The whole incident with the Japanese whaling fleet and Sea Shepard gave me an idea for an RP.
Basically I'll deploy a small whaling fleet to cull a few hundred whales near my territorial waters. Some foreign activists or even government sponsored ships show up to disrupt the hunt and we go from there. We may even have a small skirmish if my Navy moves to protect the whalers.
