The royal limousine pulled up to the Pollaine International Airport. Pollaine was the largest city in Northern Sea, and the closest to the Capital, ST. Nuei. The limousine stopped in front of the airport and Crown Prince Kendrick (15) stepped out, dressed in a black suit with a badge of the royal crest on the jacket. It was his job to escort the empress and her family safely to the Pollaine Harbor, then across the icy waters to the capital. His assistant, Miles, stepped out behind him.

“Miles,” Kendrick asked, “What time is the Jet from Neo-Ixania supposed to arrive?”

“In about 30 minutes, Sir,” Miles replied, checking his PDA, “We have plenty of time to make it to the royal terminal for the Empress.”

“Good. We can make it to the Harbor with our guests by nightfall, and they can sleep through the ride. Isn’t my sister interested in Alexander, the Empress’s younger brother?”

“That is what your father told us. Let us head to the Terminal now.”

They walked through the airport at a nice pace, getting past all of the people trying to catch their flights with no problems. After multiple security stops before the Royal Terminal, they finally entered. The Terminal was completely silent compared to the rest of the airport. Only a few government official and ambassadors were there. He recognized a few of them, and said his hellos. The terminal had a buffet, an intricate fountain, a relaxing lounge, and a screen showing the flights. The most interesting thing about the terminal was a huge digital map on the ceiling, showing different parts of the world.

“There should be here soon, Sir.” Miles said, walking over to the Terminal desk to make last minute preparations. Kendrick walked over to the window and into the sky, where the plane would show up any minute. He was a little nervous, just because these guests were the first international guests to attend the Eclipse dinner in 600 years.

OOC: Anastasia and Alexander will visit together and Vladimir, the Empress' personal assistant will also attend. I hope this will not take too long because I will start the World Tour after this.

Prince Alexander sighed as he looked out the nearby window of the plane as it flew over the nation of Northern Sea. He would be attending the dinner with his older sister, Anastasia and her personal assistant, Vladimir. As he looked out the window, he thought about Princess Novel. She was appealing to him but he did not know if she was the right girl for him. At only sixteen, he had plenty of girls to choose from.

He could see his sister, Anastasia, silently looking out her window and he could see Vladimir finishing his beverage. After a couple of minutes, he heard an attendant telling him that the plane would land soon. When the plane landed, he walked out of the plane with Anastasia and Vladimir and noticed Kendrick and Miles.

"They must be waiting for us, Annie."
"One of them is a teenager, Alex. He could be a royal prince."
"Yes, that is true, Anastasia. He does look like a teenager but as for him being a royal prince...it is possible."

Anastasia and Alexander silently walked towards Kendrick and Miles as they held their luggage. "I am Prince Alexander of Neo-Ixania and this is my older sister, Empress Anastasia II of Neo-Ixania. It is nice to be here in Northern Sea."

Anastasia smiled at Kendrick and Miles and asked Vladimir to come forward. "This is Vladimir, my personal assistant. I hope that you will allow him to attend the dinner."

"Of course Vladimir is welcome, your majesty," Kenderick stated, "Now let us get to the limosine. It will take us across the city to the docks, and we can catch our boat to St. Nuei." He said as they walked out of the terminal to the Car.

"Thank you for allowing me to attend the dinner." Vladimir said before they began walking with Kendrick and Miles to the limosuine. Alexander looked at Kendrick as he took his seat in the limosuine. "Are you the brother of Princess Novel?"

"Yes, She is my older sister." Kenderick replied as the limo drove out of the airport through the streets of Pollaine. "I also have 2 little brothers and 1 little sister. You'll meet them at the dinner. How was your flight?" he asked as the skyscrapers of Pollaine passed through the sights of the windows.

"We have several siblings and our flight was good." Alexander said with a smile. "I am sure Princess Novel was waiting for me to arrive in Northern Sea. If she was, it will make her glad to know that I am here."

"May we know your names?" Vladimir asked Kendrick.

"I'm Kenderick Arnook, Cheif Arnook's Eldest Son and Crown Prince of Northern Sea." Kenderick replied

"And I'm Miles Thompson. No fancy title, just the royal family's assitant." Miles said checking his PDA. "We should arrive at the docks in a few minutes. From there we will take a boat to St. Nuei. The ride takes about 16 hours, so ya'll can sleep on the way their if you wish. You must be very tired."

