(OCC:This is an attempt to unite new nations into a force to be reckoned with on international stage.Ok, this is how it'll work. 5 nations will sign up(including me),then the first 5 will draw up a constitution together.After the constitution is made,the first 5 and any nations that applyed during the drafting of the constitution will choose to radify the constituition.(If you have a suggestion I'm all ears,please give me some constructive criticism, it'll help!)
