point out, lasers are MT but only basic ones which are only mounted on satellites. PMT lasers are stil basic but a darn sight more powerful than your average cannon on a satellite. This is an MT/early PMT RP and thus the laser technology will be in minor concept stages for mounting on ground/air based military units...... The dark, near violet hue of the transparent, fluctuating void was laid bare for miles, or at least it seemed so due to the inadiquate visibility. It gave no security to the wayward viewer. Even the creatures had scattered due to the mid-recent barage of the ultra high-pitch scream of the jamming boueys that had erupted before.

Moving almost silently through the water was anything but security, if not mear subjective defiance of the rampant depth around it. Two collosal, ghostly sillouettes patiently drifted forward through the depths of the open sea. Inconsistent light leves, and fluctuating moments of blur, gloss, and contrast were the only give-aways for the two beastly objects, concealed in a skin of moderate adjusting navy-blue, and sparsly situated pannels of matte, metalic bronse. Around the disturbances were a swarm of similar, smaller objects, each with the same qualities, and all mocking the exact speed of their massive accompanyment.

The War continued.

The Rebels and Loyalists were now killing each other in the battlefields and in riots in the cities. The Civil War was now a war of blood.

The Communist Government soon made things wrose by Forbiding The Red Cross to enter the Nation, after a few Red Cross doctors were giveing the enemy Weapons! this was the last staw, only Kuronan and Stevidian Doctors were alowed in the Nation.

Embassies were also being told to leave The Islands at once, only a few Embassies, like The Stevidian, Kuronan and Magic Sorcery Embassies were to stay.

The People's Army won a Victory against the rebels at Tokorai, the Rebels were blasted out by Air Attacks and Tanks. Sea Battles were happening every day.

The War was still on.

The generals rose with a smile, this would be the first of many fights the Checknokov's would be apart of, by gods grace they hoped that they would not lose.

The enemy was sighted on radar as their planes came over. This Angered the Government, but when a Intercepted Messege was Decoded, The Ryou Communist Government was now mad. Sending a messege, Premeir Rei Nakagishima now made sure the People of Checknokov.

The Freedom's sons on the other hand knew that these new allies would help. If The Info was right, the new allies were at Isla Nimbar, a Island 120 miles South of Shai Island. The Rebels soon sent a Force of 10,000 Rebel Infantry to meet up with the Ckecknokovs, Before The Commies sent a Much Larger Force.

Which They were, over 100,000 Ryou Troops, lead by Grand General Asuka her self. Knowing the Islands well, The People's Army would attack the enemy Force and Destroy Them.

The Rebels had to hury before then.

***Island Jungle, Ryou Civil War***

"OK men, I want you in position pronto, we have reports of a large government army heading our way." The men smiled the 'loyalists' would walk into a trap they would not be able to escape.
"Sir, Gregor's gone." A lone medic called from Pter's right. Pter was seriously beggining to worry about the idea of 988 men facing the best part of 100,000 well motivated troops. He growled in iritation the Major had made a mistake parachuting them into a bloody forest. 11 men had been killed instantly by the canopy and one had just died from his injuries.
"Ok this is gunna' be hard, but we are harder let us show these loyalist fools what we are made of."

The steady beat of soldiers feet cut through the stuffy air, although they did not know it all hell was about to rain on there heads.

"Ok, on my go." Pter whispered into his com-mike. His soldiers were next to the path on both sides, the loyalists would be caught in a cross-fire which they would not escape.
"Go!" As one his men fired, it caught the loyalists by surprise they had no cover and many fell in the opening barrage. Pter knew that this would be a long day. The loyalists began firing back, his men began to fall as more and more fire were directed at them, Pter began firing bagging at least one kill. He hadn't time to see whether he had killed anyone else.
"Fall back and prepare for gurilla warfare we will run these scum down."

Grand General Asuka looked out from the Bridge of one of the Destroyers and smiled. The enemy Force was small, no doubt a Vangard for a Larger Invasion Force.

"We will not start landing yet," She said, "We shall have a Cook out first."

her meening of 'cook out' was a air attack by 30 B-52 Bombers, that were getting ready to take off to drop Napalm Bombs on the Island and start a fire, since it was the end of the Dry Season, The Grass and Trees would be as dry as sandpaper and burn easy.

Port Reasikhan, Isla Del Rio: 20 miles from Isla Nimbar

Grand Admial Ryo was also starting a Campaign, as a fleet of 10 Sharktooth Class Battleships, 50 Sea Lion Class Anti-Aircraft Frigates, 20 Ayanami Class Destroyers, 20 Leopard Seal Class Missile Cruisers, 0ne Nemesis Class Super Carrier and 4 Hydra Class Escourt Carriers were leaveing Port to somewhere unknown. This was large and big news in the Ryou Black Islands.

The Carriers soon started sending out their fighters, GTX-80's to help the Bombers.

Shells were being lobbed by the ships onto the island making the land quake. Truly hell had come to Isla Nimbar

"God damn it, the first action I see since the insurection of the corrupt government and already I've already got napalm on my head." Pter cursed every name under the sun desperate for a release from the relentless barage. The trick to surviving a flat napalm 'cook off' was to dig a fox hole and then put soil over the hole as you climbed in. It was dangerous, all it would take is a direct splash of napalm to burn you alive. There were also the shells raining on there heads, too much had gone wrong, he just hoped that enough men would be alive to counter the push that was on its way.

