The Holy Empire of Krynt is currently in the process of nationwide regeneration, Due to begin within this quarter in the capital of Grothis. As part of the projected construction the Omnipitent and Righteous Imperator Trew has deemed it acceptable and neccessary for the nations future that we allow for embassies to be alotted to other nations.

Each embassy will be in the central mass of the city and will be sized approx. 500m[sq] and will consist of 3 levels. All embassies will be within one building which will seperate through a central foyer into the individual 'core' buildings. The proposed area for the main building is 10,000m[sq] allowing for a possible 20 embassies. However, there is availability to provide larger embassies (such as 1000m[sq]) for nations with special requirements etc.

The embassy you are provided with will feature cutting edge technologies and design to compliment an ever-advancing Krynt. Blueprints have yet to be finalised but upon completion they will be provided as per request.

Imperator Trew retains the right to monitor and/or remove embassies which are suspected to be halting the advancement Krynt or citizens, Or are thought to be threatening the safety or security of the Holy Empire of Krynt.

To occupy an embassy Nations must pass an eligibility test.

Please provide us with the following information in order to be passed to Imperator Trew for consideration.

Re: Embassy Program.
Message Reads: We would be honored to be allowed the privilege of building an embassy in your great nation. Unfortunately we are not able to facilitate any embassies in our own nation at this moment in time but we will notify you as soon as we are ready to accept such exchanges.

However we would like to offer you an opportunity that you may find quite profitable. Our government is currently on a global campaign to reduce the severity of laws on certain medicinal trade goods. During the process of this campaign we have decided to take all this global attention and use it for our own benefit as well as the benefit of man kind. Not that this endeavor is not fueled by greed but was merely spotted as an excellent economic opportunity. We are currently offering governments the ability to allow us to build an I.S.D. federally owned port in any of their coastal cities. If you are interested in such a venture please contact my office and acquire a federal port application.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Full Name of Nation: The Incorporated States of DJ Enduro
Form of Government: Inoffensive Centrist Democracy
Total Number of Personnel: 20 Civilian Personnel. (required)
It is our requirement that the civilian personnel hired to our embassy must be granted or earn permits to legally carry concealed firearms within your nation. We will arm them with Glock 10mm pistols, equipped with 3-round burst, 20-round clips, JHP cartridges and our federal tracking device.
Total Number of Security Forces: 10 Military/Security Personnel. (brought) Because we are bringing in our own security personnel we will list our requirements for allowable weaponry. The military personnel will be equipped with all of their standard equipment excluding their standard M4-A1 carbine assault rifles. To replace these rifles we will be equipping the men with XM1004 12-gauge shotguns. The standard cartridges will be replaced with non-lethal 12-gauge rubber slugs.
Employment Information: One of our security agents will be placed in charge of hiring of your citizens for the embassy. He will not discriminate based on prejudice.
Intentions: We have no intentions other than the desire to trade peacefully and freely around the world. Embassies allow nations to communicate much more effectively and aid in both the reduction of strife and the simplification of delegation.
Special Requests: We request that the property around the embassy be designated as a district of I.S.D. This is so that in the event of a strike on our embassy it would occur on our (legislative) soil. This would leave your hands free of the need for retaliation and defensive measures.

(ooc: refer to this thread to apply for a port: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=547603 . I keep good records of profits, economy, etc...)

RE: I.S.D. Embassy Application

The CAAoK is pleased to provisionally accept your application for embassy location in Grothis. However, There are certain issues within the application the need to be raised in order to conform with Krynt'n law.

Firstly, The importation of weapons into Krynt is strictly forbidden. If personel due to be stationed within the embassy require weaponry then armaments of Krynt'n origin will be issued. We will be able to provide the exact specification of firearm needed although, each weapon and every live round will be marked as to be scanned (as per Krynt national law, more information can be provided on request. Please direct such enquiries to CAAoK Office of Law and Census).

Furthermore, Proposed security personel will need to be 'barcoded' within 48 hours of residence within Krynt (Again, Please direct enquiries to CAAoK Office of Law and Census).

Your request to have the embassy classified as I.S.D. soil is accepted conditionally. You willl be allowed to operate under your own national laws and regulations unless any personel, research or otherwise operates in breach of Krynt Section 1 national law.

Finally, Your request to be able to employ Krynt'n citizens within the embassy contradicts our national system of work. However, You can be alotted citizens already pre-sanctioned to Administration or Scientific Research. We will need to know what quantities of such personel you require.

Thankyou for your enquiry,

Regards

We respect all laws of other nations, especially regarding the control of weaponry. We understand how difficult the monitoring of such can be and applaud your efforts of tracking such devices as we do in our own nation. The terms regarding civilian weaponry for clerical employees are acceptable. We would assume that you will outfit our military men as well.

