We have recently zoned a large portion of land in out capitol area for use in establishing diplomatic facilities for foreign governments. These facilities are located overlooking the scenic Tribby River in the USoP capitol city of New Philadelphia. They include use of a small private airfield, diplomatic meeting center, diplomatic recreation centers, a private secure rail system to the capitol offices and much more.

Each diplomat will have an office in our new diplomatic office building in downtown New Philadelpha.

We have an embassy design we are suggesting or if you wish you may build your own building

We applaud your government's efforts to engage the international community diplomatically, particularly with your active participation in the halls of the United Nations (which apparently does not exist in this sector of the NS-verse, but that's a debate for another time), and are thus honored to sue for diplomatic recognition, and if granted, name a suitable envoy. We must warn you, however, that our "diplomatic exchange" program is geared not so much toward rewarding government service as it is exiling troublemakers, and this case, involving our rather unruly Xt'Tapolopaquetl natives, is no exception. The Xt'Tap claim (or rather, imagine) we are "occupying" their "holy lands," and to that end have been held responsible for scores of violent deaths in Paradise City and other metropolises, all in their noble efforts to "liberate" themselves from Kennyite "oppression." Let us state for the record that we, too, desire to liberate the Xt'Tap from Kennyite influence, preferably by kicking each and every one of them out of the country -- starting with this fool:

Specifically, the man in front in the white T-shirt. According to our intelligence sources, he is 35-year-old Mosheh Oinounou, a lawyer and activist for the outlawed Xt'Tap Liberation Movement. (Just look at him urging his illegal allies on in this surveillance photo (http://farm1.static.flickr.com/66/197203645_8c251fdcfc.jpg?v=0)*!) You'll notice the flag his compatriots are displaying so proudly -- it may look familiar; it's actually a popular banner of the Xt'Tap, a risible "incitement" to "widespread lawlessness and disorder," to be sure. And the Muslim scarves some of the other men are wearing on their heads? A deliberate call to violence. And that ... that gesture the man in question is making ... clearly "obscene" by any measure, and possibly "salacious and pornographic" as well. That's how we see it, at least, but our lawyers say different. According to them, Mr. Oinounou and his pals are "freely and innocently expressing their political views." Thank God that Free Expression Act failed, else we wouldn't be able to do anything about it. For the crimes of sedition and being caught driving Xt'Tapolopaquetl on a Tuesday, Mr. Oinounou is hereby designated as ambassador to Philimbesi. The Presidents Chief of staff sits on the chair in the middle of the office. A binder of papers in his hands as he goes through the morning briefing. The President paces thoughtfully behind his desk.

"What's next?"

The President waves a dismissive hand. "Doesn't Dona just handle them. I sign the card, do the ambassador speech, shake the hand, say something witty and thats it, right."

"Well, for the one yes, for the other..." Leo trailed off.

The President looked up, a smirk forming on his face. "Who?"

"Well if he's a diplomat from OMGTKK he's a criminal." The president said amused.

"Yes he's a "freedom fighter". Leo said, aghast at the President's reactions.

"Into the diplomatic corps?!" Leo blurted

"Are you really going to let him in loose in here where there's liquor and women?"