The Attack continued as Shells were fired against the Island. Flames were speading in a Firestorm on the island from Napalm caused the dry brush to burn. Cruise Missileswere launched from the Destroyers, to make sure the enemy would die.

30 Miles away.

a Small fleet of fishing boats, Cargoships and even Yachts were heading for Isla Nimbar. This was what the Ryou Military called The "Rebel Navy". The Rebels were sending over 10,000 troops to help The Allies in the battle, one which might be a defeat since Smoke was seen coming from Isla Nimbar.

But Good news was on the way..........a Tropical Storm was heading for the Islands, to end The Dry Season. Being Ryou them selves, The Freedom Sons would know how to fight in the heavy rains of tropical storms.

So did the enemy.

International Waters

The Fleet that left Port Reasikhan was now in International Waters heading for it's target, Many thought that they might head for Fordock and blast that place to hell and back. The Officers would call all sailors for a Meeting soon.

"Everyone, regroup on the tree line by the beaches we will blow these bastards up before they hit the tree line we will not let them continue to opress this populace, move out!"

the fleet was now between The Ryou Black Islands and the Target, the Officers had called the Crew of the ships for the Meeting, Radios were on the ships for all to hear.

"Ok men." Grand Admiral Ryu said to the officers, "We have a mission to weeken the enemy forces. By order of Premeir Nakagishima, we are to launch a attack on The Nation of Checknokov. The attack will be against Mutions Factories and Shipyards and drydocks along the enemy Coast. The Planes that Carriers have are GTX-80s and MiG-29s, useful for this Operation. They will Take on enemy air craft while a Platoon of Ryou Commandos will take out any Anti-aircraft Defenses. The Ships will also use missiles and Artillery for attack any enemy ships in the area and to engage the enemy Navy it self. This is for Victory and Honor men, Good Luck!"

and with that they prrpared for operation; Dragon Hammer.

Night was coming, sunset was red, but closeing in was a bank of Black clouds from the southwest. as night came on, It was dark, then The sound of Guns and Missiles and Planes stoped.

Only for the Thunder of a Storm to sound

The Flash of lightning, The Crash of Thunder and waves as The Storm sounded the end of The Dry Season. Heavy Tropical Rain fell from the heavens.

This was what the Landing Force was waiting for.

From the Trasports, Boats started for the Shore of Isla Nimbar. Loaded with troops and a new Vehicle. a Jeep that was a nightmare out of the depths of hell. The Hub caps of it had one large Blade on them, while the sides of the jeep had Chainsaws built in, The Front had spikes to use when ramming into Humans. a Machine Gun was mounted on top of it, ready to fire at any enemy. It's Name was it's Job..................The Carnage Jeep.

it was a light Vehicle made for hilly areas. An All Terrain Jeep that was deadly. with the fires dying from The Rains, The Troops were going to land soon.

The Boats soon started on the Beach. and started unloading as The Destroyers started Fireing again, Big Guns only.

The Infantry that landed as a Mixed group, Conscripts, Anti-Tank, Mortar Infantry, Machine Guners, SpecOps, Commandos, Riflemen, Flamethrower Infantry and The wrose nightmare, Asuka's all Female troops, The Amazonian Guard.

This Army came out of DCT-189 Amphibious Boats with a Machine Gun Mount ready to fire.

"Open Fire!" Pter screamed into his mic. He stood up and started shooting for all he was worth. The AK-47 jumped in his hands and sent hot lead flying towards the oncoming Ryou loyalists. The ryou's were caught by surprise but already they were firing back. He watched as several of his men fall, Jenkinz was hit in the chest blood streamed from the hole and he let out a strangled gasp.

"Man down, man down!" He was beggining to get worried about the losses too many and it would scupper the whole plan, it was important they didn't pull back too early.

"Ok now lets get the hell outa here, those grenade traps better be set. That should slow 'em down, you know the drill form into squads and give em hell proper gurillha tactics."

"It seems as if the civil war in Ryou will continue. Foreign fighters have joined in to fight the loyalists and overthrow the current government. Please bring up page one of the briefing."

And in the massive ampitheatre where sat hundreds of Blubland's top military officials, the projector screen flickered and several charts appeared.

"We have practically no trade with Ryou currently. Approximately 0.03% of our trade income comes through those islands. Mostly exotic seafood and such. However, satellite survey has suggested there may be unproven oil and natural gas reserves beneath the Ryou islands."

A voice rang out from the dim seating area, "And their military?"

"Mostly re-named equipment from the United States and Russia it looks like. Our intelligence suggests their equipment is on par with most of our older jets and naval assets. We'd have the advantage with the equipment purchased from Questers, Aequatio and Aralonia. We haven't seen much action out of the Ryou Loyalist navy, but everyone knows the Blubland Navy is the best in the world, so it shouldn't pose a problem."

"Terrain?"

"Expect plenty of island-hopping. Lots of beaches and shallows. The shallow waters would pose a problem for most navies, but since we don't use submarines, we're not going to be losing much in the way of our naval combat power."

"Opinions?"

"We risk losing face with allied nations by attacking the Ryou Loyalists. But then again, if we help the rebels secure a victory, there's a very good chance we can negotiate rights to some of the oil and natural gas reserves. It's a win-win situation."

"Very well then. We will unleash the military. Codename for the operation will be Hawk Fury."

