By order of the Supreme Leader, in order to build better relations with foreign peoples, Kharan has opened its diplomatic borders to the outside. Any foreign entity wishing an embassy with our people in our capital may request such. Approximately fifty square kilometers of area have been opened from the former Restricted Zone for the purpose of this diplomatic outreach. The embassies shall be located in a grid system within the capital city of Palantis, formerly used as residence for the local nobility, though in the event of Kharan's new government in relative disuse. All expenses shall be covered directly by the Kharanai Throne.
Any foreign entity with an embassy in our capital will be entitled to closer military and economic relations, as well as the allowance of short-term visitations to our land by all citizens of yours, so long as they have no criminal or terrorist records. The form to fill out is attached.