"I'm Kenderick Arnook, Cheif Arnook's Eldest Son and Crown Prince of Northern Sea." Kenderick replied

"And I'm Miles Thompson. No fancy title, just the royal family's assitant." Miles said checking his PDA. "We should arrive at the docks in a few minutes. From there we will take a boat to St. Nuei. The ride takes about 16 hours, so ya'll can sleep on the way their if you wish. You must be very tired."

"It is nice to meet you, Kendrick." Anastasia said with a smile. "Your father and older sister attended my gala and it was nice to have them as guests. As for the ride, I hope we arrive at St. Nuei safely."

Miles, you are the Royal Family's assistant? I am only the assistant of the Empress and I usually accompany her during royal engagements and visits such as the dinner we will be attending." Vladimir smiled at Miles before he looked out a nearby window. "It is nice to be here. It will be interesting to try food from the cuisine of Northern Sea."

"Yes, I agree." Anastasia smiled at Kendrick. "It will be interesting to try some of your nation's food."

"Hopefull you will like some of our nation's delecacies. In the north where the capital is, it's mostly seafood. But if you don't like some of our food, we can always get any food you want instantly." Kenderick said as the limo pulled to a stop. They got out to see a buds port, filled with fishing boats and Cruise ships. They could see the ship they were going to take. On it's side was the symbol of the royal city.

When they walked on the ship, Anastasia looked at Kendrick and smiled. "I am sure that we have cabins during the ride. Can you show me where my cabin is? Alexander and Vladimir should be told where they can find their cabins."

"Of course." Kenderick replied. As they were about to go under the deck to the cabins, a servant came up the stairs and started babbling in some strange language. Kenderick calmed him, speaking in the same strange language, and he went on his way. He lead them down the stairs and showed them 3 cabins, all furnished for the geusts.

"Miles and I will be above deck if you need anything" Kenderick replied as the boat pulled out of port smoothly.

"Thank you, Kendrick."

As the ship sailed to St. Neui, Alexander sat in his cabin and thought about Princess Novel. He was sure that she was anxious to meet him again and that she liked him. As he thought about her, he remembered the other girls who he knew liked him. After all, he was in Neo-Ixanian magazines almost as much as his older sister. "I know that Princess Novel likes me." Alexander uttered.

Anastasia walked out of her cabin to find Kendrick. "Kendrick, can you tell me when we will be having dinner?"

"Dinner can be whenever you want it, Your majesty." Kenderick Replied, "Tonight i beleive we're having a steak dinner and some other side items. Is there something else you would prefer? We have a stocked kitchen on the boat."

"A steak dinner with side items is alright for me, Kendrick and I am alright with having dinner now if possible. We should tell Alexander and Vladimir so they know."

"Alright then. Miles?"

"Sir?" Miled replied

"Tell the kitchen to set the table, then go alert Valdimir and the Prince that dinner is about to start." Kenderick said.

"Yes Sir."

"So, Your majesty," Kenderick continued, "You brother seems awfully tense, expecially when Novel is brought up. Is he Okay?"

OOC: Was Alexander showing any signs of nervouness maybe? Kenderick knows about their experience at the Gala.

"Dinner is ready sir," Miles stated, "And Alexander and Vladimir are waiting for you two"

OOC: How did Kendrick know about Alexander's thoughts, etc?

"Alexander may feel that Princess Novel likes him. He has plenty of girls liking him but there may be a trait that Novel has that makes him think about her, Kendrick."

"Of course, your majesty." Kenderick replied, leading her down the stairs to the Cabins. They passed the Cabins to the end of the Hall, and entered a dining room, with a table filled with food and Vlad and Alexander waiting for them.

OOC: He is not nervous; he is only thinking about her.

"Can you take me to where we will have dinner, Kendrick?"

"Of course, your majesty." Kenderick replied, leading her down the stairs to the Cabins. They passed the Cabins to the end of the Hall, and entered a dining room, with a table filled with food and Vlad and Alexander waiting for them.

Anastasia took her seat and they began eating together. "This steak is good, Kendrick." Vladimir said after he finished eating a piece of his steak. After a couple of minutes, Anastasia smiled at Kendrick.

"Kendrick, what are the famous foods of Northern Sea's cuisine?"

"Hmmm....Let me think..." Kenderick thought for a second and said "We have many seafood dishes, including Crab, Lobster, Trout, Shark. And we do have vegeatble at the meals in the City, they just have to be imported from the mainland. There is a great variety, those are just some dishes i can remember." Kenderick said while cutting his steak. "We have other food in the other parts of the nation. Maybe some time after your tour, you can take a tour of the entire nation.