OOC: Actually, Jeeps are not bulletproof, so you could just shoot them up with your standard assault rifle and/or kill the crew, second, since they need to get close to use their chainsaws and ramming spikes, not to mention that the terrain would be a swamp if the rain's as bad as Ryou says, that'll only give you more time to blast them.

The Mountain

At the base of the mountain where the cliffs plunged into the sea, a massive set of doors slowly opened up. Disguised as part of the cliff face, the portal split into two and retracted into the walls of the solid granite.

The ocean of course, continued on into the mountain. An enormous cave carved out of the heart of the mountain by a river eons ago. Now the river served as an underground port for the military. Having blasted and drilled out incredible rooms and storage areas, it was now one of the wonders of Blubland. A wonder which very few knew about.

The darkened cave loomed. Then.. the bow of a ship. Flying the flag of Blubland, the huge ship's bow cut into the waves, a spray shooting up and across the deck, dripping from the massive forward guns.

Behind that, a line of Super Nimitz Class Aircraft Carriers. Flanking them, even more cruisers and further out, destroyers and frigates.

This procession of warships turned south, setting 'sail' for the Ryou Islands. Following ten miles behind came a smaller group of ships, mostly oilers, underway replenishment ships and auxillaries, equally protected by a phalanx of cruisers and destroyers.

Keeping a constant patrol twenty miles circularly around the main fleet, destroyers and frigates, each one constantly searching the sea and sky for threats, serving as a skirmish line to protect against submarines and serve as early warning for air attacks.

Once clear of Blubland territorial waters, the Nimitzes began to put up combat air patrols.

And the fleet sailed on.

While Isla Nimbar was being Hell on Earth, The Fleet that was sent on it's mission was now 120 miles from The coast of Checknokov. The Carriers started to prepare the planes for action. But first, time to open a way for the planes.

Grand Admiral Ryu ordered the destroyer and others to start attacking with Long ranged Cruise Missiles against the Coast. they wer guided by Satellites to Shore Defenses, namely Anti-Aircraft Artillery.

The Attack started with the sound of Missiles being fired. This would attack the enemy defenses for the planes.

The Raid on Checknokov had started.

Onboard the Resolute, a little green tentacle clutched a fax, eyestalks peering at the paper thoughtfully. Admiral Bribble sniffed, then crumpled the fax and dropped it into a trash can. "Hrmph. Ryou Territoral waters

Waiting in the Storm, one Small cargoship waited for something. This Ship, The Freedom Wings was a light Cargo Ship, Sinbad Class. and it was armed.

This was the Raiders that worked for the Freedom's Sons.

Capitan Minaminto's Crew was ready for any ship heading for Shai that was a enemy Cargo ship to come near and then the raiders would attack with Force. Fast as Sharks they would soon strike.

Rebel Raiders were also fighting The Pirate Guild, which owned the waters of Xanadou.........till The Kuronan Navy comes. so The War was now among Pirates.

Cazelian Defence Fleet, Xanadou Waters

Admiral Sarine Ketrovich leaned over the port rails of her ship, the IDS Death, an Ajax class battleship. She did not notice her advisor approaching her from behind "Admiral, we have news from General Hasley. It seems a blub fleet has entered Xanadou waters" "I know what they're here for-Oil. Not only the Ryous and Kuronans, but most likely ours." "He has given you the choice to strike or hold" Arine picked herself up and walked over to one of the ship's 16' inch guns. He slid her hand across it and turned to face the Advisor "Bring the fleet into position. But we fire only if they fire, got it?"
"Yes ma'am, I'll bring the fleet into position"
And with that, the fleet began to turn towards the Blub fleet with ever increasing speed.

60 Ryou were killed on the beach, but more were coming. as the enemy started pulling back the Ryou Forces Charged after them, fireing their guns against the Checknokovswe, on a full scale attack. a Carnage Jeep, Chargeing the enemy soon found one of their grenade traps. The blast knocked the jeep over and killed two and wounded the third.

The Ryous Continued ther Charge, a few were looking for Traps to disarm them.

***Checknokov Coast***

The first missles that struck caused the most devastation, in one strike half of the sea port was destroyed. Checknokov's only trading link was crushed and hundreds fell to the fires that burst up along the coast. More and more missiles were sent into the coast until the beaches were turned to glass, Ryou had made the first move and now they had no choice but to act. Hundreds had died in the first strike, and many more would follow. Checknokov would answer in the only way they knew how. Violence!

"Ok gentlemen im going to make this quick, it has come to our attention that the Ryou government has issued an attack on our one and only port." This caused general outrage and many general's cried to be heard.

"However I have set up two options, we can surrender and let ourselves let the loyalists down or we can send half of our forces to the beaches to cut them off." Needless to say they was only one real option.

The Attack Continued as now the Carriers sent out the planes, armed with Air to Surface Missiles to destroy Drydocks, Shipyards and Fuel Stroage tanks. The whole attack was a air strike with ships going after another target........The Checknokov Navy.

in fact.....Grand Admiral Ryou didn't even see one enemy Warship......Where were they? All she wanted was to Bomb a Port, Blast a few enemy ships in ship to ship combat, then leave, was it all too much for The Grand Admiral of The Navy of The Ryou Black Islands to ask for?

Breaking News: President Burrill encourages talks.

