Secondly, your embassy will be designated as extraterritorial from the Holy Republic, but that is it. We will not provide for you any sportscars, that is an unnecessary expense on our side, and if your ambassador wishes to have one than she can purchase one with her own, or your Foreign Department's funds. We believe that a foreign nation operating a water cannon in an embassy in the Holy Republic, without any firefighting purpose, is a threat. We wish for these needs to be met before the Holy Republic accepts your application.

Regarding the dartguns:
The dartguns fire pressure propelled needle-like syringes filled with an adequate dosage of the paralytic neural toxin Curare. The dosage in each needle is not lethal to a human being but will render him/her paralysed for a few hours. The toxin blocks the receptors of he nerve cells, preventing signals from reaching the muscles. Thus causing a complete relaxation of all muscles bar those connected to the autonoumus system such as the heart, the diafragm and the like.