"Thank you for the information, Kendrick. I assume that many citizens of Northern Sea enjoy eating seafood and I hope that it will be possible for me to have a tour of Northern Sea in the future."

After they had finished dinner, Kenderick said "Well, it's getting pretty late. We should probably head to bed now. We'll be in St. Nuei by morning. I would advise you to start dressing warmly now, becuase its going to get colder."

"We have brought warm clothing for us to wear during our visit, Kendrick."

Anastasia and the others walked to their cabins and prepared to go to sleep. Alexander continued to think about Novel as he changed into his night clothes. He looked out the window and sighed before he went to sleep.

Kenderick made sure all of his guests were comfortable, then he went to bed. The ship continued to sail silently throught the freezing water, passing ice bergs and snowy islands. The almost full moon rose high into the sky, then receded as the sun rose early in the morning. Kenderick got up and looked at the time . 5:00 A.M.

"We're supposed to get there about nine, so i'll let the guests sleep." He then got up and stood out on the deck, breathing in the winter air and looking at the sea.

Dressed in his coat, Alexander walked outside alone while the others were awake in their cabins and gathering their items. Looking around, Alexander could see Kendrick and a small smile was on his face. "He must know about me and Novel." Alexander uttered as he watched him. "That outgoing girl....Novel....does she like me? Could she love me?"

Alexander decided to look at the nearby icebergs that he could see around the ship but he continued to think about Novel. Was it possible that he loved her? No, he thought, his heart was still open to another. He looked at Kendrick again for a few seconds before he turned to look at the icebergs again.

The ship continued sailing soundlessly out of the icebergs and into open sea. On the horizon, a huge ice island became bigger and bigger. The entire coastline was all towring cliffs, so the boat sailed the perimeter of the island. Kenderick pulled out a map to show his guests where they were.

"we're here, kenderick said, pointing by the coast of what looked like a bow tie island. "This island is actually to islands of rock, with all of that ice one top. Now, there isn't actual land where they intersect, but very thick ice. That intersection is where ST. Nuei is. Does that make sense?"

Anastasia looked at the ice in the distance while Vladimir and Alexander studied the map with Kendrick. She thought it was nice to visit St. Nuei and understood what Kendrick had told them. "That does make sense, Kendrick."

As she looked at the map, Vladimir looked at Kendrick. "How long do you think it will take to arrive at St. Nuei?"

"It'll only take about 10 minutes," Kenderick replied, and continued, "When we get to the outer wall, it'll take a minute to get through, just becuase we have some security check. Once we enter, we'll give your luggage to the servants so they can bring it up to the palace. We'll take a gondola or two up the Canal to the palace. My father and siblings should be waiting for us there."

"It'll only take about 10 minutes," Kenderick replied, and continued, "When we get to the outer wall, it'll take a minute to get through, just becuase we have some security check. My father and siblings should be waiting for us there."

"I can wait ten minutes until we arrive." Anastasia said with a smile before she continued looking at the ice in the distance. Vladimir and Alexander looked at the map for a few seconds before they walked to Anastasia and looked at the ice with her.

The minutes passed, and the boat pulled silently along the water. Soon the boat came along along the corner in the ice. Right as they turned the corner, the city came into view...

The first notciable thing was the Giant Ice Wall. It was probably at least 5 sotries tall and about 30 feet thick, made up solid ice/ Be hind it you could see a great city of ice thriving behind it. Buildings, shops, and homes lined the busy streets, whic had sidewalks but were canals, and people could be seen in gondolas, makeing their way thorught the city. The city rose on a huge hill, and on the top a magnificent white palace stood overlooking the city. Behind it was more buldings, similair to the said they were on, with another giant wall on the opposite side. giant ice cliff faces closed in the city on the last 2 sides. The city was filled with oarks, fountians, and waterfalls. People were in the marketplaces, buying the things they needed. Dividing the the city in half, heading from the palace, out to both of the walls, was a Grand Canal Way, cleared for the royal guests.

Kenderick smilled. It was always fun to see the look on new guests' faces when they got their first glimp of the city.

"A wall.....of ice?"

