Downing Street, Warminster
The centre of the Clandonian government and Crown Government was a Georgian terraced road, quite modest for such a moderate power like Clandonia. In accordance with the usual Thursday meeting the subject of British Londinium had been raised, 'The Londinium Question' as it had been termed by international relations and political commentators. Possibly set for its fifth invasion. Cabinet had already ordered the military to begin drafting up plans for a new stage of strategic bombing and the deployment of the Royal Navy to enact a blockade which was the Clandonian strategy and idea to be proposed for the conference in Warminster.
Clandonia had a long term legacy in British Londinium, involved in the first invasion where Clandonian troops had suppressed a violent crowd of local protesters with deadly force. The second Sovereign League invasion saw large bases constructed to protect Clandonian economic interests from the threats of mass nationalisation. Further invasions saw NATO nearly commence battle with the Sovereign League, Clandonia and her allies were nearly driven out when the Freeks took control, it would not be the same time this time. British Londinium could not rule itself, the only solution was the imposition of a puppet government with foreigners running the lives of the local population like the worthless, savage barbarians they were. The conference venue was set, all they needed now were the delegates and several powers were already hinting at anti-Londinium stance.

Official Communique
Greetings,
The Autocratic Federated Empire wishes to attend this conference. First Minister Dr. Jules Hodz will be personally attending to discuss the matter of British Londinium and what he believes should be done.
We believe his opinion is invaluable, as he was a former supporter and close ally of the Londinians.

Eiflegard officially has no position on Londinium, but contacts from firms specializing in defense in its private sector are eagerly trying to contact Londinium to sell advanced military technology in case of a war. The ESX, Eiflegard Stock Exchange, is experiencing the stock value of defense firms rising, likely caused by what many spectators see as a potential war. Captains of industry are utilizing their economic teams to come up with ideas to profit from the events as largely as possible.

OOC: Would it make sense for my country to attend this, as the closest ally of British Londinium? We're interested in avoiding war and preserving our ally, so any discussion on how to peacefully resolve the issue is very important.
OOC: Again are you an ally of Clandonia or associated with the RGL, QC? No. This is likely to be a secret affair conducted with my upmost of allies.

OOC: Okay. I assume this is SIC, so no information of it will be open to my country.

Official Diplomatic Communication From The Armed Republic
Scott Oron, son of the High General and current foreign policy adviser, will be attending the meeting to discuss actions to be taken against the rogue state of British Londinium.
Vetakan Defence Force Naval Ship (VDFNS) Dauntless, Clandonian Waters:
The Questarian built Battleship VDFNS Dauntless skimmed gently through the calm waters of Clandonia the flags of Vetaka, Wagdog, Animarina, Questers and the Questarian Commonwealth flew proudly above the Vessel its massive guns shined majestically in the morning sun at the Dauntless's flanks sailed the two Hayasake Class Heavy Destroyers VDFNS Sharpe and VDFNS Harper sailing in formation they would eventually take shore leave in the Clandonian Capitals Port which was just a symbolic act as the Vetakan Delegations attendance in the first place considering the Clandonians had attempted to invade Vetaka all those years ago.
It was ironic that the Invasion had been mounted partly to wipe out the White Phoenix Tribe whom now ruled the Vetakan Nation. Honoured Parceltongue Rising Tiger widely known as Daniel Pearce the man whom rose from the dead during the Vetakan Rebellion strode down towards the white bodied VIP Eurocopter Helicopter that sat on the Helicopter Flight Deck of the Dauntless his white tribal robes flowed in the wind as he saluted the Captain and a number of gathered marines entering the Eurocopter he was shortly followed by 2 Scout Bodyguard Warriors and 1 female Aide as they all took their Executive Leather seats the Eurocopter with the words "The Tribal Chiefdom of Vetaka" splashed across it rose from the Ship and slowly headed towards the landmass it was eventually joined by Two Gunships from the Destroyers their destination the Vetakan Embassy within the Capital.
Vetakan Embassy, Warminister, Clandonia:
As the Parceltongues Flight approached slowly across the Cities Skyline flanked by its Gunship Escort and the Escort of the Clandonians the Ambassador in his finest robes nodded to a nearby immaculatly dressed VDF Diplomatic Guards Captain whom called a nearby Honourguard to attention to which they complied in a blink as the White Eurocopter desended on the plush lawns the Gunships broke away and swung around in the sky both of them darting off back to the ocean and the Dauntless.
The Eurocopter however descended slowly and touched down beautifully on the Embassies front lawn its rotors kicked up what little dust was about and forced the Vetakan Flag to wavier slightly. As it slowed and eventually died the Vetakan Leader Honoured Parceltongue exited followed by his bodyguard and aid he smiled and saluted the Honourguard whom returned the Salute he shook the Ambassadors hand vigorously and smiled he then caught sight of the daily Clandonian Security laugh and chuckled:
"They late today eh?"
"Indeed" replied Ambassader Andrean Star
Rising Tiger chuckled again and waved at the Clandonian Security Check before shouting:
"Nice to meet you"
He then returned his gaze to the Ambassador whom contained her laughter before speaking:
"You are due at the Conference within a few hours, the motorcade is ready and waiting, Shall we have a drink?"
"Indeed, Lead the way" replied Pearce
Following the Ambassador they entered the building and proceeded to drink and discuss various affairs of state.

