A Tour through the city of Tucker
Welcome to Tucker before you even stepped on it! It's entirely convenient for nations interested in establishing embassies to know beforehand about the city where they shall send their diplomats. First, for you to be entirely aware of the location of Tucker, here is a map of Third Spanish States, with a few nearby countries showed as well, or if you are well knowledgeable about Third Spanish States, you can skip entirely this section and go straight to the listing of available areas for building, purchasing or getting a free building as an embassy.

Tucker is a major industrial and commercial megacity located a few miles southwest of the large harbor city of Hampshire Haven, and like it is characterized by concentrating most of Third Spanish States population of English ethnic origins, also being logically the region where English is the most spoken language. About 10% of Third Spanish States GDP is originated from it. Thanks to the highly decentralized nature of Third Spanish States, each city or more exactly, their inhabitants, can choose which economic system to implement. And since its founding, Tucker is a haven of the free market in the middle of countless communist cities. Of course it trades with the other cities, but anyway, nothing more adequate could be chosen as the location for international embassies than the region from where the famed Tienda del Coche Arcology (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/4/4c/X-seed4000.jpg) can be seen from pretty close. In fact this region is directly connected to the highway that leads straight inside the massive structure, one of a dozen built in response to the growing population density issue. Estimated Tucker population is of 39 millions of inhabitants, with about 9 millions living in its three existing arcologies. Also important of notice is that there is no official police in Tucker, but don't worry, there are several voluntary brigades of Vigilantes and also all decent citizens feel that is their duty to protect each other among other decent people and honest people aren't forbidden to own guns while bandits can, so as long as you walk with a group of people, you are definitively and entirely safe no matter what comes.
Where to get your embassy
The list with the locations per street will be given in the next part of this promotional document.
So, with presentations done, here is the map of the place where there are vacant buildings or empty lots ready for construction, improvements and in some cases, diplomatic convoys.

As you can see, there is a highway in cutting all those streets and avenues in the middle in that map, so for convenience, Let's call each region "South of Highway" and "North of Highway". Conveniently there are several interesting places there, including a park, a quite large public recreation area built by Tienda del Coche Cooperative Confederacy with the aid of nearby business, and of course, there is an hospital there, private for those who can afford it and free for those who need it. Now, if you pay attention there are some brown buildings there with their addresses marked, those are the buildings for establishing embassies. Now mind you, interested partners, that unfortunately some of them are not free, because they were quite expensive and are large enough to hold a whole accounting office of a multinational. First, as logically the probably more interesting, here is the list of the free ones first:
309 Rand Street - Alfegos Embassy
317 Rand Street - Lamoni Embassy
319 Rand Street
1050 Kropotkin Street(Large empty lot open for construction)
2191 Godwin Avenue - Imbrinium Embassy
Now if you wish to have enough space to send representatives of enterprises as well, here are the non-free ones, also which shall be updated, but they are at a loss, so why not purchase them?
315 Rand Street - Neo-Ixania Embassy
1051 Kropotkin Street, cost: US$ 250,000
46 Spooner Avenue, cost: US$ 150,000
48 Spooner Avenue, cost: US$ 350,000
4357 Stirner Avenue - Yanitaria Embassy
Regulations
The DiploNet will be opening more streets later, so for now there'll be a priority on which nation, should more nations be interested than available locations, goes in. Those who would get it, in order of priority, are:
Nations which have coal, niobium and/or uranium as main export minerals
Nations which would be interested in importing products from Third Spanish States
And that is all about it, now on the regulations:
No JHP ammunition, no missiles, explosives, grenades and NBC weapons.
No more than 10 armored civilian cars. If armed with a mounted light machinegun or similar for additional protection purposes, an armored civilian car cannot go further than 5 kilometers(or 3.1 miles) away from the embassy.
Should a war happen, ambassadors of involved nation or nations cannot leave.
No restrictions on using embassies or nearby restaurants, hotel conference rooms and alike in Third Spanish States as middle grounds between different countries which have embassies here.
No more than 25 security personell
No limits to civilian personell
No limitations to the right of Third Spanish States citizens of shooting on sight against murderers and other equally heinous criminals caught red-handed, diplomats also will be subject to this form of death penalty should they commit heinous crimes.
Do not commit minor crimes: ambassadors who do it shall be deported to their home countries.
With this, here is the final part:
