"So it is a deal then?", asked Lord Inquisitor Der'khain. New leader of the country of Darthalia. His party, the Black Imperium, was the ruling party of Darthalia after rebelling and successfully overthrowing the government of old. His party's rise to power was one eagerly aided by the peoples of Darthalia. Long had the old President of the nation drained the nation of its resources and left the lower classes to suffer the high tax rates. A decision he had come to regret, but one that served Der'khain's plans well.

"Yes, we have a deal", replied the man who's face was hidden away by ski-mask and spoke in a foreign accent. He reached over and took the fine leather briefcase which carried his large payment for his delivery. He shouted some words to two of the many of his men in his native tongue who had accompanied him. One who also wore a ski-mask, the other a bandanna. They rushed over to one of the many thick cases which were stacked behind the foreigner and pulled it over to Der'khain.

They unlatched the many latches that decorated the case and finally popped it open. Two fresh AK-47's and their many parts rested comfortably on the padding that covered the inside of the box. Der'khain scuffed softly and glanced up at the dealer to gauge his reaction. "And what of the..."medicine", I ordered?"

The man chuckled softly and if it could be seen was smirking slyly behind his mask. "The special delivery will be made by a convoy of my men to your border. There you or your men will hand over the money and will depart with the goods. My men will have alternate transport with them to drive them back home.", replied the foreigner dealer.

Der'khain smirked, pleased by his words and nodded. "Very well. Before we depart though, make sure you're not followed. I'll have your head if you let some interloper meddle in my business.", he said rather grimly.

His client nodded in understanding. "Don't worry none know of our plan. The missile will be quietly and discretely delivered. You have my word.", he said reassuringly. "For the sake of your life you better hope it does."

The two departed. Der'khaine's men taking the many crates no doubt filled with various weaponry to their transports disguised as a delivery company's trucks.
