The People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands, It was a strong nation in the middle of The Xanadou Sea, 800 Miles from Kurona, and the only Communist Nation in the Region. a Member of the Stevidian Empire, it had survive the Far Echo Islands War, The Failed Fordockian Invasion, The Air Strikes by The Maldorian Terrorists and other threats, even The DoubleWidevilleian Threat.

Under The Ryou People's Party (RPP), the Nation was overflowing with Money and Trade from other Nations, Ryou Cargo Ships ruled the waves, protected by its Navy. The Ryous were letting their Naval Power Grow beyond what many would think that would be a threat of Invasion was now a not.

But there were Threats from the Inside that were wanting to enslave the Ryous in the name of the evils of Capitalism. This Group was the Democratic Freedom Party.

They wanted to end the "Red Empire" as they called it and replace it with one that would bow before the evil Nation of Fordock and The Bulbs. They were made of evil People hideing behind the names of "Freedom" and "Democracy"

They wanted to destroy The Ryou and enslave them.

The Main Party and the Ruleing Group in the People's Republic, Communist, it has been called "The only party of the Islands."

The Second in Command of Operation Beacon strode back through the interior of the airship, a Clipper-class trading aerovessel, and into the command gondola. Along with the crew of 8 men were 3 dipomats, who would be pretending to arrive to negotiate a trade deal that would mean the embargo between the two nations would be lifted. However, before they landed, the airship would drop off 25 men along with 1400kg of supplies into the rainforests, in the form of ammunition, weapons and equipment, and for the two teams to attempt to make contact with the democratic underground in Ryou to start a revolution.

The DFP was busy getting ready for the fight against the Communists. The Political Part of the Party may have been run by Fordockian Spies, but The Moderate side and the Armed Force of it was in control of True Ryous.

Rebel Colonel Diazyu Kia was one of them.

He was once a Member of the People's Army, one of the best troops in Xanadou. He joined to Defend His People and Nation. But he soon saw the Truth of The People's Republic, it was just like The Old Hatarian Empire of Neherenia and even like The Stevidian Empire.

The War with DoubleWideville showed him that has he saw the Ryous killed Childern who were only Defending their Nation from a Invasion. The Government Called them Terrorists.

He Joined the Freedom's Sons (The Military Arm of the DFP) and was now a Colonel of the Group.

He knew Civil War was about to start and it would kill more people then any War ever fought in the world.

This was only part of the Ryou Safety Protocalls, any plane going over The Ryou Black Islands had to land and be cheaked for Bombs, Refueled.

With many Terrorist Groups, Like The DFP and any others, runing around, all Planes were to Searched from Top to Bottom for any weapons that any Nation might sale to the Terrorists.

Air Ixiom Flight 143

"Mommy look,Wow" As the little girl looked out the passenger jets window, as the Airship passed the window. Many were looking at the Ryou Black Islands as a natural happening spot for the newlly open Estovakia people. As the Socialist Goverment of United Estovakia promoted visits to allied countries. It is also the fact that Ryou Black was in a warmer climate than Estovakia.
"This is your pilot speaking, to your left, you see one of the many other international modes of traves, the Airship. In a few minutes, we will land."
As the Jumbo Jet passed the Airship, a quite commotion started.

The jet shot past the airship as the rear of the underside bay opened to the rear.

"Damn, they probably saw that. I hope they don't enquire. As for now, keep the RADAR and EW trackers under very close observation and tell us when we're clear."

The first section lept out, with some large wooden crates following them. They were performing a HALO jump to minimise the chances of detection, so would open their parachutes only a few hundred metres above the rainforest canopy, the supply crates opening even lower, the rainforest canopy designed to act as a brake.
A couple of minutes later, the next section leapt out. Finally, another few minutes later, the final section lept out.

The airship changed trajectory, before requesting clearance to land at the airport.

The United Socialist States of American Nationals promises its support to the government of The Ryou Black Islands. By order of the leader Vladimir Rostov, and the SECDEF, American Nationals offers 1 Battalions(1,000 Soldiers) to police the streets and hunt down terrorists. We only wish to help our fellow Communists.

a Freedom's Sons Patroll saw the Crate drop down and headed for the area. This was the Island of Kasbahia, a uninhabited Island that was a DFP base, It was 40 miles from Shai-san-dao (The island where The Capital, Shai, is located.)

but there was trobble, The Maoists were not starting Helicopter Patrols and there were sightings of The Army's new Boa-67 Attack Helicopters near the island and Ayanami Class Destroyers were sighted off the coast.

These Crates were a Blessing from above.

The men hit the rainforest, the crates crashing though the canopy to the ground while the men with the parchutes tried to aim a landing so they hit a decently solid tree so they could walk across the canopy, saving the bother of enemy attack and traps on the ground and giving them the advantage of a slightly longer line of sight and the advantage of height.

Now to wait for the democratic rebels or the maoists, who would flock to the supply crates.

Shai, The Ryou Black Islands

Basil Walker, that being his name for the current operation, stepped off the passenger plane that had carried him to Shai. Lewis was a 15-year veteran of the Lost Hills Security Agency (LHSA), and he had participated in innumerable covert operations to both gather intelligence and conduct covert action against enemy targets.

The Kingdom had recently begun a policy of inserting operatives into prominent trouble spots before the conflicts actually erupted. There was no substitute for on-the-ground intelligence, and with the ongoing turbulence in the RBI, it was only logical that this would be the next target.

Walker stepped up the Customs desk after leaving the gate.

"Passport please."

He was slightly hesitant at this point. LHSA-Ops had little experience counterfeiting RBI passports, and his handler was slightly worried that it would be flagged. Of course, that would mean Walker's death, as the Kingdom would immediately disavow his existence and carry on as if nothing had happened.

Still, this was his job, and he handed over the necessary documents after some fumbling.

"Purpose of visit?" the cute, blonde customs agent asked.

"Holiday," Walker responded.

"Duration of stay?"

"Two weeks."

"Not the best time to be going on holiday if I do say so myself, Mr. Walker. This is all in order. Enjoy your stay."

Walker breathed a sigh of relief at that. The airport was difficult to navigate and run-down, and he proceeded with some difficulty to the exit.

Walker didn't really understand the Kingdom's purposes in sending him here. Ostensibly, he was here to monitor political developments and advise on a possible course of action. But he knew the Kingdom would intervene if any major turmoil occurred; a naval task force carrying the Duke of Worcester's Rifles was conducting "exercises" several hundred nautical miles away.

As he stepped out of the airport onto the busy street, Walker put on his sunglasses and hailed a cab.

It was going to be a long mission.

The hotel was located close to the financial district of the city, and Walker could hear the hustle of the busy street below even from his 43rd floor suite. Skyscrapers loomed all around him as he viewed the sights of a modern metropolis from above. The room was well-appointed; the furnishings were all solid oak, and there was a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall facing the bed. It was on in the background.

"Welcome back to NewsChannel 4, faithfully serving the city of Shai," an anchorwoman was saying, "Breaking news from southern Shai-san-dao today, as police break up hundreds of pro-democracy protesters. 7 have reportedly been sent to the hospital, as mounted police units used tear gas and water cannons on the angry mob."

The show cut to a scene of policemen in riot gear advancing on a line of young men. Weapons were clearly visible in the crowd. Walker turned the set off.

LHSA-Ops had provided him with a number of interesting gadgets with which to fulfill his mission. Perhaps most important of all these was a laptop capable of connecting to a Lost Hills Air Force spy satellite orbiting above. With an 8192-bit encrypted datalink, there was virtually no chance of anyone breaking into the connection and seeing what he was sending his superiors.

Walker logged on and connected to the remote server...news from LHSA. The naval fleet, dubbed Task Force Bravo-34, had been moved 50nm closer to the Islands. Even without his reporting, it was clear the situation was escalating.

Signing off, Walker suddenly realized he hadn't eaten since getting on the plane. He secured his equipment with booby traps, left the room, and went off in search of a bar.

In Space, over the Region of Xanadou.

Since the end of the Far Echo Islands War, The Government had started a Space Program that had one goal in mind, To Protect the islands from Invasion. Spy Satellites were in Orbit around the clock, most over Xanadou.

It was one of these that Spotted a Fleet, not from any Xanadou Nation nor was it Stevidian. Who ever it was was getting too close to Ryou Territorial Waters.

Enough for 50 Ayanami Class Destroyers to head out of Port Nomadica to stop them from entering Ryou Waters.