"His Majesty's view is that the situation requires swift response with military force, following the action of the Akimondians we will be dispatching a task force of around two hundred ships to enact a blockade on British Londinium, thus preventing reinforcement and trading of weapons. It is in His Majesty's Governments interest for this conference to be open for planning for the future reconstruction and economic development of British Londinium."
That was the introduction of the file named 'The Londinium Question', handed to each delegate who entered the conference room. Clandonian warships anchored in the docks of Warminster had their full rigging on display, sailors cleaning the decks and guns for show, with the conference centre right on the waterfront many of the delegates would see the mighty battleships and cruisers of the Clandonian Royal Navy which would soon be on its way to the waters of British Londinium.
Vetakan Embassy, Warminister, Clandonia
The armoured black limousine that was the official vehicle of the Vetakan Ambassador in Clandonia exited the gates of the Vetakan Embassy in front of it was a Clandonian Police Car, 2 Clandonian Police Motorcycles and 1 Black Aston Martin. Behind the Limo was a black Range Rover Vogue and right at the rear was a Clandonian Police 4x4 with the Clandonians clearing they way with their sirens the convoy of diplomatic vehicles sped across the city and after an uneventful 15 minutes they eventfully came to a halt outside of the Conference building a black robbed man exited the front compartment of the limo walked to the back of the vehicle and opened the rear door stepping back a man appeared he looked around and remarked:
“Nice Fleet”
Remarked Pearce as he walked into the Conference building flanked by his Bodyguard Warriors he smiled and answered a few questions of the press but he wasted no time in entering the conference smiling and saluting the Clandonian Guards he exchanged pleasantries with the Clandonian Hosts and shook hands with a number of delegates he chuckled slightly at the fact that all of the delegates wore smartly pressed black suits whilst Pearce and the rest of the Vetakan Delegation wore white tribal robes that hung loose and billowy around them. Below the robes sat the ultra light Hinata Battle armour which never really left a Tribesman’s body except to sleep. Although Pearce and his guard had surrendered their Pistols to the Clandonian security detail they had been allowed to retain their Swords which lay sheathed across their backs. The Vetakans where peaceful warriors that sourced its strengths in Defensive Combat as such their position on the subject of British Londinium was one of similar peaceful neutrality. Pearce smiled at the Clandonian whom handed them the file he took it in his hands and admired the folders plush external cover eventually he broke the seal and began to read through the contents his personal administrative diplomatic aide also read through a file. As they read a quiet silence fell across the room broken only by the exchanges and mummer of the various delegates as Pearce finished reading he cleared his throat and spoke:
“The Londinium Question? Its more of the Londinium Problem considering past history? Every major power and force in the world has tried and failed to solve the issue and none have been successful. The Sovereign League, Freaks and now the Coalition has mobilised great armies and great fleets to deal with the actions of a rogue Londinian Government and where has it got us? Years down the line history repeats itself and we are back at the table discussing a solution, Even if we deployed a Military Force to swiftly respond to this problem, what happens in 2 years, when the future Londinian Governments does the same thing and we yet again gather the worlds powers to stop them? The Londinians are obviously not fit to hold political power, they are not fit for purpose. The Tribal Chiefdom of Vetaka sees the deployment of troops and fleets to British Londinium as a wasted endeavour why bother with the logistics of the task, why not just take the money and burn it. The Tribal Chiefdom is against deploying open force however if this conference desires it we will participate to support our Allies in any way that we are required to, The Tribal Chiefdom calls for Political Embargo, Political Isolation and a Full-scale Arms Ban by all nations, organizations and individuals”.
With that Pearce smiled, nodded and bowed respectfully he then sat back down and sipped on his water, Vetaka would not vote to deploy force but would deploy such force if the conference required and desired such a deployment.
