The Holy Empire of Durium, formed only a few months ago, is a relatively new and naive nation when it comes to political affairs on the world stage. I, Imperator Moran Argelev, have decided to open Durium's borders, with great humility, to the more politically and economically developed nations of the world. I humbly request aid in integrating our fledgling, but fiercely nationalistic, empire onto the world stage.