When asked about the escalating confrontation between the rebels and the role of Marcuda in the conflict the President had this to say:

It is unfortunate that this civil war broke out, for the people of Rayou. Furthermore, since this is a matter of soverignty it is our position that Marcuda does not get involved, however, it might have effects on trade with Rayou since we don't want to put our citizens as risk. I encourage the two sides to come to the table and have talks to try to end the confrontations. If the country can reach an agreement Marcuda would be glad to lend aid in a reconstruction effort to help bring stability back to the region. But as of now, I'm going to encourage congress in drafting legistaltion to end all foriegn trade with Rayou until this war ends.

Weather covers were pulled off of the massive 21" guns of BCN Resolute and slowly turned towards port. The Xanadou fleet was still too far away to be seen, although faint RADAR traces were by now being detected.

Unknown fleet, this is Blubland Colonial Navy Taskforce Dragon. Please identify yourself and change course to starboard. State your intent or we will have no choice but to assume a wartime situation towards you. You are entering our threat zone.

Main Freedom Sons Base, Isla del Liberty.

on this small Island was the base for the Freedom Sons. Here all rebel forces were commanded. and The look didn't look good.

The Ryou Navy had started an attack on the allied nation of Checknokov, no doubt just like The Japanese Attack in Pearl Habor on December 7th, 1941 or the Dolittle Raid on Tokyo a few months after that.

The Blubs had entered the war, but the rebels didn't Trust the blubs so they sent a Message to Blub, asking them to send only 5,000 Troops.

Then Marcuda soon threated to cut off trade to all of The Islands, which was bad for not only the Rebels, but for Marcuda also, Rei would no doubt if she won the war attack Marcuda for revenge.

but their was good news, Checknokov was sending 200,000 of their troops to help, The Freedom Sons sent them the way to Isla del Liberty so they could use it as a base also. and Major Miroku with 10,000 Rebel troops were nearing Isla Nimbar to help get the other Cheknokov off the Islands and to cause havoc to the Government Military while doing so.

It had been hard getting around them but thank god for the support of the surrounding nations, they had just enough ships. However the Admiral did not like this one bit, although he had the enemy surrounded he had heard the rumers. They said to sink a Ryou ship was to fell a god-titan. Time to put that theory to the test.

"Submarines I want a missile carpet so thick can walk on it, Battleships and cruisers I want those missles to blot out the sun, for the good of our nation fire!"

The screen slowly fades to the picture of a 40-something year old male. He sits at a desk with what looks like a plexiglass covering and a monitor undernieth. Several monitors behind him glisten with flashes of images from news events occuring around the globe.
"Good evening ladies and gentlmen. Our top story for today is the escalating conflict within The Ryou Black Islands Civil War. We have with us to discuss this conflict, the Intirim Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Kennith G. Terrance. But up first, we will go to the Weather Center to see about that pesky tropical storm that is approaching from the southwest."

JT: Alright. With me now we have Mr. Kennith G. Terrance, the Intirim Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Shazbotdom Imperial Parliament. Mr Terrance, welcome to the show.

KT: Thank you Jeff. It's a pleasure to be here.

JT: So. The first thing that's on everyone's mind is why did the government feel the need to directly discuss the matter within The Ryou Black Islands?

KT: Well. This isn't just a matter of their civil war. The Shazbotdom Empire has had non-peaceful relations with them in the past and we, as an empire, have almost gone into an armed conflict with their leadership over warmongering ways.

JT: So. Why tell the public though? Wouldn't it be better to keep any information of this kind behind closed doors within the Imperial Palace?

KT: Yes it would. But with the need by the government to try and grow more and more trust for the newly formed Imperial Parliament, matters of discussion on the Ryou Civil War have been authorized to be discussed with people who are not members of the current administration, especially those of opposing political parties. The matter of the Ryou Civil War was shared with members of the other parties, and it was them who brought it to the attention of the general population.

JT: It also seems that most people think that we should have just moved in and wiped out the Ryou government when we had the chance and set up our own puppet government. Why wasn't that plan carried out?

KT: That plan was put on the table by a member of one of the other Political Parties, but was not adopted by the current administration as it was seen as 'unthinkable' to move in and do exactly what other governments have attempted to do in the past to other nations. We are not trying to follow the leader, we are trying to form our own destiney.

JT: So staying out of the Ryou Civil War is top priority right now?

KT: *laughs* No. Our current priority is to assist our allies where they need it. Staying out of the Ryou Civil War is just a policy that the Imperial Parliament put into place during their last session earlier this week. The Imperial Parliament feels that unless the Ryou's threaten the Empire directly, there is no need for us to get involved.

JT: Well. What can you tell us about these images that were released to the public yesterday?

KT: Well. Several of them are from fighting situations within Ryou while others are from more Overt operations that the Ryou government has taken against other nations who have aided the Rebels in their nation. This one is the bombing of the Harbor in Checknokov. We've made sure that in this conflict, we've placed several SpySat's in locations that can keep an eye on the Ryou Military to ensure that nothing comes in the direction of the Shazbotdom Empire.

Although, publicly staying out of the civil war in Rayou, through a deeply encryped communication system, Agent Knox of Marcuda's Secret Intelligence Agency met with a rebel commander.

After padding him down and doing a background check, Agent Knox spoke to the commander slowly.