Anastasia silently walked past the Great Ice Wall, occassionally looking at the wall as she walked. "Northern Sea must be fond of ice if it built this giant wall of ice." Alexander said as he walked behind Anastasia. As they walked, they made sure to look at the city and noticed the other ice wall and the citizens in the marketplace. They walked to the Grand Canal Way and Anastasia smiled at Kendrick. "This is a nice city, Kendrick. I must say that those walls of ice are very large. How did your nation build them?"

As they stepped into gondolas to take them to the palace, kenderick answered the empress's question.

"I'm not sure if my father mentioned it at the gala, but certain people of our nation have developed a new ability. We call it waterbending. It's the ability to control water, ice, snow, and etc. about 15% of our population can do it, and about 75% of that population lives in this city. It was just a matter of taking a big wave, shaping it in the shape of a wall, and freezing it. It's how we built this entire city of ice. You can see some waterbenders just looking at the sides of the canal."

Sure enough, two boys, probably about 12, were sitting on the edge of a canal the branched off the one they were on. One was watching while the other was swishing his hands over the water. The water swished back and forth with his hands.

"My dad's a waterbender, and it was waterbending that got the boat from pollaine to here. You can even see some men walking along the edge of the canal at the same pace the gondolas is going. They're pushing the boat foward."

Anastasia listened silently and attentively to Kendrick talk about waterbending and she thought it was interesting to learn about. As she listened, she watched the boys on the side of the canal. "Kendrick, waterbending sounds like an interesting talent. My brother and I have our own talents."

Alexander nodded his head in approval. "Yes, my sister is correct. For example, I am an expert skeet shooter. One of my sisters, Catherine, is an expert violinist. Anastasia is an amateur astronomer and a experienced ballerina. " Anastasia turned her head to Kendrick and smiled. "I also have won awards in gymnastics."

Vladimir stayed silent as he looked at the people he saw on the sides of the canal. He could hear the Empress and Prince Alexander talking to Kendrick but decided not to get involved. "Kendrick, do you have any talents?" Anastasia asked before Alexander began to speak. "Does Novel have any talents?"

"Well, I'm a waterbender, like my dad. IT tends to run in the Royal Family, and nearly all of Northern Sea's cheifs were waterbenders. My dad is my teacher. Novel also happens to be a gymnast, and she has won competitions all over the region. She has her own priavate gym in her suite." Kenderick Said.

"My other siblings are Dallas and Keith. They're 12. Dallas plays the bagpipes in Keith is fluent in Nanish, the ancient language of Northern Sea. Then little Ella. She's the youngest and she is a great artist."

The boat went straight through the canal, pass multiple smaller walls, then came to a stop in front of the royal palace. Servants helped them all up and Kenderick told miles, "Make sure our guests suites our ready. We need 3 of them. I'll take them to see dad."

"I have several siblings, Kendrick. I have two other brothers and one more sister. Anastasia is the oldest of the six while I am the oldest brother in the group." Alexander said with a smile after they listened to Kendrick. Learning that Novel was a gymnast made Anastasia smile. "I have a private gym at my palace, Kendrick and all the equipment is modern."

Anastasia walked with Vladimir and Alexander up the stairs of the palaces. As he walked, Vladimir began to think about having children of his own one day. Perhaps he would, he thought, but he would have to wait and see. "Maybe one of my children will be a gymnast." he thought to himself.

"I am sure Novel is anxious to see me, Kendrick. I would not be surprised if she threw herself at me as soon as I walked inside the palace." Alexander said before he chuckled a little. "Perhaps she could show Anastasia her private gym....but I am sure she will want to be with me more during the Eclipse Dinner."

The group approached a large ice door, with 2 guards gaurding it. Kenderck said,

"I am here to see my father and to let our guests see him."

The guards nodded, and used a flowing move with their arms to swing the doors open to reveals a large room. The ceiling was made of many arches of ice, with strange symbols all over it. The room had two pools of water on each side, running its length. At the other end the floor was elevated and had sitting mats, and a huge waterfall on the back wall. And cheif Arnook was sitting on the mat in the center, with his children on mats on his left, Novel the 2nd closest. There were chairs in fron of them, for the guests. Kenderick sat on the mat closest to his father. Cardon Arnook then stood up and said "Welcome to Northern Sea."

As they walked into the room, Anastasia's eyes focused on Chief Arnook while Alexander looked at Novel. They took their seats and looked at their hosts. "Chief Arnook, it is nice to see you again. As you know, I am Empress Anastasia II and these two men are my brother, Prince Alexander and Vladimir, my personal assistant."

