I believe it might be easier to show you than explain. The starship I call home since we don't keep an NSUN office in the normal sense is a modifed 'Pioneer' class exploration ship which is very fast making warp factor 8, agile and has sufficent weapons to deter most space borne hostile forces.

It also comes with a cloaking device and the latest science, replication, transporter and holodeck technology.

If you are agreeable to sending a representative I could arrange a tour.

Per your request we will not arm them with our standard M4-A1 carbine assault rifles but will substitute these for XM1004 12-gauge combat shotguns. Would you allow Lebenscraum an embassy in your nation: Yes, an embassy is allowable in our nation, however, we have no funds at this time to aid in the construction of such a building. We do not expect any assistance from your government in the construction of our own embassy on your soil. If you wish to build an embassy in our vast nation we will allocate you a piece of land within a reasonable requested size for you to commence your construction. No foreign aid will be given for your construction and all costs of the construction of your embassy will fall on you.

Special Request: We'd like our embassy to be near a coastline if that is at all possible. Our nation is ocean-locked and it will be much easier for our ambassador and civilian personnel to travel to your nation by water as our aeronautics industry is not up to par nor does it meet the safety regulations of most other nations. Also, we'd like to construct a small port on your coastline if that would be acceptable. Our #1 cash crop is marijuana and it's very hard for us to trade with other nations unless their seaports have adequate humidor storage space. A small percentage of the profits will pad the pockets of your parliament, of course. Also, we would greatly appreciate if the land around the port/embassy could be classified as a district of I.S.D. This way if any military strike were to occur at our port or embassy it would occur on our (legislative) soil, leaving your hands clean of any inevitable bloodshed should such an event occur. ooc: so one starship tour later Heydrich san will know the following. The pioneer class starship has two forward phaser banks and one aft. It also has photon torpedo tube launchers forward and aft with a crew of 60. it looks like this minus the big bird.

its made up of 10 decks with the engineering hull at the back of the disk and can sustain warp 8 for two hours although its cruising speed is warp 6. The latest voice activated computers are installed and he would also have seen there was an all female crew with everybody carrying either a ceremonial dagger, the security people wearing short swords and the samurai in the crew wearing their paired swords.

The uniform is a dark red wrap over jacket with a black trouser and short boots or a knee length black skirt with thigh high black boots.

We apologize for the inconvenience of having to fund your own construction but our economy is not as strong as it once was. The building will be constructed in the governmental district which is located in northern Capitola. The address there will be 101 Embassy Boulevard. I apologize that I cannot come to your nation personally to shake your hand on such celebratory an occasion but, most unfortunately, we have had a security breach and some conflict over a local oceanic discovery. Due to heightened security I am unable to leave the nation at this time. We have wired to you the same amount of money in exchange for the construction of our embassy. We would appreciate, if any remaining funds are available, that the excess money goes to those who were displaced due to our extremely particular special requests. We have had a drought of recent so the figures for marijuana production are still a little bit fuzzy. Give our business analyst a little more time and he'll have some figures for you. The percentages of 10% for three years and 5% after said three years are more than acceptable.

As for the sale of marijuana we are more than willing to accommodate most any order you place. We've had a drought but it hasn't completely devastated the industry. How much are interested in purchasing? Any orders of more than 75000lbs. will have a brief waiting period as nation's with more seniority are entitled to their purchases first.