"It is in the interst of my superiors that the current government of Rayou is replaced, by a more democratic government, if anything else for both our economies. So I've been authorized to wire $10 billion dollars to start, and send additional funds as you need it. Furthermore, thought you would like to know one of the governments chief operations commanders is going to be in Marcuda meeting with the secretary of state in the next week. Just thought perhaps you'd consider your options and oppurutniy this presents since you will now know where and when to find him. I can assure you, that you can get into our country uncontested. "

The rebel commander looked astonished and a bit perplexed.

"Oh by the way, I'm now at your disposal for anything you might need help in. My expertise is in esponiage and well to be frank, I'm very good at killing people and getting away with it. From here on out I'm not a Marcudian, but a rebel born and raised in your country. Is that clear? If not I will have to kill everyone of you in this room, with this pistol your guards failed to find.

The ships moved up missiles flared and deapth charges were dropped it was chaos. Several ships were on fire there crews screaming in agony, oil floated on the surface and many spots were on fire. The battle was not going well for the Checknokov fleet but they would not let the deaths of there country men go unavenged.

The main arm of the fleet continued towards the Ryou Islands. The main guns of the largest ships were turned to port, aimed at the distant horizon. By now, the fleet was in combat-ready mode. Weapon systems were running at full efficiency, electronics warmed up, crews at their posts.

Overhead steadily patrolled aircraft purchased from Questers, Blackburn Battle FA.1's (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13163696&postcount=5) and Hawker Cossack S.2's (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13163642&postcount=2), each one heavily armed. Among them flew various AWAC and electronic combat aircraft.

On the bridge of Resolute stood Admiral Bribble, squinting at the combat display showing a computer map of the region. "I want flank speed towards the Ryou Islands. We will be in range of the Checknokov positions in a few more hours. Prep the strike teams and landing craft."

The ships moved up missiles flared and deapth charges were dropped it was chaos. Several ships were on fire there crews screaming in agony, oil floated on the surface and many spots were on fire. The battle was not going well for the Checknokov fleet but they would not let the deaths of there country men go unavenged.


The enemy's own Missiles hit the Ryou ships, most of the Anti-Missile Defenses were launched and took out many of the Missiles, but a few got thought and Damaged 10 Destroyers and sunk the Battleship Naking. The other Destroyers were soon on Sub hunting. Ryou Destroyers, like The Ayanami Class, had Torpedo Launchers to not only attack other ships, but for Anti-Submarine Warfare. Guided Torpedoes were launched once a Sub was found on SONAR.

The Naval Battle of Target AT (as the Code for the enemy Port was called by the Ryou) was still not over as the Battleships and Cruisers started for the enemy Fleet, for attacking in Point-blank range! Fireing the weapons at the enemy ships, this was going to be a large attack.

The planes that were landing on the Carriers were being Rearmed with AntiShip Missiles to destroy the enemy Curisers.

The People's Navy would soon have power in the air soon.

Isla Nimbar

The rebels soon started landing on the other side of the island. Miroku's Army of 10,000 had a mix of weapons, from AK-47s to Swords and daggers. The Rebels were now chargeing for a small River near the center of the Island. There they hope to join the allied force and head back for the Boats.

This was a evac Operation.

"Lets hope those Slimers don't come." said Colonel Minako, Rebel Officer. She had a hate for blubs, even though the 'Claimed' to be allies of the Rebels, but something smelled bad about it.

and The Commies might decide to up the stakes by launching a Nuclear attack on the Blubs.

Miroku hope it never came to that.

Bribble came over, tucking his clipboard into one tentacle and out of the way. The officer pointed a tentacle at his computer screen, "Sir, it seems as if the Ryou Loyalists have shipped much of their navy off to Checknokov to attack their homeland."

Admiral Bribble reached up and adjusted his cap, thinking. Then replied, "That's really good timing." He shuffled off to the command staff room and picked up the bullhorn. A moment later, the other leaders of the taskforce were on the line. "The Loyalists are attacking Checknokov with naval power right now. This means they're not home. Intelligence tells us the Loyalists have about 20 of their tincans in the area and maybe 4 or 5 carriers." Bribble's eyestalks leaned to one side, peering at one of the several LCD flatscreens in the room.

"Commodore Burnard, you are cleared to hit those carriers as soon as we are in range. Commodore Gubb, continue anti-submarine patrols. Once you have secured the area, I want you to turn the ASW over to the helicopters and Sea Otters. After that, unleash your Hayasake destroyers as a skirmish line. I'll lead the way in Resolute with the other battleships and heavy cruisers."

150 miles offshore Isla Nimbar

With the heavy storms in the area, it just wasn't safe enough for full combat flight operations. On the stormy flight deck of BCN Tillman, one of the Super Nimitz class carriers, a squadron of Hawker Cossack S.2s were bring prepped. Due to the bad weather, they were going to be taking off with less than a full payload. Each carrying two AS-58 AGMs and a single A-62 AGM as well as 75% fuel, the Cossacks were just able to take off.

Across the fleet, similar scenes were taking place. Then.. in the space of 10 minutes, there were 40 Cossacks in the air. Escorting them were an additional 30 Blackburn Battle F.1s.

While the carriers and their protective forces hung back near the edge of the storm, the heavier Colonial Navy ships surged forward. Running in combat mode, their main guns aimed slightly to port to keep the bow waves from going down the tubes. The torpedo launchers were left unmanned for the moment. Such stormy seas would make torpedos useless.