We do have a question about this "bar-coding" procedure, however. We wish to inquire whether or not this is of the "implanted-chip" variety or an external device worn outside the body with some sort of locking mechanism to deter the removal of said device. We have national legislation against the implanted variety, although we will allow our military personnel to undergo any procedure they choose. We leave the decision up to them, however, and the implanted variety will not be forced upon any person of our nation. The external tracking devices can be obligatorily enforced, however, according to our nation's policy.

We look forward to your expeditious response to this communique.

We advise that anyone pre-sanctioned for administrative duties will be acceptable for all 20 employment opportunities. We are a nation of peace and only need the civilian personnel for clerical duties and office administration. If it would be simpler for you we can have 20 of our own personnel brought in and allow you to outfit them with Krynt originated weaponry. Our Secretary of Foreign Affairs, C. Rock, addressed the issue of the personnel tracking devices and we would like to know if this will apply to office employees as well. If such is the case then please refer to Mr. Rock's telecom regarding our national policy on personal tracking devices.

RE: Personnel Queries

In regard to several questions about the barcoding process. All citizens born within area of Krynt national law are barcoded at birth. This involves implanting a chip at the base of the head (measuring approx. 85nm*67nm). This chip
contains the Citizens Krynt'n Personal Identification Code, or CKPIC. It also contains data holding the citizens fingerprint, social sanction, bloodtype, date of birth and also houses a small transmitter. No external/internal power supply is required for the chip, It is powered entirely by small electrical charges in a persons muscle.

This may seem a bit drastic but such measures are required in order to preserve the quality of life the Krynt'n peoples have come to expect. The transmitter does not operate in such a way that people may be tracked. Within every building and street in Krynt there are small recievers that keep track of each citizen, this is in order to preserve the safety of each and every individual and eradicate crime.

Immigrants to Krynt are offered one of two options. They may either opt for a large external barcode which consists of the persons CKPIC being tatooed onto their neck and having to wear a watch sized transmitter on the wrist or ankle. Or they can undergo the chip implant which requires one injection into the neck. The chip never needs to be operated on in the citizens lifetime as all data can be altered through a central database linked to the Krynt reciever network. It should be noted that approximately 1 in every 13,628 implantations results in permanant paralysis of the subject.

Lastly, Re-allocation of administration staff is not an issue. We have several thousand surplus sanctioned administrators of no use currently. All military and civil staff allocated will be outfitted to Krynt national standard but, as previously stated, meeting weapons requirements will not pose a problem.

Northern Rangeria

To Governor R. Mitchell, Head of Regeneration, Central Administration Authority of Krynt

The Principality of Northern Rangeria wishes to form diplomatic ties with the Holy Empire of Krynt, in the spirit of friendship, mutual respect and peace. The Principality, under the leadership of His Highness, Prince Mikhail IV, come out of an extended period of isolation after the War of Independence (1983-87), in which the Principality gained her independence from the Empire of Greater Rangeria. We are a patriotic yet peaceful nation, believing that both the liberties of an individual and the freedom of the people are best maintained in a democratic environment, in which the state is not an enemy of the individual, but an extension of the will of individuals. Monarchy in our country is a long-standing tradition, and every monarch is obligated to protect and serve his people, not the interests of the few.

In preserving diplomatic ties between our two nations, we also invite the Holy Empire to send an ambassador to Northern Rangeria. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=546703)

On behalf of His Highness Prince Mikhail IV, Dux Maximus, Lord of Northern Rangeria, Protector of the Most Sanctified Beard of St Gid of the Greens,

Duke Stapani Aalthone
Minister of the Exterior

Full Name of Nation: The Principality of Northern Rangeria
Form of Government: Constitutional Monarchy
Total Number of Personnel: 35, Brought. The personnel will be clerical in nature, and due to the standards of diplomatic immunity, we prefer to bring in our own personnel. We request that they be provided residence within or near the embassy grounds. All personnel will go through thorough background checks.
Total Number of Security Forces: 20 Jaegers, plus 8-man Honour Guard (ceremonial duty only).
Twenty Jaegers of the Northern Rangerian Defense Corps is a standard security compliment for Northern Rangerian embassies, though we are willing to negotiate the numbers, provided that this does not compromise embassy security. The Honour Guard is a ceremonial unit only, consisting of a rotation of two Honour Guards at the gates of the embassy, dressed in the attire of Northern Rangerian Royal Pikemen, c. 1680.
The security forces will be armed accordingly:
- Jaegers: M4 assault rifles, Mark XIX Desert Eagle in .50 Action Express (=semi-automatic pistols) as sidearms.
- The Honour Guard: 17th century pikes and falchions, to be used as ceremonial weapons only.
Intentions: We hope that the opening of an embassy in the Holy Empire - and hopefully the Empire's reciprocal opening of an embassy in Northern Rangeria - will open new possibilities of trade, cultural exchange and formation of diplomatic alliances between our two countries. We are also interested in establishing mutual exchange programs for Kryntian and Northern Rangerian universities, for scholars and students alike.
Special Requests: We request a quite large embassy, in order to house our personnel, as well as to maintain an exhibition venue for possible art exhibitions, concerts and seminars.