OOC: Just a note, but with something like a lfeet you have to know where you are going to look with a spy satellite in order to spot anything. I.e, you'd have to zoom in on the exact position of the fleet in order to see it, which is nigh impossible to do by chance.

The Pilot of AIX 143 waited untill he was on home grounds to voice his concerns. yet in a time of peace, none cared. More Unt. Estovakians traveled to the Islands, not just Ryou black, yet a newly admitted state of Scrin, that was in the Xanadou region. Also a major feature, Shine Harbor in Scrin was the jumping point to the Ryou Black. Many Ekranoplan and ships were about the area, as well as Korolev Naval Base, that held the First Carrier Group, the Pride of the Red fleet since the DWV war. And with Peace, what could go wrong?

The IIA was thrilled by the reports. The Ryou Black Islands were destabilising, in favour of a capitalist, more sensible government. This could be the opportunity to wipe the hostile nation off of Xanadou's maps, once and for all.

With new orders, The Fighters and ships of KNB started more scans and exersices. One of the most active was the fleet of new UH-60P, a naval version made for UE Naval ships, doing AS test all around the Island.

Tachinami Air Force Base.

50 B-52s were readied and fueled for their mission against the Rebels. Armed with Napalm Bombs, they were going to bomb Kasbahia. It was the Dry Season, nearing the Rainy Season, so The Leaves and Trees were dry and could be set on fire.

The Reason for the Bombs, to burn the rebels out.

The Bombers were soon takeing off, the Ryou Civil War had started.

The Rebel Troops saw the other soldiers near the Crates, The Commander soon yelled "WHO ARE YOU!?!"

the city of Shalbalisyuia was one of the many City Ships that floated in the waters of The Ryou Black Islands. home to 600,000 Ryous, it was one of the largest Ships in the Xanadou Region.

and as some said, a daugher of Neherenia of Hataria.

She was moderate and was peace loveing, unlike her mother, who was Power mad. So in Neni's Mind, her death was mercy for the world.

But what was happening now was worse then Neherenia's plan to rule the world, Civil War was now starting, all thanks to a bunch of evil Fordockian Spies working for a dead nation, namely Fordock.

She knew war was now here.

Kasbahia, Ryou Black Islands

a Rebel Watchman was scouting the Beach, watching out for enemy Submarines or more Destroyers.

Just so happened, one Ayanami class Destroyer was now off the coast.

The Watchman soon tried to radio the sighting, but something was wrong. The Radio was being jammed. But soon he saw something wrose, in the skies.

The B-52s

Over the Island, the Bombers soon started dropping the Bombs on Kasbahia, while the Destroyer was jamming all Communcations, The Napalm Bombs were dropped and started a Fire.

In The Rainforests, The Group of rebels saw the fire start and started running to the Boats.

The Ryou Civil War had Begun.

Jason Sukhoi loved Unexpected visites. This unlike his spiritual predasesor, SSu Mikol, helped save him a few times. He thought an unexpected trip to the hot new area, the Ryou black Islands would not hurt, and that he could get some diplomacy done to. And they have killer beaches. The Mi-12E and it's Mi-24FT escorts called for clearance to the large Ryou Black port.

The Field Commander of the Central Cimmand of the United Armed Revolutionary Government looks at the newspaper and smiles. "Gomer, it seems the Lord has given us an oppurtunity to avenge ourselves on the heathens. Let us pray about this!"

Cell Captain Gomer Phillips and the rest of the Central Command of The U.A.R.G prays in silensce. After exanmining their hearts the feel confident the Lord has decreed that the heathen Ryou be punished for the sin of attacking the Holy and Righteous Empire of DoubleWideville.

A transmission is made over The United Armed Revolutionary Government Radio:

"The time for vengance has come for our people. The heathen Ryou's are being attacked, and the Lord has revealed we must smite the wicked hip and thigh. None of us forget the Troubles, nor shall we forgive these sinful idol worshippers.
I therefore call for volunteers, both from Jesus Youth Crops and the various militias to join us in a Grand Crusade to avenge our dead and bathe our swirds un Ryou blood! Blood cries out for blood! We will not stop untill the wails of Ryou widows and orphans ring through Ryou as they have done to us! Death to Ryou! Death to the heathens! Death to the enemies of God!"

This is transmitted all over DoubleWideville as an angry nation gets ready to avenge the deaths of their wives, husbands and children. Many take a vow to either destroy Tyou or die trying.