Isla Nimbar
The Colonial Navy strikeforce came screaming down out of the lightning-clad skies. FLIR systems showing the pilots every detail of the ground. The ordnance officers informed the pilots of the proper attack routes needed as they steeply began their attack runs.

At a range of 35 miles, they launched their AS-62 anti-shipping version missiles. The large warheads engaged their RAMJETS and streaked forward like slow moving laser beams, little more than a blur of light.

Launched at such a short distance, the missiles were still accellerating as they turned into their targets: The Ryou aircraft carriers. The 4 carriers each had at least 8 of the 550kg warheads targetted on them, riding a one-way guidance system. The missiles would be targetting the hulls of the carriers, intent on sinking them outright.

Meanwhile, the Cossacks fired off their AS-58 AGMs, raining them down across the landing site that Ryou had choosen. Aimed for larger vehicles and even ships, the super-intelligent munitions sought out anything with an engine.

Flying above and below the Cossacks, the Battle FA.1s scoured the skies and seas for threats, ready to engage.

"Fire!" The ships were getting closer punding each other at close range, most of his sub's had been destroyed. His destroyer's had taken a battering, many were only just floating, those that could attack the enemy would. The capital ship Petrovich's Doom the biggest ship in the Checknokov fleet was in flames. His destroyer's had taken a battering, many were only just floating, those that could attack the enemy would. The capital ship Petrovich's Doom the biggest ship in the Checknokov fleet was in flames. The Flagship Whaleslayer soon started to head for the enemy Flagship at full speed. Onboard were 1,200 Ryou Marines ready to board.

Grand Admiral Ryu was already hopeing that thise would get all the ships though. The Ryou Fleet would retreat since their Mission was done.

IC: Miroku Cursed under his breath at the Blub Invasion Force, looked like the whole Rebel cause was down the Hole. Before the Operation to save the Checknokov forces on the island started, he had info from Rebel spies that Rei was planning to get ready for the Blub Invasion.

"Those Blub-brains have doomed us all." Minako said. Miroku had to agree, since The Ryou Black Islands was a Nuclear Power with Nuclear Weapons, al Rei had to do was send a one Bomber with more Air protection then Air Force One, Blast the enemy planes out of the air then drop one Nuke on the Island and Boom, no Blubs, Rebels or anyone who was a enemy.

The Rebels were nearing a Small River that was at the center of the island, Miroku hoped the Rebels would find the 1,000 troops and get them off the island back to Isla del Liberty.

The Government Forces had been attacked by the enemy Blubs and lost 12 Destroyers and one Carrier was Damaged.

"Holy *&^&&," one of the Rebel Captains said, "Those Blubs are going to get them sleves killed or Nuked" then the Tellatype started up. "oh no......" The Capitan said.

It was from Spies in Shai, It was a Nightmare, The Ryous were now sending from all Near by air bases all Fighter Planes, Armed with both Anti-Shipping and Anti-Aircraft Missiles. The Number was to be at 19,000!

Half the Ryou Air Force was about the attack The Blubs.

There went The War to The Ryou Government.

Lady Neni returned to her home to help Defend it. Isla Nimbar was just a few miles away. So she had asked for Guns, lots of them, to be given to all Civilians 16 and up and all Civilians to learn how to shot, just in cause the Blubs attacked The City Ship.

On The Way to Isla Nimbar.

Among The Fighters that was to take the Airspace from The Blubs was a New Fighter, one far more Powerful then any of the others in The Ryou Air Force. Built by Sango Inc. It was named The Sango-12. This was More Modern then the MiGs and far more powerful then The GTX-80s.

a Foreward Swept Wing Design made it faster then The MiGs or GTX-80s, faster then the Blackwidows.

Going at Mach 4 when heading for a target, they were fast and deadly, when in a Fight, they wer as fast as the F-14 Tomcats in battle speed. Armed with Eight missiles and four TNS-90 22mm Cannons, these were well Armed fighters.

It was a test against a enemy that would wish it never came to Xanadou.

Back near the edge of the storm where the carriers and most of the fleet waited, landing craft were being lowered into the water or amphibious assault ships were opening up to disgorge their LSTs. Hovercraft simply wouldn't be able to survive in the sort of stormy weather happening.

The jets which had struck at the Ryou Loyalists were struggling to land on their carriers in the foul weather. At least one Cossack had been lost when a sudden swell pushed the stern of Tillman into the air and caused a crash landing.

Onboard the Katana, an assault ship, a Blub commander wearing a bright orange life vest was waving his troops to climb into an armored landing craft.

Just then, a marine approached, rain washing over the decks of the Katana as he yelled over the storm, "General! The rebels have requested we send only five thousand!"

"Five thousand, sir!"

"Why on earth? Intelligence estimates there's over a HUNDRED thousand loyalists ready to hit them!"

"Well Jumping Joseph, that's less than a single division. Not even two combat brigades! Okay! Hold back on your marines. Double up on our armored support, I'm going to send in the 9th and 7th Cavalry Brigades. 8th will stand-by on reserve. And for the love of god, ask the Admiral to clear the beach. Five thousand Blubs won't exactly tip the scales of fairness, but they're no good if we can't land."

The Blubs had the surprise of their nightmares coming. Then 19,000 fighters that had taken off from Air bases though out Communist held territory were heading their way. High in The Cloud cover of the Tropical Storm has protecting them of any one watching and Clouds made Radar blind b makeing Fase readings.