"It is an honor to meet you, sir." Alexander said to Chief Arnook before he looked at Novel for a few seconds. "Princess Novel, I am sure you remember me from the gala."

Vladimir looked at the Chief calmly. "As the Empress said, I am Vladimir, her personal assistant. It is nice to see one of the guests of the gala."

Chief Arnook smiled again. "It is an honor to have the 3 of you visit our city, and i hope you feel comfortable and right at home."

Novel smiled and said "It's nice to see you again, Prince Alexander." She thought he looked even handsomer than last time they met.

Chief Arnook continued, "I hope your trip was as pleasent as possible. The dinner is tommorw night, and we'll all get to see the Solar Eclipse. There's a perfect view from the palace. Today though, you can rest or Novel could take you on a tour of the city. Whatever you want to do, make yourself at home. Dinner will be at 6:30 tonite."

"I am sure that you can make us feel comfortable. Your son, Kendrick, made me feel comfortable before we arrived here." Anastasia smiled at Chief Arnook before she looked at Novel for a few minutes.

"I am sure that Novel can give us a tour of the city and I would be glad if she would give us one. I am sure that my sister would be interested in seeing the city before we have dinner."

Anastasia smiled at Alexander before he continued speaking, his eyes looking at Novel. "Princess Novel, I hope you can give us a tour of the city before dinner."

"I would be happy to." Novel replied.

"Perfect," Cardon said, "In that case, let us go our seperate ways. Novel will take you on a tour of the city, and Kenderick has waterbending lessons today. Which leaves you 3..." he said, looking at his 3 youngest children. "Stay in the palace, stay out of the Oasis, and Stay out of trouble."

"Yes sir." they replied, and then they ran off into the palace hallway. Cardon and Keith left and Novel said "So, where would you like to go first?"

"Perhaps we could have a tour of the Palace before our tour of the city, Novel? As for where we want to go first, I think you should decide since we are visitors who do not know much about the city." Anastasia said to Novel.

"We could watch Kendrick's waterbending lessons if possible." Alexander said.

"That's a good idea. That's a big chink of Northern Sea culture." She said. They walked down to a training field, a large ice field with a pool of water in the center. Cardon and Kenderick were standing on opposite sides of the pool. Kenderick had pulled up a bunch of water which was suspended in front of him, then it shrunk down to the size of a shield.

"Waterbenders can increase the density of water, to make it tougher. Some people can make it dense enough to stop bullets, and the can make it into a whip shape that can cut throught metal," Novel said, "Oooo, They're doing the ice shield exercise. This one is cool." Kenderick held the water shield in front of his chest. Then chief Arnook took a litte water from the pool, froze it into the shape of an icicle, and threw it at kenedick's face. Kenderick moved his water shield up, and the Icicle shattered on impact. Soon chief arnook kept firing icicles at high speeds, kenderik blocking every one with his shield.

Anastasia and the others watched Kendrick as they listened to Novel and they were impressed with Kendrick's waterbending abilities. As they watched, Alexander would occassionally look at Novel but was able to make sure she did not notice. "It is good to learn about waterbending as it is, as Novel said, a part of the culture of Northern Sea." Vladimir said as he watched Kendrick. "I look forward to learning more about the culture of this nation, which may be a new friend of the Empire of Neo-Ixania."

"I must say that Kendrick is good at using waterbending to protect himself from his father's icicles. He must have learned this exercise before and may have had several attempts before he was able to make a perfect shield. As they say, practice makes perfect." Anastasia said with a smile as she continued to watch. "Are people born with the ability of waterbending?"

Alexander stayed silent as he listened to the others talk and he smiled as he looked at Novel for a few seconds. The thought that she liked or loved him filled his head again but he pushed it out of his mind. "Novel, I am sure you will be able to give us a good tour of the city. Being raised here, you must have plenty of knowledge."

"Yes, people are born with waterbending," Novel said, "And it took kenderick a couple of times to perfect the shield. Here, let me show you one part of the palace then we will go in the city." They walked back into the throne room and walked infront of the waterfall. Novel called one of the waterbending guards foward.

"Could you open the door please? I want to show our guests the Oasis. The guard nodded, and used his arms to stop the waterfall. Then, he created a door shaped hole in the ice to reveal a tunnel.

"Follow Me." Novel said, as they walked down the tunner. After a minute in the tunnel the emerged into a courtyard about the size of 2 gyms. But there was grass. And Trees. In the center of the palace was a forest.

