However, our armed forces are hopelessly out dated. This is an appeal to the manufacturers / salespeople of the world. We need the following ships, all converted so that they can run more eco frendlily (ooc: if thats a word, lol) And we need them five minutes ago. please, give me an estimate.
5 Kara class Cruisers.
10 ASW/F70 class destroyers.
15 A69 or d'Estienne d'Orves class frigates.
20 Spaviero class hydrofoils.
2 Moskva class Aircraft carriers.
1 Kiev class ac/cruiser.
2 Enrico Toti class submarines
We could also do with 200 Higgins boats (ww2 type), one million sets of Black BDU uniforms and berets 500 000 sets of olive drab american ww2 type uniforms and webbing, 1000000 M1 Garand Rifles, 500 000 M1 carbines, 250 000 Thompson M1A1 SMGs, 125 000 colt M1911 pistols, 75 000 Navy colt revolvers.
Aircraft wise we would appreciate some Folland Gnats, perhaps some corsair carrier aircraft, and at least two C-47s.
Thank you.

((OCC: Your nation currently has $39,486,446,745.60 (http://nstracker.org/index.php?nation=Spitzenberg) it can spend per real day.
There are two stores that have packages you may want to view:
The Northern Baltic Military Storefront (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=533257)
DGM Industries (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=440478)
The Northern Baltic has:
Starter Red Fleet
3 Kiev Class - carriers (you wanted 1..well 2 more ain't bad)
5 Kara Class - cruiser (exactly what you wanted)
8 Kashin Class - (you wanted 10 ASW Destroyers but this has eight. Add 2 more for an extra $140,000,000)
11 Koni Class - (you wanted 15 frigates. Add 4 more for $240,000,000 extra)
3 Hotel Class - (Balistic sub. Didn't request any but nice to have!)
8 Tango Class - (you wanted 2 attack subs...you get 6 more. not to shabby)
2 Charlie II Class - (2 guided missile attack subs. nice to have!)
55 Ka-25 - (helicopters...great to have for ASW!)
36 Yak-38 - (so-so starter aircraft. VTOL aircraft)
Cost: $8,500,000,000
With the extra ships = $8,880,000,000 From Northern Baltic (just let them know Karshkovia sent you)
Then, for your landing craft, I couldn't find a store that had the exact craft you wanted but DMG Military Industries does have the LV-3 Landing Craft Air Cushion at $5 Million each or $100,000,000 total.
So for all your Main Ships, you should just be looking at $8,980,000,000.
For Higgans boats, I can't find a store that stocks them..but DMG does sell the LI-4 Jurmo Class at $1 Million each ($200,000,000 total for your needs). It is faster, more maneuverable and better armed and armored than the higgans, but holds 14 less men. Your call on that.
One thing you are forgetting is Logistical ships (supply, tankers, oilers and such). Your fleet is good for probably a week or less without logistical ships. An American or the lone Russian Carrier groups have 1 tanker and 1 supply ship. You have three carriers here so 3 each would probably be best.
3 T-AKE-1 Lewis and Clark cargo ships @ $750 Million each = $2.25 Billion
3 T-AO-187 Henry J. Kaiser Class oilers @ $200 Million USD = $600 Million
TOTAL FLEET COST (between both stores) = $12.03 Billion
North Baltic store:
Starter Russian Navy = $8,500,000,000
2 Kashin Class ASW Destroyers = $140,000,000
4 Koni Class frigates = $240,000,000
DMG Military Industries:
20 V-3 Landing Craft Air Cushion = $100,000,000
3 T-AKE-1 Lewis and Clark cargo ships = $2.25 Billion
3 T-AO-187 Henry J. Kaiser Class oilers = $600 Million
LI-4 Jurmo Class landing craft = $200,000,000
Arms and clothes...
DMG Military Industries
Uniform and Armor (All Inclusive) [black] $250 = $250 Million
Uniform and Armor (All Inclusive) [olive] $250 = $125 Million
The Yaks take care of the aircraft (no one I found sells the gnat).
Hope that helps!

OOC: Is that $20,000 (twenty thousand) for two Aircraft carriers and and $500 (five hundred) dollars per foxhound? If so there is no way it's right. Minimum pricing on an AC would be in the Billion dollar range. Also, no variant of the foxhound is carrier capable. Secondly, it's an interceptor and thus the aircraft sacrifice performance in the air superiority fighter role (ie fighting enemy fighter aircraft). It's designed for high speeds and a very high service ceiling, but sucks for turning or fighting. This means it's great against bombers but can't dogfight worth a darn, and only have a 450mile range at their top speed. In any case, they run $12-$15 million each easily. 15 for $500 ?

Re: Eco-friendly ships.
Message Reads: We are currently offering a sale of surplus engines we have left over due to retro-fitting of our rail-system. (ooc: related thread: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=547287 ) The engines are originally from our recent conversion to diesel-electric however we are now switching to strictly bio-diesel motors. We are converting 125 trains a years, leaving that many diesel-electric engines in our round-houses every year. We are unsure as to how many the currently engaged nation (Delkor) is interested in buying at this moment, but we anticipate that we will end up auctioning off a large sum of engines.
I have spoke with my engineers and they say that it's very possible for these motors to be converted for aquatic/marine use, so long as the ship's hulls can support the weight of the batteries required for the electric portion of these engines. If you need assistance we will gladly send you one or two of our top engineers to assist you in the blue-printing of a retro-fit for your ships.
These motors generate upwards of 8,000HP at maximum RPM and are awesomely silent. Delkor has also mentioned a company called "VLT" (ooc: related thread: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=547287 ) that they will have fit their engines purchased from us with additional eco-friendly measures. The batteries for these motors weigh about 150lbs each, but the number of batteries required varies on the diesel-electric ratio you desire.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you're interested in purchasing our used motors. This will surely save you some money off the top as you will only need to subcontract the construction of hulls.
