The Central State of Agrandov, in accordance with the people's will as demonstrated by the recent electoral landslide victory, will undergo a series of political reforms, effective immediately. These reforms will bring us unity. They will bring us strength and the courage for these dark times ahead. They will bring us safety from the plots of chauvinists and madmen who would invade our nation. Following these reforms of the entire political system, our great nation will be rid of corruption. We will be purged of weakness. We will be cleansed of the ignorance perpetuated by those seeking only to control.
The Party vows to cut taxes to half of their current levels, to increase civil liberties to the level of world-envy, and to improve the national economy and standard of living to an unseen height. Crime will be an ailment of the past, as will poverty and hunger within our borders. Great merchant fleets will travel the open seas to bring luxuries and wealth to our people. Greater armies will become a metaphor for fear in our enemies, a symbol of strength and unity to our allies. Unfortunately, the cost of this transformation, this metamorphosis into a nation fit to survive, is a great one. The cost is your unneeded political freedom, your unnecessary trips to the ballot every four years, and your trouble of creating opposition groups that cannot hope to compete with the Centrist Party.
This is the price we must pay if we are to embark on this journey to national perfection, and we pay it gladly.
First and foremost, our President and leader of the Centrist Party, Jacob Shaw, is now Emperor Jacob Shaw of Agrandov and will have an official ceremony of ascent in the near future. The Emperor has supreme authority concerning all matters of state, holds this glorious position until his death or retirement, and is solely responsible for choosing a successor. As his first act in office, the Emperor will draft a new constitution to safeguard the rights of Agrandan citizens and organisations.
The Agrandan National Parliament is dissolved, replaced by the Imperial Senate which will act as an advisory body to the Emperor as well as governing the day to day well-being of Agrandan citizens. The Imperial Senate will be composed of 165 seats, with one seat being given to each head of each ministry in each of 14 provinces for a total of 154. An additional 11 seats will go to the head of each ministry, who will also be appointed as the Imperial Council to serve an additional advisory role to the Emperor.
All government ministries are abolished, to be replaced by more general departments that can encompass more personnel and reduce overall Party bureaucracy. In the place of the inefficient relics of an old republic, new monoliths of state authority will rise for the onset of a new golden age. The new ministries will be as follows;

All organisations of religious affiliation are banned, with their financial assets liquidated immediately and given to the State. Similar organisations are prohibited from being formed, and any attempts to do so are now covered under a set of laws known as the Principle Act. These laws state that it is now a crime to;
Be involved with a protest or demonstration of religious affiliation.
Be involved with any organisation operating in the name of a religion.
Be involved with the preaching or teaching of religious ideas within the state.
Be involved with the operation of any religious movement spreading these ideas into or out of the state.
Be aware of any person or organisation in violation of the Principle Act without informing the authorities.
Be in possession of material rated RC-4 for Religious Content without the proper licence.

In anticipation of these hostile organisations reacting violently to our quarantine of their dangerous ideas, any person or persons who take up arms for a religious cause are now subject to summary destruction without trial. This measure is for the protection of the Agrandan citizens who would be attacked by these groups in their desperate bids for attention.
New laws are also being drafted concerning the ownership of firearms and auto-mobiles, State Marriage, inheritance, and various other significant items. All of these new civil rights or the adjustments thereof will be included in the Imperial Centrist Constitution when it is completed.
In the light of the phenomenal success of the Alkra City Colosseum, the Centrist Party has accelerated the bid from BSTV Inc. to construct similar arenas in every province of Agrandov.
It is with strong courage and bold determination that our new Emperor will bring Agrandov into a new golden age of unprecedented glory. His massive success has already brought an end to poverty and suffering in the alleviated Yellow Zone, and with this necessary abolition of political competition the Party's entire focus can now be shifted to the well-being of the citizenry.