"Novel, thank you for bringing us here."

Anastasia and the others explored the Oasis separately and looked at the trees and the grass. Anastasia smiled as she walked towards Novel. "Can you tellYour brother told me that you have a private gym, Novel. Is it possible for me to see it?"

Alexander continued to explore the Oasis but he would occassionally look at Novel, he could see her talking to his sister. He watched them for a few minutes before he walked towards Novel with a smile on his face. ""Novel, how was this Oasis created?"

"Sure Empress, we can go check out my gym later." Novel said, then she answered alexander's question. "We don't actually know how the Oasis got here. We dont know what causes it, We do know the time period. IT appeared about 600 years ago. But we don't have a accurate history of it. According to our books, it just appeared one day. WE don't know what acutall happened. But most of the royal family had gotten married here, there is a little chapel behind the pond.

"Thank you for allowing me to see your private gym. I have a private gym in my palace and you should know that I am a gymnast, Novel. Have you been interested in astronomy?"

Alexander listened to Novel talk about the origin of the Oasis before he began to talk. He thought about how it could have suddenly appeared one day. "That is an interesting story, Novel. Would it be possible to see the Chapel?"

"We should start our tour of the city." Vladimir said as he walked towards Novel and the others from behind one of the trees.

"Astronomy? I've looked for a few constellation once or twice, because the sky is so clear here, but i don't think i'm an astronomer really. Sure, we can start the tour of the city." They walked out of the oasis, out of the palace, and took a gondola until they got out of the Royal district. They stepped out and started walking down the city streets. Novek continued to point things out as they walked.

"That stand is selling Yo-Kin" It's lobster stuffed with seasoned seaweed. It's one of my favorites. And over there is a shop for the clothes you see everyone wearing. The blue jackets with the fur. You can get some Traditional Northern Sea clothes if you want, I'll pay."

"In Neo-Ixania, I am known as an amateur astronomer. With my telescope, I can see the constellations and comets in the sky during the night. I studied astronomy when I was younger."

As they traveled in the gondola, Anastasia and the others looked at the various buildings and people that they saw. When they stepped out of the gondola and began walking down the streets, they looked at stands and the items that the vendors sold.

"Novel, is it possible for you to buy me some Yo-Kin?" Anastasia asked calmly before she looked at the Yo-Kin stand and its vendor. She smiled at Novel before she began walking to the stand.

"Traditional Northern Sea clothes would be nice to have, Novel. I think you could buy some for each of us." Alexander said with a smile as he walked to the clothing stand and examined the clothes.

Vladimir decided to stay with Novel. "Princess, it is nice of you to offer to purchase clothes for us. Thank you." He smiled at her before he looked at some citizens who looked at him for a few seconds as they walked past him. He turned his head to see Anastasia talking to the vendor of the Yo-Kin stand and Alexander holding one of the jackets in his hands.

"Here you go empress," Novel said, handing her the Yo-Kin. "I'll go and pay for that and the robes. After this, would you all like to see the most famous church in Northern Sea?"

"Thank you, Novel."

Anastasia began eating her Yo-Kin with a smile on her face. She had never eaten Yo-Kin before but she began to think that it had an acceptable taste and she was able to eat it all.

"We do not have any problems with visiting the church, Novel. This is a tour of the city and the church is a part of it." Alexander said with a smile.

They walked down the Ice sidewalks and soon the church came into clear sight. IT was a large Arched building, With a statue of christ in the front yard. They walked inside to see the pews and the frozen architecture. Fountain deocrated the church and besides the sound of running water, it was silent. "What do you think?" Novel asked them.

"This is a nice church, Novel. Thank you for bringing us here. Do you know when it was built? Can you tell us more about it?" Vladimir asked as he began exploring the church.

Novel started, "The church is one of the oldest buildings in St. Nuei. When they built the city, they wanted religion to still exist in ti. So this church was actually the first building constructed once the ice the holds the city up was frozen. People came here all throughout the citie's construction and still come today."

Vladimir and the others listened to Novel's story about the church. After she finished, Alexander smiled at her. "Thank you for telling us the story. Does your family come to this church, Novel?"

"We do, but not every sunday." Daddy has to run the city you know, and sometimes we just can't make it. But when we do come, the services are always beautiful." Novel continued. "Where would you like to go next? Back to the Palace? The Outer Wall? It's up to you."

