(OOC: Sorry about the long time it took to put this up, but I have had RL p
problems at the moment... getting better now!)

At Polinapolis international Aerodrome, the head of the Clean Energy Corperation waited at the side of the runway with 3 aides and a pair of security guards for their guests: representitives and engineers who would be seeing a wonder of the modern energy world in their stay in Alfegos.
For now, they had to wait for the flight to land once an airship had moved out of the way of the landing path.

For now, they had to wait for the flight to land once an airship had moved out of the way of the landing path.

OOC: No worries, I've been a little busy too. Alright, fairly busy.

IC:

Aboard the Anbaria, one of three Barronian Anbaric Works corporate airships

"So, ladies and gentlemen, I trust we all know what our roles are today?"

"Yes sir."

Director-General Johnson cut an imposing figure sat at the head of the boardroom-style table. Dressed immaculately in a navy-blue suit and peaked cap, he ran a tight ship and took no prisoners.

The uniform was standard among anyone representing a state company abroad - even the engineers were dressed in suits with ties carrying the BAW logo. jackets with the logo on the pocket, and Barronian flag badges on the lapel.

The aim was to create a unified look - they were not employees working for money, but valuable citizens working for the furtherment of their organisation and of Barronia.

As the captain announced their approach to the airfield, the visitors got their paperwork ready. With Director-General Johnson 10 other members of staff, ranging from board officers to engineers to trading personnel:

Director-General George Johnson
Director-Commandant India Pierpont
Director-Lieutenant Xavier Thompson, Foreign Utilities
Director-Lieutenant Angela Peters, Acquisition
Mr Thomas Anderson, Corporate Photographer
Dr Alan Libowitz, BIEng, Corporate Engineer
Dr Aaron James, BIChemE, Corporate Engineer
Dr Abbey Collingwood, BIEng, Corporate Engineer
Dr Allison Gray, BIMechE, Corporate Engineer
Mr Roger Downs, Renewables Technician

The airship had already requested landing permission, and with considerable skill, the captain was bringing her toward the ground.

"Here they come."

The obstructing airship had been towed out of the way by a police helicopter, allowing the Barronian airship to come in to land on one of the marked landing fields. Multiple vehicles drove up to the landing airship, deploying steps, and carrying engineers to connect the airship to the gas re-filling points built around the field and the fuel refilling pipeline.
The group of limosines and black cars drove over to the road on the edge of the field, waiting for the men to disembark. The director of the Green Energy corperation walked forward in his black suit with the corperation badge, a green leaf, clipped to his tie.

OOC: Apologies for the delay, a little busy as of late and I'm working on a public services structure plan for my nation. Looks like a job worthy of a few months!

You'll note that pomp and ceremony is pretty much everywhere in Barronia - including exiting a corporate airship in a foreign nation.

The first off the airship was a almost a toastmaster of sorts, who promptly took a place to the left of the stairs.

"Presenting, the Honourable Chief Board Officer of Barronian Anbaric Works - Director-General Doctor George Johnson!"

Director-General Johnson appeared at the doorway, pulling his cap down to shield his eyes from the sun. Stepping in an almost military fashion, to the bottom of the stairs, he stepped to the left.

"Presenting, the Honourable Board Officer of Barronian Anbaric Works - Director-Commandant Doctor India Pierpont!"

A slim woman, dressed almost identically to Johnson save for the knee-length skirt and tights, began her way down the stairs. Taking a place next to Johnson, she stood primly waiting for the next.

And on it went, until they had all alighted. It was a well-rehearsed drill, performed on many visits to foreign nations, and practiced by all members of staff at least once a year.

Johnson was the first to approach the director. He bows, before shaking his hand firmly and introducing himself. Stepping aside, he allowed Pierpont to do the same - curtseying, before holding out her hand to be shaked.

"Sir, a pleasure to be here in Alfegos today. I look forward to the tour - I'm sure it will prove eventful and elightening for everyone."

"Good afternoon sir, ladies and gentlemen. I am very glad to have you staying in our nation. And yes, I guess you could say it would be enlightening in both senses of the word!
Now, if you'll let the customs officials examine your passports and visas, we can be on our way."

The director stood aside to let 4 uniformed security officials walk forward to examine the men's papers, with a few words ensuring that the checks would be as quick as possible.
