Why is it that when people make up other countries and wage war, or commit genocide with them everyone rushes in yet when I RP the Grecian war everyone ignores it?
I think it has to do with everyone piling up on a n00b or everyone trying to stop 'evil' and whatnot. Also, what Grecian War? I think some titles may catch people's attention better than others too.

I dunno, but it seems like the old maxim from back when I was actually playing still applies:
The more effort you put into your post, the more effort you have to put into getting people to reply.
Maybe I should just stop trying with my OPs. Just writing "LOL I BLEW UP SOMETHING BIG AND KILL SOME JEWS" seems to get more attention.
I get the impression that many people don't have the time or energy to keep up with long posts or extended threads. So, rather rudely, you either get ignored completely or the involved parties just vanish after a certain time. Plus I think that your Grecian Wars involves concepts that straddle several different RP genres, making some people uneasy about entering.