It was Past Midnight Xanadou time and The rain was leting up and The Storm was dying down. Fog would roll in soon as Dawn neared and The Clouds were still around, but Breaks were starting to appear.

The Ryou Air Fleet had three types of Fighter Planes that made up the 19,000 Attacking Fighters. MiG-29s, GTX-80s and The Sango-12s. These were the top fighters of the People's Air Force. Just in case of Fog, they had Infered sensors to find any enemy ships, since the heat from Planes getting ready to take off from carriers and Missile fire would show up on Infered.

This would Crush the Blubs once and for all.

OOC: Ok, back to our Normal RP playing. I do Think we have a sea battle to do, Checknokov.

IC: The Whaleslayer wasn't with out it's Defenses against enemy Missiles and Torpedoes. Flak fire was everywhere to try and stop the enemy Missiles while Anti-Torpedo Defenses were used. But like all Defenses, one got though. Starboard side was hit by a enemy Torp and it made a large hole. Damage Control was already trying to fix it.

a few more Destroyers were damaged and 12 Cruisers and one of the escourt Carriers wer sinking.

the enemy Flagship was still a Target and one ship was after it. The Ayanami Class Detroyer Viperfish was near it along with five others hunting enemy subs. Capitan Wong Li saw the enemy ship and decided to stop it. It was a day for Heroes.

"Fire Missiles at the guns and missile Launchers and send a torp to the rutters! Disable that *^^*^$%$" He said as the Destroyer started fireing on the enemy ship with glee, Missiles and Gunfire blasted though the air and soon The Destroyer sent one Torpedo, a Guided one against it.

IC: The Fighters were soon coming into Battle Formation, to target the enemy ships better. The Lead Pliot of Sqaud 12 soon saw something that he Reported to Homebase.

"Sqaud 12 to home base, enemy Landing forces sighted, heading for Isla Nimbar, prepare doom flight."

This was cod to get one B-52 in to the air, with one Nuclear Bomb armed and ready.

back on Isla Nimbar, The skies had cleared, but it was night still, one o'clock in the morning. The Ryou Army was now digging in to make sure the enemy forces would even give in or die. Already 60 Ryous were dead and it had pissed Asuka off, The Blubs were heading thier way and those Invaders to this Island were now fighting to their deaths.

But Good News was that half the air force was on the way to mae sure the enemy fleet was nor a threat and renforcements in the form of 40 120mm Field Guns were on their way.

Asuka knew that the Blubs would be too late to stop the retakeing of Isla Nimbar, Mortar fire from the Infantry she commanded were pounding the enemy, her Amazonians were out flanking the enemy fron the right and to the left, 6,000 troops were starting a Bayonet Charge against the enemy. Nothing could stop them, Nothing could go wron........

BOOM!

That was not her Mortars, she thought. and she was right when a Yell ame from the other side, it was not the other enemy, nor blub.

Rebels!

The ten thousand troops of Miroku's Army were attacking, guns fireing and battle cries sounding.

Miroku ordered the troops to charge the enemy and engage into Hand to Hand combat. He soon headed for the allied forces to look for their Commander and try and get them off the Island.

Isla del Liberty.

Rebel Air Commander Shia del Santana was watching the news of the enemy Air Force heading for the blub fleet she was planning for a strike that might save the Blubs, even though like most Ryous, even among the Freedom Sons, had a dislike of Blubs.

The Planes were from the Southern bases, those that defended Shai, The Capital of The Ryou Black Islands, from enemy air attack.

This lead her to think of a way to turn the Planes back.

"Commander Ming," she said to one of her aide, "Prepare the Bombers."

on a Air Field that the Rebels build, the 20 Cargo Planes that were turned into Bombers were being fueled and ready for action. It was time to take the fight to Rei Nakagishima's backyard.

The Ryou Air Fleet was now near the enemy fleet, all missiles armed and ready. The Sqaud Leaders soon gave the order was the enemy was sighted. The Planes had on them one of The Ryous newest Anti-Shipping Missiles, the V-70 Viperfish, a deadly Long ranged Missiles that after being Launched could go to Mach 1.9, near mach 2. It had a range of 800 miles and could be used on Ships or in this case, on fighters.

and one Plane could carry two. the other Missiles were V-12 "Sea Wasp" Anti-Aircraft Missiles. It was time as the planes were 130 miles away from their Target. "All Sqauds, Fire!" The leader of this Air fleet, Sky Marshal Ninmsi Khani, ordered. The First wave of Planes had their First, the Destroyers and Frigates protecting the other ships. They soon targeted and Fired. The Missiles soon started up into mach 1.9, makeing another nickname for them, "Screamers", because of the Scream they caused when they flew.

The Second Wave soon launched, then the thrid and Fourth and finaly the Fith.

They were all heading for their Targets, with number five heading for the carriers.

Now the Blubs would fall again.

3,800 Planes were in each group of The Five Waves, each group will fire 7600 missiles in each wave, 41,000 missiles in total.

Larry stepped off of the Elevator into the sutuation room. It was abuz with activity, monitors lit up showing situations all across the globe, but the large projection screen in the middle was what was of most importance right now. The projection screen showed the situation with the Civil War within the nation of The Ryou Black Islands and the battle with Checknokov and the Blubs. Larry had taken a short time off from his regular duties to check on what was going on with the Ryou's.

