Re: Economic exchanges.
Message Reads: We have received your communique showing interest in trading with our great nation. We have a proposition for you. We would like to trade industrial constructions. If you allow us to build a port in any of your coastal cities that meet the requirements of shipping our #1 cash crop we would be more than willing to allow the construction of an auto plant in our nation. This will be beneficial to both parties as we plan to offer you a percentage of our port-profits while we would expect the same offer from your auto plant.

Our port requirements are as follows:
1.Port must be constructed in no less that 3 months. If the port cannot be completed within an acceptable amount of time, this offer will be withdrawn.
2.Port must have humidor space to accommodate 500,000lbs of marijuana. Permission to use other ports if an overflow is to occur would be most appreciated, but not required.
3.We would like the area surrounding the port to be designated as a district of I.S.D. This way, if an attack were to occur aimed at our port, it would occur on our (legislative) soil/water and your hands would be free of the need for warfare.

Please send us any revisions you would like to make to our plans, as well as some general ideas about whether or not you'd be interested in building an automobile plant in our nation. If you approve our requests for a port we can begin to discuss percentages you will earn from the port's profit. We will expect a reciprocal percentage to come our way from your auto plant should it be decided that it shall be so.

We must respectfully deny this trade request as marijuana has been deemed a controlled substance in our nation and the trafficking, storage, or use of said substances is illegal.

Message Reads: We acknowledge your legislation about controlled substances classifying marijuana as such and respect said legislation. It is unfortunate that you feel this way about such glorious botanics. Our scientists have recently made quite the discovery that will surely increase the profitably of this industry.

Despite your sentiments towards our #1 cash crop we would like to extend an open invitation for you to pursue economic endeavors within your nation's laws, whatever they may be, so long as the laws have reciprocal counterparts in our nation.

The offer of the opportunity to construct an auto plant in our great nation still stands as the jobs are most beneficial to our economy. A percentage of profits would still have to be payed to us due to our legislation, but the numerical value of such percentage is negotiable.

We also have several other industries such as furniture restoration and beef-based agriculture which I'm sure would not mind trading on the international level.

I wish you the best on all you economic endeavors.
