After researching Ok-La-Ho-Ma's status of the economy, private firms and corporations are slightly concerned at the existance of an income tax (and high at that), but see the economy as being sophisticated and are interested in the foreign technology. Given Eiflegard's lack of patents and copyright laws, private firms centrally located in Eiflegard wish to purchase a few units of this foreign technology to study and harvest new technological advances.

Eiflegard's bureaucracy doesn't exist in the traditional sense (with embassies, for example). It has a judiciary and minimal related supporting staff, but that is essentially all that exists. Everything else is handled by the private sector. The goal of the judiciary is to enforce liberty throughout the world, especially within the network of liberated lands (known collectively as Eiflegard).
Liberty entails private enterprise acting themselves without any government restrictions or interference. Officially, the Eiflegard government recognizes the world as a free collection of people with other nations generally being criminal dictatorships that force their citizens into different social contracts, ultimately trying to legalize the automatic ownership of its citizens. All development in Eiflegard is deregulated within its liberated zones (indeed the "government" relies on the private sector for its "projects") and so the private sector at its own will shall be trying to establish international trade with nations such as Ok-La-Ho-Ma while the "government" will likely have little if any official communication with Ok-La-Ho-Ma's government.

But, there is still rules of trade. We can setup a Trade House for individual Corporations, Just fill out application in the thread I sent, as our Embassies are also Trade houses for countries without central Gov't. We are happy to trade with corporations and of course we still do background and credit checks. It's just good business. We accept all forms of payment including GDP equivilant in goods and services, cash, Precious Metals, exchequer from known respected large nations, technology and even land grants.
Mucipipal? These are airport heavy crash fire rescue vehicles by the looks of them. The 'rescue crane' is called an ariel hydraulic platform - and if that's what it is, the basket and 'crane' would be a lot bigger. Piccy of hydralic platform here (http://www.ukemergency.co.uk/fire/dsc06281.jpg) - british, with platform in travel position.
However, a full-sized airport fire vehicle would have a larger engine - most are designed to be able to pull a large airliner. A standard fire tanker would have very little or no standalone firefighting capability, and even regular pumpers - the standard type of fire vehicle - don't have water monitors (that 'water gun' on top) and if you were writing a fire engine writeup, you'd provide details on the pump, pump maker, pump flow rate, tank, tank capacity, and tank carrying type (whether it can carry water, foam, or powder and whether it can carry two or all three - obviously not at the same time, or it'd have two tanks)
I expect you'd know what a standad pumper looks like, since they're everywhere. You do not put a thing like that on the streets as a regular fire vehicle, and if it's for the military don't call it 'municipal'
The computery screen thing on the side would be replaced by a pump bay, with outlets, inlets, and mechanical valves and gauges. And if it had that, it'd be a pumper. Believe me, I know.

1. I am going to expand stats
2. I use drawings as opposed to real pics for everything, because it eliminates the need for exactness.
3. guages on pic are just aesthetic to make pic look nice.
