Early Afternoon, Aniane Premier Andre Popov Emanuel III, now a sickly and headstrong old man was preparing to go before the Aniane Parliament with his plan for an International Organization and Treaty System.
The Representatives Applauded as he Strode in to the Podium, "Lady's, and Gentlemen Representatives of the Provinces, and Foreign Dignitary's, I have a Plan for the future of our Economy and Like States across the Globe,"
The Audience listened intently yet with some suspicion, this wasn't the Tax cuts everybody had expected,
"...If we are to form this group for Mutual Cooperation, for Mutual Defense and for the furthering of the Sovriegn states rights to do there business unopposed by the imposing international treaty's, we may further ourselves mutually, I propose the Creation of an International Commerce Guild, a guild opposed to the Un, Opposed to other groups and Nations Pushing us Around and Opposed to the Liberalism that plagues society today."
The Parliment Stood and gave deafening Round of Applause,
"Therefore I hereby found on this day in the year of our lord the Commerce guild, we are looking for any nation with a good economy whom is sick of being pushed around, and together we shall incarnate the Commerce Guild."

The Premier went on to state he wants about 6 members before he begins discussion on the organization charter, he also said that he is creating a region called commerce guild that he says is voluntary to join but he encourages everybody to join or send a puppet state ambassador instead.

Also other Regions who have Similar goals are encouraged to enter onto the Forums and the you and the CG can organize some pact.

The Commerce Guild Website is CG HOMEPG. (http://www.freewebs.com/nscommerceguild/index.htm)

The People's Republic of Tokyoni

His Excellancy, Lord Raito Yagami, sympathyzes with your cause, having himself had to put up with pressure from the UN to return the recently-annexed territory on the Korean peninsula to what without his rule would have been an oppressive, dictatorial regime. The People's Republic of Tokyoni is disgusted by the UN's imperialist policies, attempting interfere in the affairs of sovreign nations.

It is the opinon of the People's Republic of Tokyoni that there should be an organization of sovreign nations to stand up to the UN's tyranny. However, the People's Republic of Tokyoni is already in a region with similar goals. Perhaps the good people of Aniane might be obliged to examine it for themselves.

Sincerely
Katsuhiku Suzuki
Minister of Foreign Affairs

A noble Idea, but Tokyoni, you are a young nation, you will soon learn of even more atrocity's of the UN and Likewise Organizations, maybe, this seems like a crazy ass idea, but we should maybe consider creating our own Organization to counter the Un, like an Anti-Un, Protecting the Rights of the Sovereign Nation-States from the Impinging and Interfering Acts onto our Sovereignty by the UN, certain regions, Certain Treaty's, and Certain Alliances.

The People's Republic of Tokyoni

The People's Republic, while a recently-formed nation, knows full well the many atrocities directly attributable to the United Nations and stands in full opposition to their organization. We not to challenge you in this, merely to inform you that an organization contrary to the United Nations' imperialist ways already exists, and hope to invite you to join with us in this matter.

Sincerely,
Katsuhiku Suzuki
Minister of Foreign Affairs.

No, I mean create an International Organization, that works like the Un yet with completely diffrent goals, a group that would help all nations big and small in there stand against the Imperialistic "Globalists". Also Tokyoni, did you know that the UN Requires all member nations to use the Metric system and no other system?

The People's Republic of Tokyoni

An interesting proposal, one must admit. The nation of Tokyoni itself has no direct say in the control of our region, and thus cannot speak for them, but would potentially be interested in such an arrangement for our own part. We admit to using the metric system ourselves; we hope this is not too much of a negative issue with regards to yourself - it's relatively a traditional thing in our lands, and would require a major effort to change our infastructures so seemingly needlessly.

At any rate, the People's Republic of Tokyoni pledges their potential support to this organization if and when it forms.

Sincerely,
Katsuhiku Suzuki
Minister of Foreign Affairs.

"I think there's something you should see, Sir," said Tazford Chief of Staff Archie Rangel to his boss, co-leader of the nation Kinson Taz.

"Can't you see I'm busy with the crossword puzzle?"

"This is important."

"It better be. What's a four-letter word for idiot?"

"Dolt."

"I am still your boss, you know, even if Daniel recommended you for the job." Taz grinned. "Thanks. Now what's the bis news."

"Well, you know how the Conservatives are creeping up in power in the Litter, sir."

"Yes, my pollsters never cease to remind me."

"Well, they'll be sure to advocate we join this new alliance called the 'Commerce Guild', which advocates all the things they do on the talk shows--no UN, free trade, and a distinct lack of liberalism."

Taz frowned, and snapped the end off his pencil. "Dammit, this is just what we need with the elections coming up. Did you tell my partner yet?"

"No--but as you know, Daniel's been advocating we move rightward with the times, as the logical thing to do. He'll see this as another sign, to placate at the very least by engaging them in talks."

"You think that's a bad idea?"

"I think we need to steer far clear of this."

"Give me some time to think. In the meantime, are you still friends with that ex-lover of yours at the network?"

"Friendly enough." Rangel blushed a bit, and shuffled a briefing in his hand.

"See to it that some rather unkind things about new trade alliances make their way into any comments from our friends at the station, eh?"

"I think I can do that, Sir," said Rangel. He bowed and walked crisply out the door.

"Where'd I stash the rest of the pencils?" Taz mutterd, and got back to work on the business of co-running the country.

(OOC: Perhaps telling people they stink is not the best way to encourage participation. ;) )
