To the outside eye, the Totalitarian State of Red Tide appears to be a force to be reckoned with. With a massive industrial base, large population base, and deep mineral deposits, one would presume the TSRT was set for life...

It is not.

Despite the facade, the everyday person in Red Tide is destitute and impoverished. The Tech-Com Corporation, the only Corporation in Red Tide, was one so intermired with the Government that it was almost indistinguishable. And the military related industries were so large that they made up a full 75% of the economy.

Something was needed... and the Minister of Industry thought he had it. And, lucky for him, the General Secretary agreed.

Is there any limit on the weapons that can be used? We are currently allowed under Yanitarian Law to secure over seas operations with tanks and other weapons that may be considered excessive.