"I would like to go to the Outer Wall and see more of the city if possible, Novel." Anastasia said while the others silently nodded their heads in approval.

"Alright Then!" Novel said happily. They walked to the grand Canal way and traveleld to the other wall, the North Wall. "This is the wall you all didn't come through. They landed and there were stairs to the top. They all climes up and got in one of the turrets. Facing the North you could sea the ocean, and turning around they saw the bustling ice city.

"This has been a good tour, Novel. Thank you. Is this the end of the tour or is there still more places you will take us?" Anastasia asked calmly as she looked at the bustling ice city after looking at the North Wall.

"Hmmm....Let me think....We've seen most of the city already...i know. Why don't i show you were your rooms are back at the hotel and then i can show you some history stuff we have back at the palace." she finished. "is that ok?

"That is a good idea, Novel. Thank you. It would be nice to see the historical items at the Palace."

After they returned to the palace, Novel showed them their rooms. All 3 of the rooms had decorative ice art, and ice picture of the Northern Sea and Neo-Ixania flag above the beds. The beds had tons of thick blankets and furs for extra warmth.

"How do you like your rooms? I can get anything you want in here." Novel said

"These rooms are good, Novel. We can tell you if we need any items." Anastasia said before she walked into her room. "Thank you for the tour, Novel."

"Novel, did you want to show me anything? If you want, we can see it together....alone." Alexander said with a smile.

"sure...." she said smiling, "Before we leave, do you need anything empress? If you need something while were gone, my brother should be in the palace."

"I do not need anything but if I do, I will ask your brother. Thank you. When will see the historical items at this Palace?"

Alexander smiled at Novel. "Do you have any place you want to show me, Novel?"

"We can investigate the history when we get back or Miles can show you. He's a history guru. Come on, Alexnader." Novel said, grabbing his arm and pulling him out of the room. They exited the palace, but instead of going to the canal, they went to the side, crossing the field where kenerick had his lesson earlier. As they crossed through the western part of the city, Novel asked "So...How do you like St. Nuei?"

"Thank you, Novel."

Alexander could feel Novel tightly holding his arm as she pulled him out of the room. It made him think that she liked him. As they walked together in the western part of the city, Alexander smiled at Novel. "St. Nuei is a nice city...and I was lucky to have a good tour guide with me."

"Awww...thanks." she said as the approached the edge of the city, the ice cliff. There was a turrett and went all the way to the top.

"That a lookout tower incase someone tries sailing from the west." She said as the climed the tower. When the reached the top, they stepped out onto the island and looked down at the city.

"It looks so small from here, doesn't it?" Novel asked Alexander.

"You are welcome, Novel."

Alexander silently looked at the city from his position on the tower with Novel and smiled. "The city does look small from where we are, Novel." Alexander looked at her with a smile on her face for a few seconds before he turned his head to the city. "Novel, do you have any more places to show me? Places that you did not show my sister and her assistant?"

"As a matter of fact, i do." Novel said, and lead alexander away from the city. They walked along the Snowy ground of the island and soon stopped. Here, the island's ground dropped about 50 feet. On the ground below the,, penguins, seals, walruses, and other artic animals rested on the island. Then, out on the horizon, the sun was setting behind the ocean, turning it and all of the ice a beautiful array of colors.

"Two of my favorite things to do are watch the animals and watch the sunset." Novel said, breathing in the cool arctic air.

OOC: Welcome back, Northern Sea.

A small smile crept upon Alexander's face as he looked at the animals. It made him remember the days when he would visit the zoo with his family. "These animals make me remember when I visited the zoo when I was younger, Novel. As for watching the sunset...I am sure other people would consider that a favorite activity."

Alexander silently watched the sunset with Novel. He could see the sun descending and thought that the moon would ascend into the sky after several minutes.

After a few minutes of watching the sun set and the animals frolic, a perfectly white moon rose into the sky.

"The moon is adored by our people," Novel started as it rose into the sky, "We find it one of god's most beautiful creations. The moon is St. Nuei's, and Northern Sea's greatest strength. The moon is the power behind waterbending, and waterbending is strongest during a full moon." Novel said.

"We probably should get back for dinner," Novel said as she got up.

Alexander nodded his head in approval as he walked with Novel back to the palace for dinner. "Novel, thank you for taking me out today. It was nice to see the sunset and the animals."

"It was my pleasure," She said as they walked back into the palace. They could see Miles with Anastasia in the foyer, as he was explaining the symbols on the walls.