Grand Admiral Rockenbach was standing at a consol when he noticed Larry walk in. He then went over and greeted the Supreme Emperor with a salute.

"So what's the word, Jim?"

"Well. As of right now, sir, the Ryou's and the Blubs have begun a battle while the Ryou's are fighting the Checknokov's on another front. We don't see why the Ryou's are wanting to fight on two different fronts, but thats not our choice. As you can see here," He said, pointing at a row of blips in the sea near the Ryou's, "The Ryou's have fired missiles at the blubs just now. Our estimate is between 4 and 6 waves, although right now it's hard to tell."

"Interesting. What about the battle on the land?"

"Well. We have limited intel on that right now, but we are moving a few more SpySat's into the region to help monitor that even closer. With the way this battle is going though, the General's and I have been contemplating asking the Imperial Parliament for authorization to send in some MASH units. Although we would also need Authorization from the legitimate government within Ryou to send in anything."

"I'm sure that the Parliament will authorize sending MASH units in, as long as they are used to treat non-combat personel, such as any Civilians. Although there will have to be an Order drafted up by either myself, or members of the Parliament and it will have to be passed by both houses. But i'm sure that we can call an emergency meeting of the Parliament. I'm sure the Parliamentary members from Shazbotdom Miroxia wouldn't like flying here for an emergency meeting but if it has to be done, it has to be done."

"Alright. I'll get my men to draft up what will go as soon as possible. That way you, or someone within the parliament, can get the bill written and submitted as soon as possible."

"Good. I need to go back up now and tend to other duties. I'll check in later today."

back in the Air, a Pliot had lost Control of her plane. "Engines giveing Out! Tail Blasted off, ABOUT TO CRASH!"

the Plane did Crash, into a Building in which The person in it did not have time to run.

The Payload blew up with te Plane as it hit people's palace, Destroying it.

Rep. Jefferson: "But were talking about sending military personel into a foreign nation."

Rep. Handcoff: "I'm not sure if the people of Shazbotdom Miroxia want this to happen."

Rep. Thompson: "Well. Why don't we just bring this to a vote and let all the deligates decide?"

*Electronic pads are then disbursed to all the deligates and the vote commences*

Rep. Thompson: "Alright. The results are in. With a vote of 524 to 226, this measure is passed and will be brought before The House of The Senate in 48 hours time. Time to go home people."

Larry was sitting at his desk when he saw the news report on INN. The Ryou's tyrranical leader was dead. The region was destablizing at an alarming rate, which worried Larry. But what was this. Someone from Ryou was calling for 10 days of mourning all over the world? There was no way that the Shazbotdom Empire would mourn the death of a leader that tried to force the Empire into a war. Larry had to make a decision...

SCENE: Imperial Press Conference Chamber, Shazbotdom Imperial Palace
A press conference was called suddenly and news reporters from almost all regions across Shazbotdom were there. The back drop of the room, behind the Podium, showed the Seal of the Shazbotdom Empire. Below it wre the seals of the 4 Colonies of the Empire. Sitting in chairs under each seal was the Prime Minister from each of the Colonies; Mrs. Gloria Z. Carlson, Mr. Harold L. Carlson, Mr. James Fowler and Mrs. Rochelle Davidson. There was suddenly a voice that came over the speaker system.

"Ladies and Gentlmen. The Supreme Emperor of the Shazbotdom Empire."

With that there was applause and Larry Williams walked out from the side door of the room and up to the podium. He waved at the crowd that gathered in the main chamber for a few minutes as things quieted down. He then looked down at some notes he typed up before he came in, then looked back up at the cround.

"Thank you for comming on such short notices ladies and gentlmen of the perss, and those Citizens Shazbotdom who made the trip here to our nations glorious capital. I come before you under strange circumstances. Today I heard on the International News Network that the Premeir of The Ryou Black Islands has passed on. Now nromally the passing of a national leader would make me give a moment of silence right here, but this specific leader has caused more pain for the Shazbotdom Empire than anything."

He flips pages

"The Ryou Black Island leadership, under this Premeir, has tried to force the Shazbotdom Empire into wars not once, not twice, but many times. The Joint Chiefs of Staff and I have come to the conclusion that this leader being erased from history is the best thing for the world. Their death brings a sigh of relief to not only the Imperial Palace, but also a good majority of the world. Although, this will not put a hamper on the vote that is currently schedualed for debat in the House of The Senate late this afternoon."

He flips pages again

"Under this order that is will be voted on later today, several Mobile Army Surgical Hospital units till be set aside and dispatched to the conflicted zones in The Ryou Black Islands, as well as any other nation that is currently engauged in open conflict with the Ryou's, to assist in the treatment of any injured military personel. Although, according to this docterine, we will need the authorization of the ruling pary of any nation in which we are going to send these MASH units."

He then flips another page

"So. As it comes down to this. People can mourn the loss of this ill-informed leader and their tyranical ways, but no one in the Shazbotdom Empire is obligated to mourn the loss of this person. Thank you, and good day to all the Citizens of the Shazbotdom Empire."

Military HQ, Shai, Ryou Black Islands.

"Hail Lord of Darkness" the Leaders of the Rebellion (even though they were loseing Power to the Freedom Sons) yelled, doing a Nazi Salute.

"Now is The Time." they said as one, "We shall destroy all Xanadou and the Ryou, soon Fordock shall rule The world."
