The time has come for national elections in Kulikovia. Chancellor Rhinehardt has announced his intentions to pursue a second term as Chancellor of the Worker's State. The past four years have seen a dramatic shift in domestic and foreign policies that differ greatly from those of Gregor Dantes, The Iron Leader. Overall, Gunther Rhinehardt's government has performed well, expanding free trade within the nation which allowed for an economic growth at the expense of long standing Socialist doctrines which are fervorishly defended by the people of Kulikovia, often being criticized for his backround. Members of his family were collaborators for Botha's brutal regime.
The Canidates:
Chancellor Gunther Rhinehardt (Judicial Party) - Stands for the same principals which dictated his previous term. Freeing up the market, greater ties with more capitalistic nations. Economics is his main policy.
Alexsandr Nevsky (Kulikovian People's Revolutionary Party) - The KPRP stands for bringing Kulikovia back to its' Socialist roots. Nevsky promises to make Kulikovia a great beacon of Socialism in the world.
Tirik Ansari (Islamic Union) - Ansari wants to promote closer ties with Islamic nation in hopes to promote a positive influence in a troubled part of the world.
Stanislav Jazjck (Democratic Federation) - Wants a more democratic Kulikovia, more of a centrist.