"This was the language of Northern Sea before our contact with the outside world. We basically have 26 symbols, each equivalent with a letter of the english alpahabet. Ahhh, Princess Novel, how was your day? And you, Prince Alexander?"

Anastasia smiled at Miles as he explained the symbols on the walls. "Thank you for explaining these symbols. I thought it was good to learn about them." She turned her head in several seconds to Alexander and Novel and smiled at them.

"My day has been good, sir. Princess Novel showed me some animals, told me about the significance of the moon to Northern Sea and we watched the sunset together."

Soon Cardon and Novel's siblings met up with them, and they had dinner in the great hall. It was filled with Northern Sea seafood specialties.

"The Eclipse dinner tommorow will be much larger, b/c the entire city will attend. But tonight it is just us. How was your first day in Northern Sea?" he asked Anastasia, Alexander, and Vladimir.

"My first day in Northern Sea was good. I was able to see the city and learn about the symbols on the walls with Miles." Anastasia said with a smile as the others nodded their heads in approval.

"I spent my day with Princess Novel and she showed me the lookout tower and some animals. We also watched the sunset together." Alexander said before he smiled at Novel.

"Do you have any Yo-Kin?" Anastasia asked.

"Of course," Cheif Arnook said as waiters came out and passed out Yo-Kin to all of the people at the table. "I take it you like Yo-Kin?" Cheif Arnook asked.

"Princess Novel had bought me some Yo-Kin during our tour of the city and I was interested in trying some Yo-Kin again."

"I see," Chief Arnook said as he finished his plate, "Well, before you go to bed, i wanted to give both of you a little present." Two servants came into the room, both carrying to long boxes, one of them thicker than the other.

"First Anastasia," he said as he pulled something out of the box. It was a sparkling silver telescope, with her name engraved on the side and it was decorated with multiple sapphires.

"Now Alexander," he continued, pulling out a sleek fencing sword. IT was the same silver color as the telescope, with his name in the blade and sapphires in the handle.

"Both of these gifts were custom made with Northern Sea's finest metals and sapphires. Hopefully something to remember your trip by."

Anastasia smiled at Chief Arnook and examined her telescope while Alexander examined his fencing sword. After dinner, they walked to their rooms and put their gifts with the other items they had brought with them.

Novel and Kenderick checked on their guests before they all went to sleep that night.

"Tommorow Kenderick and I wont be able to leave the palace. Kenderick and the other waterneders have to construct the square for the dinner, and i have to get ready. You can have someone else give you a tour, or you can just chill out here." Kenderick said

"Oh, and Anastasia," Novel continued, "If you want a dress or some jewelry for the dinner tommorow, your welcome to look at some of mine."

"We understand about how Kendrick has to construct the square with the waterbenders. We would appreciate a tour but we can stay here if we have to."

"Novel, I want to see your dresses and jewelry. I think that they would be nice to see; perhaps I will find a dress and some jewelry to wear."

They all slept soundly that night. The next morning they all got up and had a small breakfast, before Kenderick and Cardon headed out of the palace to construct the area for the dinner. Novel's little siblings headed off to their rooms and it was just Novel, Kenderick, and Anastasia.

"So, Kenderick, we have a few guards who know how to fence. Do you want to join them?"

As Alexander walked off to fence, Novel beckoned Anastsia. They walked up the stairs and down the hall to ma majestic door with one guard. Novel's room. They stepped inside and the guard followed. The room had a high celing and a small pool in the center. On one side was her bed, the other a intricate ice vanity. They walked to the other side of the vanity to see a closet. The guard opened it, and they stepped inside to see a room lined with glass cases, all filled with Jewelry.

"You can pick anyhting from the Side cases, but not the one on the back wall. That's for super special occasions. Daddy is the only one who has the key."

Anastasia looked at the jewelry and examined the necklaces and rings; trying to find jewelry that she would want to wear with her dress. "Do you recommend any dresses, Novel?" She continued examining the jewelry; occassionally putting on some rings and a necklace.

"Do you have a dress you were planning on wearing? If not, you can look at these..." she said as she opened up another door to reveal a room filled with dresses. She pulled out one that was extremely similair to the one she wore to the gala, it just was a little warmer.

"You can pick out any one you want" she finished

"I did bring a dress; but I am interested in wearing one of the dresses that you have here."

"Alright, go ahead and look around," Novel said.
