For the Attention Of The Dictator of Talentay; The Sultan of Plotadonia
As a gesture of international solidarity and friendship, the Kostemetsian Government would like to propose an alliance among our nations.
Terms:
- That Kostemetsia would come to the aid of Talentay, Plotadonia and/or both during times of war.
- That Kostemetsia would not declare war on Talentay or Plotadonia or send troops into their territories.
- That Kostemetsia would supply arms to Talentay and Plotadonia.
- That there would be no restrictions on trade among our nations.
- That there would be no restrictions on migration among our nations.
- That a cultural exchange program would be initated among our nations.
